Arrived around 11:40a and was helped right away! Highly recommend to call ahead. Kevin completed the test, checked my 'check engine' light, and let me know what the issue could be. He helped order the part right away and recommended a great auto shop to do the repair. Kevin was communicative, friendly, and efficient. He let me know my part would be arriving later than anticipated but was very apologetic. He assured me it'd be here the next day 7:30a - and I got a call at 8:00a letting me know it was ready for pick-up. Thank you Kevin and the O'Reilly Sunset team for the outstanding service and communication. I don't know anything about cars, but I left there feeling informed and at ease to move forward with my repairs. Would definitely come back to this location when needed!

I wrote him the night I got home from buying this car claiming that this car had oil leaks, a frayed serpentine belt, and headlights that didn't work. They claim to do safety inspections but miss a huge safety violation in the headlights. So they took the car back they replaced the serpentine belt, and the headlights but told me I was out of luck for the oil leak. And that I bought the car as is. They did acknowledge that they saw an oil leak when they did the so-called safety inspection but didn't see where it was coming from so they said it wasn't leaking oil. They kept my car for 3 weeks to change headlights and a serpentine belt. Sacha the person who sold me the car guaranteed me he wouldn't sell me a bad. But when it came down to it that's exactly what he did. When I picked it up I asked what they did to the car as they never gave me a service order. He said everything was fixed. I said the oil leak and he said yep. Sure enough the car still leaks oil to this day and now I have to take it to a private shop because we are now stuck with this car. I would give this dealership zero Stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a used car from this lot as you might get a lemon of a vehicle. Had I bought this car a month later the new California law would have been in effect and I would have been able to return this car within 3. This will be the last time this kind of shady stuff can happen because California is enacting this new law that they refuse to live by when I asked if I could return the car.

I'm extremely disappointed. I worked hard for every dollar I spent on this car, and to have problems immediately after driving it off the lot is unacceptable. While I appreciate that the dealership provided me with a rental vehicle, that's not the point. A customer shouldn't have to deal with major mechanical issues right after purchasing a vehicle. l've owned several used cars over the years, and I've never experienced anything like this immediately after a purchase. This has left me feeling like I was sold a lemon and has completely taken away the excitement of buying a new vehicle. I truly feel let down and disappointed with this experience. I hope the dealership takes responsibility and resolves this issue properly.
