I've bought a bike here, and had several bikes serviced here, and so far things have been great. When I bought the bike, we "haggled" a bit over the price, but nothing dramatic and we came to a fair price. Bike bought. Done. I had it serviced there a few times, and they always were polite, prompt in the service and fairly priced. I've brought other bikes that I didn't purchase here in for service, and that too was a great experience. The service people are always helpful, polite and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. When I've walked the floor, the sales guys are also polite, but not pushy. SoSo Cycles is awesome! I visited for the The Triumph Holiday Party, and was among the first 20 guests and got a Triumph ornament and a coloring book. Kansas' "Carry On My Wayward Son" welcomed me when I entered. Joaquin is AWESOME! I have been debating upgrading to a more road-trip-durable motorcycle, so I sat on a few different Ducati and BMW models to get a sense of how it felt sitting on them. He was very friendly and courteous with answering my questions about the different bikes and sharing his insights on the models and the use cases I'm asking about, and also swapped one of the normal seats for a lowered seats on one of the Ducati Monsters. Nice selection of books and magazines on their shelves. Holiday food/snack selection was great! They provided pork sausage rolls, fruit and cheese and crackers charcuterie (pomegranates included, I love pomegranates!), and apple sticky toffee pudding. I can't say enough good things about SoSo Cycle. From the moment I pulled up with my trailer, the team went above and beyond to help me out. When I asked for a hand unloading my bike, Renee jumped right in without hesitation. Great Establishment to do business with. They Endorsed the sale of a motorcycle that was incorrectly marked down on price. It was a very unlucky but also very lucky transaction. Lennon and the Cash-Man were both conversational and professional individuals. If this dealership was down the street for me, I would have a tightly stuffed garage. They are honest, clear with pricing, don't add any fluff, and omit sales tactics. I had a really good experience here today..as a longtime rider and someone who has probably owned close to 100 motorcycles I try to do ALL my own work and hate to go to a dealer..But I needed to get some new keys programmed on my ducati..and a dealer has to do that...so having had in one way or another I have Bad experiences with every other Ducati dealer in the Bay Area, or they feel more like a hair Salon than a motorcycle shop.But I needed this so I thought I'd bite the bullet and try SoSo. I delt with Rene the service Manager? Writer? who was friendly and professional, and I spent some time looking around and having a French roast coffee while I waited. I was very impressed with general the attitude of the place and the vibe I got from the Parts guy I delt with. My ABS light had recently come on and I was figuring this would be $$$$ in the future. However while having the seat off the Mechanic spotted a wire I myself had forgotten to reconnect when I recently installed a new battery. He popped it back on for me and the light went out and it works fine..AND!..NO Charge for that.( Imagine that, and honest place to do business) The bill was what I was quoted for the Key programming, it was done in less than and hour and I was outa there I will definitely be a future customer. I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I feel like I need to so others know what to expect. First I would like to start by saying that the staff at this dealership is very nice and helpful. From the moment I made a phone call to the time I took delivery I was treated very well. Second, the showroom is very tidy and well kept. They have a lot of inventory so the floor is full. Now the bad. I purchased a Yamaha XSR900 which is a $10,199 before taxes and fees and I walked out of the dealership paying over $13,000. This dealership took advantage or the current economic climate and charged me over $1500 in "handling fees". To put in perspective how bad this is I paid $600 for delivery of a new Jeep worth 5 times the cost of this motorcycle. That is $1500 to literally take this motorcycle out of a box and remove the plastic. There is no justification for this other than pure greed. I reluctantly paid this because I have been waiting for a long time for this bike and the alternative was driving 8 hours to pick one up in SoCal which would have cost me around the same in travel expenses and time. That being said would I recommend this dealer? Absolutely not after this experience. Under any other circumstance I would have just walked out. It's unfortunate because I usually buy a bike every couple of years but this place will never see another dime from me even if they sold it to me at cost. read more

I had an excellent experience with this company. A year ago, I ordered my GS as soon as BMW began distributing them in the US. I received a call inviting me to view the available inventory. I had pre-ordered a Triple Black, but the only black bikes they had featured forged black wheels, which I did not prefer as I specifically wanted spoked wheels for my Triple Black 1400. There was another bike with all the options I desired and the correct wheels, but it was blue. Lenon and the management team went above and beyond by swapping out the fairings from the Trophy Edition to Triple Black, ensuring I got the exact bike I wanted. I'm not a motorcycle person. I mean I don't know much about motorbiking and am looking to make my first purchase. Even crazier, I want a scooter. They have a few BMW scooters here: one 400cc and one electric. The latter isn't really functional for what I want so I came to test ride the 400. The staff full and full were super nice and helpful. Explained everything to me in detail even down to picking a helmet. For being a total newbie not knowing what he wants, they were great. This really was a very pleasant and easy experience I had not ridden a bike for many years and had identified the bike I wanted mostly due to safety features The Yamaha tracer 24 is hard to come by and although it is expensive I considered it the best for me at this time. I called several dealerships in the area even up to Sacramento I began my conversation with Joachim regarding my potential purchase He had several options but I really wanted brand new never used. As most people know we all want to understand the out of the door cost. He was very clear about what he could offer and it was better than anything else from other dealers. I was extremely happy with the quote and probably made it harder for arrangements due to a biceps muscle tear. They accommodated all the issues with this. I went to pick up the bike and sign paperwork Everyone there was exceptional. The other salespeople were encouraging The appointment time was perfect and well managed even with me misplacing my drivers license. They worked around my passport with no difficulty I was introduced to the staff who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The service department is clearly managed by very experienced persons. The gear department will take a whole day but I want to be as safe as possible. They listened and will set time aside for a good session. The finance officer is a step above anyone in this position. He advised me on things to consider given use of bike and intended riding time They took me out and went over the controls, this was one of the most in depth sessions By the end of it I felt I was in control. At this point they arranged to have it delivered by Chris to my house. One of the most helpful persons who could detect my slight angst but made it perfect. I original contacted SoSo Cycles in the spring of 2023 to learn about a F900R. By the summer, BMW was running a rebate so I negotiated a bike and deal over email with Lennon. He was easy to work with and not too pushy or overbearing. We agreed on all in price and I made the trip over from Oakland. When I arrived at the dealership, I found that Lennon had a different color bike prepared for me so we did not make a deal. He offered to honor the deal on the bike that I originally negotiated but it wasn't in stock and I would have to wait a few days with the rebate potentially expiring. I ended up having to buy the bike from CalMoto (who ended up offering a better price any ways). The team here seemed polite but they never offered to reimburse me for their mistake (I spent $150 in Ubers that day) hence the 2 stars. read more

Sage promptly got back to me with the details of the service work, and also advised me about the factory-initiated service campaign. She also tracked down the mis-filed extended warranty coverage on my bike. I finalized the service appointment with Rene over the phone. Rene helped me with getting a service promotion rate that would have "technically" expired by the time I brought the bike in. The discount was substantial, so it helped ease the sting of usually expensive BMW service fee. Service was done on time. Soso Cycles in concord made my Day. I consulted with 2 other dealership with my brand new streetfighter. The issue is on cold start the bike misfires every 30 seconds ever since i picked up the bike. the 2 deakership that told me that its normal and they all do that is The motor cafe and California speed in dublin. My Ducati app also gave me an alert for software update. decided to try Soso cycles in concord was recommended by my buddy who bought his ducati there. Scheduled my 600 mile service and met Jacob as soon as he heard my bike he said thats not normal we will definitely diagnosed that issue. I generally send over email request for a quote and generally if I get a response, it'll be something really outrageous. Ben at Soso Cycles responded with a reasonable but still a pretty high quote to me. I didn't think anything of it, and a few days later, he followed up, and I advised him that there were ads for the same bike (Yamaha Tracer 9 GT) for much less than what he was quoting. Ben quickly matched the lowest quote. I bought in a trade-in and Ben made a reasonable trade-in offer vs. the lowball offers I've gotten from other dealers and a sale was made. Hey everyone, got to update you on the service department at SoSo Cycles. I recently dropped off my Ducati Scrambler to get a gear box sensor looked at because my check engine light was coming on. Found out it was faulty and had to get it replaced, but it was covered by Ducati under the warranty. It was going to take 2 weeks to receive the part from Italy but understandable given it's no charge. I was also in the need of new tires so decided to have them changed since I was going to leave my bike there while the part shipped. 2 weeks later I get a call that the sensor was in but while installing the new tires (specifically the rear) they noticed the license plate bracket was broke and needed to be replaced. I agreed, but was told since it "had to come off anyway" to change the tire there would be no additional charge for the installation of the new bracket. Bracket costs 240$ to replace. When I arrived to pick up the bike I asked to look at the bracket and it looked like they broke it trying to take it off to replace the rear tire. They told me a rock might of bounced up and broke it. They also informed me of a new dent in my rear rim that must of came from a pot hole but not the new tire changing machine they used to change my rear tire. First bad experience with this service department, but can't let bad mechanics continue to operate like this. I understand that things happen and stuff breaks sometimes, but the story I got doesn't add up and all the damage is from changing the rear tire. Would not have wrote a bad review if they were even slightly willing to accept any responsibility. I paid exactly what they charged me for all the additional parts and labor, minus a rear brake flush for 69$ that was never discussed. Beware in the future with this service department. read more
