The owner, Rick, is a real stand up guy. I purchased a brand spankin new Kymco Spade from him. He was very accommodating and even met me at his shop on a day that the shop is normally closed. Fair pricing and the transaction was as smooth as could be.

I've dealt with Rick for mounting and balancing my tires on every Bike I have had! For years.

Bike bought. Done. I had it serviced there a few times, and they always were polite, prompt in the service and fairly priced. I've brought other bikes that I didn't purchase here in for service, and that too was a great experience. The service people are always helpful, polite and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. When I've walked the floor, the sales guys are also polite, but not pushy. I mean, you know they are there, but it's not a hard sell. I'll keep coming back, until I don't. Vrrrrrooooom Vrrrrroooom

Recently, the motorcycle bug bit again, and I started exploring the possibility of getting back on two wheels--specifically with a Ducati Panigale V4 S. I visited SoSo Cycles on two separate occasions and worked with Lennon DA Hora. I'll admit that I initially approached the experience with some skepticism, as many motorcycle sales experiences I've had in the past were less than enjoyable. Lennon quickly proved my assumptions wrong. He was professional, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right motorcycle rather than simply making a sale. During my second visit, Lennon spent considerable time reviewing different makes and models with me and encouraged me to test ride several bikes. His approach was thoughtful and patient, especially considering my indecisiveness. While I initially thought the Ducati Panigale V4 S was the clear choice, Lennon suggested I keep an open mind and try a few alternatives. One of those was a Triumph Street Triple 765 RX, and it completely surprised me. The more upright riding position, comfort, and responsiveness made me realize that my riding priorities may have changed a bit since my Aprilia days. After spending a good portion of the day at the dealership, I left feeling informed, excited, and fairly certain I knew which motorcycle would be coming home with me. Unfortunately, there was one final approval process I had overlooked: my wife. When she asked where I had been all day, I proudly explained my extensive motorcycle research and imminent return to riding. Her response was swift, decisive, and delivered with the efficiency of a MotoGP pit crew. After carefully reviewing my proposal, she concluded that purchasing another motorcycle at this stage of my life was not in the family's best interest. My application was denied without the possibility of appeal. While I was certainly disappointed after all the homework, test rides, and excitement, I have to admit her reasoning was probably sound. Even though I didn't end up buying a motorcycle, I wanted to recognize Lennon for the outstanding experience. He was one of the most genuine, patient, and likable sales professionals I've met in any industry. At no point did I feel pressured, and he went above and beyond to help me make an informed decision. If you're considering a motorcycle and find yourself at SoSo Cycles, I highly recommend seeking out Lennon. Whether you're ready to buy or waiting for spousal approval, you're unlikely to find a better person to guide you through the process.

I was sorta in the market for a new bike when I decided to check out a few dealerships. I use to work as a sales person for Harley Davidson and I know it's hard to get a test ride at some places and I respect the fact that dealerships really don't want to put miles on new bikes that might be sold to someone else. Yes if I bought a new bike I would not want to have really any miles on it... But I was lucky enough to get a test ride with a used RnineT so I didn't feel bad about adding miles. Yeah, I don't like a hassle when I look at new vehicles especially being a former sales person myself and at this location I wasn't hassled at all. The sales people did spend time with me and answered all my questions. They left a great impression with me so much so I was at the San Jose BMW dealership looking at a used RnineT but decided at the last minute that I wanted the pretty blue /5 and even though SJ had one in their showroom my wife was kind enough to drive me the 2+hrs in rush hour traffic to Concord to buy it there. So yeah both sales people are great as well as both of the guys at the parts department who are super knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs and will set you right with any parts or suggestions you need. I also had BMW Concord do my 1st service and I am very satisfied and will bring it back for my future services. Speaking of, I dropped it off in the morning for the service then walked over to the shopping centers to kill time and had lunch. But yes I reccomend this dealership. Everyone is very approachable, knowledgeable and create a genuine and positive atmosphere.

Service representatives also answered some questions I had about maintenance and options. Other salespeople were friendly too. So I need the ECU to be upgraded with the Ducati Official Akrapovic Full System Exhaust Up-Map which only can be performed by official Ducati Dealer. I also want to add the DTC EVO2 software to further optimized the traction during track use. I start my research by emailing several Ducati Dealership in the Bay Area, Becki Moreno, The Service Business Development Manager from Ducati Concord was the first to respond back to me and quickly provide me with a quote by email. Not only Becki provide me with the fastest response, she also was very friendly, provide all the information that I asked in details and also provide the best quote (both software and service cost) compare to other dealership. Not to mention Ducati Concord is the only dealership that offer pick up from your home by their Mercedes Sprinter Van service. This is perfect because my bike is a "Display Only bike" with only 4 miles on the odometer, so I don't have to arrange transport myself. Then Becki introduce me to Mario Lopez, the Service Dept. Director at Ducati Concord. Mario further provide me with more information, on how the Software upgrading procedure will be and take notes of all my extra requests due to customization level of my bike. Mario basically provide me with the feeling that my bike is in great professional hand. At the agreed date, Marco their Van Transporter Driver called me in the morning, giving me real time update on when he will arrive at my house to pick up my bike. Marco arrived on time, have great friendly personality, and also a motorcycle enthusiast. Please note that Marco is a young person but have the great personality and attitude that is usually not found with a person at his age. He took great care of my bike when he secure it on his van and off my bike go. Later, Renee from their head office called me to confirm that my bike arrived and also ask me for final confirmation to all the service that I agreed. The following day, Renee again called me to let me know all service had been done and to get my payment information. Renee is also very pleasant to talk too and super nice. A day later, Josh is the Van Transporter Driver for delivering the bike back to my home. Like Marco, he called in the morning and also have some great personality as Marco. It's feel like Josh is the Twin Great Personality of Marco. In summary, I never felt treated as good as this with every service dept. Car or Motorcycle I had been to. Ducati Concord Service Dept. level of customer service is even better than at Porsche/Lexus/BMW/Mercedes/Infiniti dealerships that I deal in the past. I greatly recommend anyone in the Bay Area to give Ducati Concord a chance to service your Ducati. Thank You Becki, Mario, Marco, Renee and Josh. I also spent some time talking with some of the people on the sales team while I was waiting for my bike to be serviced and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They were putting the finishing touches on their new showroom while I was there and it looks really nice. There were plenty of bikes for me to check out while they were looking over my bike. I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Ducati of Concord after my first experience there. Even though I live quite far from them, I intend to continue having my Ducati serviced there.
