Thieves stole my catalytic converter on my Toyota Tundra 2004 then I searched on line according to reviews the best muffler shop near me . I found Rob, he is knowledgeable in his craft. My Toyota Tundra 2004 has discontinued catalytic converters but Rob was able to help me find an acceptable replacement part. He also weld a anti thieves protection on my new catalytic converter( round bar around on the new catalytic .He is also reliable and did a good job fixing my truck. He is easy to talk to and honest man. If i can just give him more than 5 stars i will do it. Happy customer here, Emerson Tabzon

Had a back dual muffler delete by Rob with the addition of some nice shiny black chrome tips to my 2018 Durango 3.6. Got to watch the master at work. Off came the old mufflers and on went the pipes and tips. Almost that fast. Quality work all the way. If you want great customer service, and complete satisfaction, book your job now. Rob is always booked solid, but definitely worth the wait. I cannot thank Xtreme Xhaust enough for the service I was provided with, this was my first time here. Every other shop in the area said my exhaust couldn't be fixed but had to be replaced ( I got rear ended badly!) However it didn't take more then a few minutes for Rob (owner) to inform me he would be able to fix it without having to replace a thing!!! He's truly a master and was able to fix up my car in a few hours. The price was very reasonable. Truth be told, he worked a miracle and left my car looking better than new. I will forever be thankful for the way Rob took care of me and my husband. My respect to this shop, you've gained a loyal customer. read more

I contacted Robert because I was planning to put a cage for my catalytic converter. I texted him and got a response in less than 5 minutes. He told me that I may not need one because I have a newer car but told me I can stop by so he can look at it. I stopped by and when he checked it, he told me that I don't need a cage. I was so impressed by his honesty and not trying to rip me off. It is hard to find a mechanic like him nowadays. read more

Another awesome exhaust done by Rob! So I just purchased a 2016 Challenger R/T for the wife since she doesn't commute as far as I go. So I opted of course for the HEMI. If you read my other review on the business you will see I have the V6 Charger. When I told my wife I wanted to get the exhaust done she was afraid it was going to sound like the V6 and I kept trying to explain to here she has the V8 and would definitely never ever in a million years sound like the V6 lol.. Needles to say she kept saying she wanted it docile. That was until I took her to the shop to speak with Rob. Glad I had done that because not only did he explain to her that it would not sound like the V6 but actual let her hear what it would sound like. Turns out he has a spare motor in the garage where he can actually switch mufflers around to let you hear the different sounds. Best move that he could have done because now I was able to convince the wife (bless her heart) with a real exhaust. As proven by the other reviews Rob does excellent work and when we got the car back the wife and I where extremely happy. Rob has excellent customer service skills and you can tell he really enjoys what he does and also making sure his customers are happy. read more

There's a reason Rob has the highest reviews in Solano County. This guy is an awesome dude who takes pride in his work. I called him and he said to come by to look at it. He explained the different routes I could take with my F100 and we set a date. Before the date arrived Rob shot me a text confirming everything and I was anxious to see it done. Rob did a completely custom job (removable cat) and it looks and sounds amazing. His exact words were "We're going to make it sound like a truck" and he was right. Check this guy out. Just got done my 2016 Dodge Challenger V6 by Rob he did excellent job making my V6 sound more like a muscle car. He did it for a good price within only a few hours. I was due to have it done in a couple weeks but since there was a cancellation he went ahead and fit me in his schedule and get it done sooner. Very happy with my car!!! First if you walk into a exhaust shop and he sais hes booked out almost 3 weeks and if it was summer it would be 3 months its probably for a reason. I have a 2016 dodge charger scat pack and wanted abit more rumble out of the exhaust. Rob explained what he could do and gave a fair price. He scheduled me out in mid december but lucky me he had a cancel 2 days later so i slipped right in 2 hrs later i was out making noise. Awsome shop, Rob is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Took my Z in for Rob to look at it and get some work done. Couldnt be happier. There was definitely a noticeable difference in sound and gains. The gargle is still there, now there's extra horses to play with. Highly recommend coming here if you want CUSTOM work done to your ride. I'll be sending him business soon. Super friendly service. Near or far it is worth the drive. Rob has everything you need to get whatever you drive sounding top notch! Custom tips too! What girl wouldn't want heart-shaped tips on her exhaust pipes? Rob did an excellent job installing 2 Flowmaster Super tens with stainless black exhaust tips on my black Chrysler 300 SRT8. The black stainless exhaust tips look great and sound amazing! I would definitely recommend you have your exhaust installed by Rob. He's the best! read more

Expert Exhaust! Amazing customer service! Phenomenal results! I found Xtreme Xhaust via Yelp and I am so glad that I did. He is a master craftsman with this art, as he said, " It's a science" and it truly is. It's crazy seeing how he takes your original piping and completely dissects it turning it into something beautiful. The whole family is friendly, helpful, respectful and a wealth of knowledge. Xtreme Xhaust was established in 1999 in Rob's garage in Fairfield. It's gotten bigger by word of mouth due to Rob's knowledge & passion for Hot Rods. His passion for unique hot rods is reflected in his two 1923 T-Buckets and his collection of hard to find, vintage car parts. Been coming here for well over…read more15+ years for fantastic service for my older 2003 Acura before selling it, and now my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on everything from simple oil changes & windshield wipers to breaks, struts, alternator, timing belts, water pump, transmission issues, etc. What really locked me in is when talking to the owner Khoi he made a point on telling me they have a special point of looking out for women, single mom's etc. because he knows in this industry, they're often easy targets for mechanics who prey on women. Totally admired him for that. I know the whole team Gene, Khoi, Andy, & TJ (has changed a bit over the years), but still same great service. I should have posted about them well over a decade ago, but after having my car serviced yesterday (12/29/25), TJ & I talked about an issue he specifically helped me with last year when I was in a battle with Hyundai Dealership staying compliant on fixing a "Rod Bearing Failure" recall issue that requires an entire replacement engine install due to my car was experiencing serious stalling, slowing down in the freeway, and drastic oil burning out to the tune of needing oil fills every 2-weeks!!! One of the Hyundai Service Specialist advised I NOT refill the oil and just let it burn out until the engine locked or a specific service light switched on. I told her that sound awfully drastic and dangerous, but she said that would be the fastest way for them to get the proper engine "Rod Bearing Failure" code reading they needed to warrant the engine replacement. Needless to say, no oil caused the catalytic converter to blow out. Now, the Hyundai Specialist comes to me singing a new tune that it's now MY responsibility to pay $4500 for the Catalytic Converter to be replaced NOT addressing the new engine at all. I immediately hopped on the phone and followed up with TJ at Factory Specific, not only did he fully consult & educate me on the EXACT steps to take to make them address and fix ALL issues including the Catalytic Converter but that I could take it up with Hyundai Corporate office as well if necessary, bottom line do NOT let them off the hook. TJ's ADVICE WAS AWESOME; I GOT NEW ENGINE & CATALYC CONVERTER REPLACMENTMENT AT $0 COST, PLUS A NEW 2025 HYUNDAI SANTA FE LOANER CAR FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS!! My Auto-Guardian Angels! ;-) Sorry this review so long, but I had to put this story out that might help someone else facing a similar recall issue and having difficult time in getting the dealership to keep their word! FACTORY SPECIFIC - Always fair pricing, awesome friendly fast customer service with a smile- good group of guys. I will refer them ALWAYS!

1st off let me start with its almost impossible in this world to find some 1 who takes so much pride in his work and strives to be a perfectionist! i had bought a 2016 c450 mercedes amg brand new i love the way it drived but was lacking the sound of power. i spent a few months looking up diffrent exaust shops trying to find one with the best reviews and came across xtreme exaust.. i called and spoke to rob he is very knowledgeable very humble he told me to bring the car he looked at it suggested the best thing to do and we made appointment got to my appointment early he was there he got me in and out within a hour. he removed the mufflers and replace them with pipes the car sounds so great now he even sprayed a matt black spray on the pipes to blend it in and give it a amazing look his prices are so affordable its crazy and for the work he does its worth way more long story short rob is very honest and if not the best one of the best for this type of profession thank you so much for providing excellent quality service read more

Took my 2011 Mustang 5.0 to the Xtreme Xhaust shop today to have the catback I bought online fixed due to fitment issues from the manufacture. We reused some of the catback and Rob did some custom piping to fix the issues I was having. Car went in at 9 and I was out pounding the streets by 11. Now my Car sounds how it should -LOUD- and the install is so solid. The owner Rob is a true hot rod guy and you can tell he enjoys helping you with your car. I wish I had just gone to this shop for a custom exhaust to begin with, instead of ordering a kit from someone else. (Lesson Learned) Rates are beyond reasonable and I have already recommended one of my friends to the shop to get some work done. I will have all future exhaust work done by Rob. read more

Went here to get an aftermarket muffler on my car. at first i wanted a flowmaster for my chevy cobalt lt but rob recommended something else to make it sound more beefy. what he did for me is tried on for different mufflers and revved the engine and which ever one i liked he would put on. great guy. friendly, and trust worthy. probably best of all, he is the cheapest guy you will find around with excellent work. highly recommended read more

Took my daughters 2001 Honda Accord in to have her catalytic converter changed out... I did my research first and this place had the best prices. Rob always got back to me right away. We set up an appointment for a Friday and he was done within a half hour or so. Drove the car around for the weekend took the car in for smog on Monday and it passed with flying colors.
