Anyway - was in a rush to get a socket to remove some GM seats - from a car that is becoming extinct. Had to do all this in a matter of two hours so didn't want to waste any time. Grabbed what I needed and headed out. Wasn't able to buy exactly what I needed but got the whole set. I signed up for their rewards membership and I get $5 and $10 coupons online all the time. I guess I quickly moved to their sucker list - their computer systems know of all the junky old cars I maintain.

When we tried to exchange the brand new, never used brake pads today, today's sales person & store manager said without the receipt on hand, they refused to. (Note, this is why they get our phone number isn't it???? That's what we're told.)
