He has encyclopedic knowledge of every nut, bolt, part, sound, mechanical process, fluid, etc. He is super kind/chill, has walked me through all the details and ins and out of repairs made. He discovered many things wrong and explained the pros and cons of fixing them correctly and in a lasting way, possible half measures, or what happens if I left it alone.
