The manager (Elvira) heard what was going on and shared her knowledge about the cause and said they can perform a smoke test and full inspection of the vehicle. Just bring it in and once your vehicle is done with the alignment, they will put your other vehicle up to inspect and run the test. After the testing I get a full report with pictures of what was looked at and what the main cause that needs to be repaired immediately to fix the issue. Very professional, organized, and prices are fair. We may have found our auto shop to repair our vehicles now. Family owned business and local business. Both that I love to support! However my breaks became worse and there was a terrible squeaking sound with the breaks after he completed the job. He topped off the AC unit too much on two vehicles where the AC didn't work properly and I had to take it the following day to a shop in town where they had to fix the issue. The shop told me he overfilled the AC unit causing it not to function properly. He went to replace the serpentine belt but the sound it made afterwards was incredibly loud and annoying. I expected him to come back to fix the issues but he said his brother was in the hospital and he wasn't able to return. It's been about three weeks now and he did not return. I also had to take another car to a shop to fix the belt which somehow he made worse. He never came back to fix my issue with my third car regarding a suspension issue. But at this point I don't feel confident he would be able to fix the issue. Nice guy and I wish him success but I wouldn't recommend him.

After arranging the inspection on a Friday morning, I waited to hear back from the mechanic after the buyer told me the car had been inspected--NOTHING for hours. I tried calling Jeff (the mechanic) several times, leaving messages each time without so much as a callback. When he finally called me back, he didn't tell me anything about the car except "it looked good". I asked if he had taken any photos of the car or if he had any kind of report he could email or text me and he said "no". I asked if there was anything specifically about the car that I should be aware of for the future--something every mechanic can comment on--to which his reply was, "Not really." As someone who has had several PPIs from different mechanics over the years, I've never been told that there was no inspection report at all--nothing about the tires or the brake pads or the filters or fluid levels or the body of the car or the interior. NOTHING. So, by the time I rescheduled anther PPI with a different mechanic on the following workday in the area, the owner ended up selling the car I planned on buying.
