    So Fairfield Ram's own website and call center prices don't even come close to what the service advisors quote in person. Called for a diesel fuel filter change because there wasn't an option for the online request. I was quoted $189 on the phone which is reasonable considering the parts and mess alone in changing. Get to the appointment and I asked to double check the quote and it's now $460! I said sorry your phone appointment manager said differently. He stated the phone appointment goes to a call center not to them. There is a problem right there. I then said your website quotes $189 for an oil change he said that's not right either. And gave me a quote of $328! He then proceeded to go to their own website and put my VIN in and the quote came out to $189. Again he said that's wrong. He said he will have to contact the bosses about the difference error. This place can't get its story straight about prices.

    Where to begin. Bought a 2021 Ram Laramie ECO Diesel for $69,000 in Sept 2021. Connecting rods weren't tightened properly at the factory and motor basically started coming apart internally due to low oil pressure as the oil was basically leaking past he bearings. No review written at that time as it wasn't their fault it was a factory issue. Although I was irritated at the process but it was mid covid and everything was difficult. They offered to buy my truck back for $19,000 less than I paid and put me in a new truck I said no that's not going to happen, that is a joke. It took 45 days to get a new motor installed and they rented me a jeep to drive for 30 days so I had transportation. Here's where the problem really starts. 13 months after I received my truck back Hertz tried to bill my credit card $1,120.00. I was alerted by my bank fraud department and refused the transaction. I cancelled the card and got reissued a new card. Now I am receiving letters from Hertz claiming they will be taking me to collections if this invoice is not paid within 10 days. Adrees the GM does not work there and Luke the new GM says he's handling it. I bought the Truck in Fairfield but it's being billed and paid by the Concord office which I've never dealt with so it's kind of a mess to know who to talk to. The whole issue is a joke. I have hand written notes af all the conversations and 20 emails going back and forth during the whole process. I will attach their offer with me taking a $19,414.57 loss on my truck to trade in a truck I owned for 1 month with 1,000 miles on it. Keith

We went back and forth on the vehicle we were interested in, and after I shared details about our current lease, Devin offered to run numbers for a trade-in. I gave him a target monthly payment, and he worked with his manager to make it happen. Throughout the process, he was friendly, responsive, and never once came across as pushy or salesy. He was transparent about our trade-in value and provided clear quotes for two different trim options. Since we live about an hour and a half away, we were understandably cautious. Jay, the General Manager, reached out the evening before our visit to offer the option of completing the finance application in advance so everything would be ready upon arrival. The next morning, Devin confirmed we were approved and shared the final lease terms. To be honest, we half expected things to change once we got there--either a different monthly payment or a lower trade-in offer. Instead, the experience was exactly as promised. Devin greeted us right away, had the car ready, and after a quick test drive and trade-in evaluation, they honored the original sight-unseen offer and presented the same deal we had been quoted. We were in and out in about an hour. From start to finish, Devin was professional, approachable, and easy to work with. Even after the purchase, he remained responsive--quickly replying to a couple of follow-up questions (even on his day off) and ensuring someone else followed up to assist. All in all, this was truly one of the best dealership experiences we've had. Highly recommend both Devin and Audi Napa Valley.

I'm waiting for a call back as I write this for my next car I'm having delivered so I can go pay for it and pick it up. The facility itself is clean and they have a nice selection of vehicles. However, I did have some difficulty getting assistance. I had to knock on an office door to get someone's attention before being connected with a representative. Overall, I'm sure CarMax is a good place to purchase a vehicle, but my appraisal experience could have been more efficient and better communicated.

I waited for a couple minutes and the same first lady came to me saying she talked to the mechanics and said I would need to have my headlights on.... obviously I know that and I am not dumb to not try that. So I told her I tried that and it didn't work. Then she said they suggested to turn the brightness all the way up. I told her I tried that and it didnt work. Then she said the mechanics said they perhaps need to replace the whole A/C panel / area, I found that to be shocking because it is a brand new car and I am already telling you the solution. Then she went to my car and decided to try it but also left my car on in the meantime. I find it very frustrating how I am already telling you the problem and it is very easy to fix the solution by FIXING THE FUSE! I am young and I did just buy this car, but this lady made me feel like she thought I didn't know anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! -------- fixed it myself, never going to fairfield anymore, I was right and they didn't want to believe me (left picture is mine, right is another integra)

Just went for oil change and tire rotation I had been having trouble because the TMPS kept coming on. Cow Town said during cold weather, it's likely to happen, never mind I've taken it there for TWO oil changes and tire rotations in the past year. Today during the tire rotation I get a call from Luis, the service dept says they found a small nail in a tire that has been causing a slow leak! Fixed it no charge! No more TMPS light coming on! I made another appointment for my 2009 Honda accord. Oil change tire rotation and brake check and all around e,engine check because I am going to give my pride and joy 2009 to my Granddaughter who will be a new driver in May! Thank you Steve Hopkins Honda. Thank you Luis Guzman......see ya Tuesday when I drop off my baby!
