They do great work at a fraction of the price. Got two new tires for a little over the price of one at the other place. (You know where).

I had a flat tire. Towing and tube replacement for a fraction of dealership price. Nice and friendly customer service.

Their parts department is OK, Can't say much about sales since I don't buy from them and they overpriced tags And their Service department is Overpriced, Slow, and Unreliable. I brought my Ninja here to get the tires replaced since I had a blown tire from a long ride, and while I was there I was going to get it tuned up with an Valve inspection, Oil Change, Air filter & Spark Plugs. I towed my bike there with the blown tire and had no issues with my bike starting or idling, I walked the bike with the engine on since it was easier than to push it in gear. Left the bike there and was scheduled to be worked on 2 weeks later, Called for an update after the 3rd week and still had not been looked at. After the 4th week they called me asking if they can install aftermarket Spark plugs since they couldn't get OEM. I gave the go ahead and a day later they called again saying my bike would not start with my Power commander installed, and could not release my bike without it in running condition. They removed my Dynojet and blamed it on my Tune that the bike could not stay idle without cutting out. When I went to pick it up I was not happy, all I wanted was the tires replaced with a tune up. They also Mentioned that they cannot work an any vehicle that is modified. I received my Bike in working condition with my parts removed and was charged just over $1500 For tires and a tune up. I went to a little known Speed shop in Modesto and got my Dynojet reinstated and retuned. Asked for an invoice for the installation cost and asked SHY to reimburse me the $100 installation cost. The GM denied it and said it was because my tune was faulty. Bike was not faulty when I delivered it, they did do any due diligence before service. They don't test if the Engine runs before they start working on it. If you go here for their service department all they can do right is a tire change The owner has 3 locations in Stockton and I will no longer be a customer at any. They saved $100 and for the thousands I spend there every year for maintenance and parts.

This should be my 3rd ktm I purchased from them but it's actually my 2nd due to not having it in stock a ktm 500 excf I wanted. Buy with kb motorsprts there will not be any markup on the msrp. Another thing their service department does good work I had my 2022 690 smcr and my 2023 500 EXCF service there. Super fair rates compared locally to me. Thanks kb motorsports for the 2022 ktm 690 smcr and my brand new 2023 KTM duke 890R

I…read morebrought my older bike in just to get new tires put on, and on the way home I immediately noticed a loud rotating noise that had never been there before. I called the shop and was basically told it wasn't their fault, that my bike was already in poor condition, and to just try riding it home to see if the noise went away. When I got home I saw my chain was left super loose and sagging onto the swingarm, my front wheel bearing is now failing, and the axle nut on the front wheel was completely missing. None of these things were issues before I took it in. They've been dodging my calls ever since and won't do anything to help. Now I'm stuck with a bike I can't even ride. Super disappointing that a shop that seems professional can have such dangerous and incompetent oversight that could seriously hurt myself or others. stay away at all costs. Update: After 28 days of being gas lit at every moment they finally fixed their mistake. they did want me to pay for them to fix their mistake but after twisting their arm and not giving in they fixed it for free. I was accused of taking the nut off my bike myself and blamed for the problems they caused. highly unprofessional shop and honestly for your own sanity just go to another shop. Im done with these people. no accountability. 0/10

As a new rider, I was careful about where I took it, so I called around for quotes first. From that very first call, they were patient, transparent, and fair with their pricing, which gave me real confidence. When I brought the bike in, they exceeded everything I had heard. You can tell these aren't just mechanics--they truly understand all types of bikes at a high level. Learning that they have racing experience made it clear why their attention to detail and precision stands out so much. I had them do a full service, including front and rear tires, a chain realignment, and an oil change. They also helped me get a few other parts and accessories I needed, all at very reasonable prices. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about the bike, but about me as a rider. They took the time to explain things, made sure everything was done right, and sent me off feeling confident. After their work, the bike feels smoother, more responsive, and most importantly, safer. That peace of mind is huge for my first bike. It's rare to find people who take this much pride in their work and treat customers with real honesty and respect. I'm beyond happy with the results, and I'll definitely be bringing my bike back here after future trips as well. If you're in the Bay Area and need work on any type of bike, I strongly recommend checking them out--they truly care, and it shows.

Post clutch repair and new engine seals (2), I had to repair the 4 electrical items Troy/Gary @Speakeasy Moto caused but refused to rework. Additionally, the gasoline tank overflow vent hose was not reconnected. Result was after refueling, the gasoline dripped all over the top of the hot engine. A serious safety concern. Careless and dangerous! I had to removed the tank to reattach the fuel vent line. Everyone has a bad day but they refused to own up to it and rework the items listed on the paid invoice. Disappointed that a highly regarded shop would treat a customer so poorly.
