The worker looked like a deer in headlights and said he's not sure where it would be. ?? He wandered around the shelves and even asked a coworker and the coworker responded "I don't know." He wasn't even trying to help his coworker. Then the worker asked if I had a receipt. I didn't pay yet, how could I have a receipt. Told him the name, car, type of parts, phone number. Again he said, "I don't know where it would be." *confused* Then he looks over and sees a cart and sure enough, there's paperwork with my name, phone number, and parts. ‍

He helped order the part right away and recommended a great auto shop to do the repair. Kevin was communicative, friendly, and efficient. He let me know my part would be arriving later than anticipated but was very apologetic. He assured me it'd be here the next day 7:30a - and I got a call at 8:00a letting me know it was ready for pick-up. Thank you Kevin and the O'Reilly Sunset team for the outstanding service and communication. I don't know anything about cars, but I left there feeling informed and at ease to move forward with my repairs. Would definitely come back to this location when needed!
