I was in the search for a used safe car for my 21 year old son and I saw their ad in Craigslist. The vehicle looked good, had low miles and one owner, which is vital for me! We set up a time and they brought the car to me since I was local! Not only were these gentlemen trustworthy, Eric is a skilled mechanic and only presents the BEST of the BESt in his used cars. The 1997 Buick LeSabre had 130K miles, and a super clean engine, interior and purred like a kitty cat. Eric and his father insisted that we take the car for a test drive and we did, and we LOVED it for our son! Eric worked with us on the payments and we are ever so grateful since our son really needs a reliable and safe car for work and such. Not only was the sales process a smooth one, the entire experience was pleasant and as soon as I can, I want to buy another (hopefully BMW) from Eric. If you are looking for honest, caring auto dealers, look no more. I was also told recently that they are now offering financing, and this again is a gesture of this company that they are constantly thinking of making it easier on their clients. Need a used car? Or need any car? I understand Eric takes special requests! Call him and watch!

Buying a car at Nitro was absolutely nothing like any other used car transaction I have ever had…read more Any time you go to buy a car you have to brace yourself for a fight against people who do this for a living, but not at Nitro Auto. There were none of the typical BS add-ons that many deals will say are mandatory. They gave a reasonable price for the trade-in, right around what I was expecting, and without a fight. Carlos was great to work with, as well as everyone else there. There wasn't any of the typical false pretense that we have all been the best of friends our entire life, or projection about being good religious people, or anything else to build a false sense of trust. They used actual mutual respect and sold us a good car for a good price. This is what buying a used car should be. I very highly recommend Nitro Auto.

I literally drive my car to work less than 1o minutes away from my home. Today I'm driving home and I get a check engine light, auxiliary battery light on and auto start notification so I head straight to the dealer which happens to be Vallejo Jeep. I made my purchase in Napa and bought new but this was the dealer who had checked the vehicle 2 weeks prior for recalls. My engine is struggling and idling high and of course they run a diagnostic on it and coincidentally they tell me I need to replace the crankshaft and and some other part that of course isn't covered under powertrain warranty. This is going to be over $3000 with their applied discounts. Why have I never had any issues before? Why only after they put their hands on my jeep. I do have a camera in my vehicle and will definitely be going through my footage as it picks up audio and video from inside and outside vehicle. I am very upset and honestly feel like I'm being scammed and I did let them know that. I already have trust issues with this dealership because in taking it there before just for simple maintenance fluids were supposed to be replaced and tires rotated and they were not. I put more trust in Jiffy Lube and that says a lot. So if they end up redeeming themselves I will gladly change my review. For now I just have to give things the benefit of the doubt. Am I pissed? Yes, very because this is just too coincidental. My car literally drives to and from work 10 minutes away, no long trips or off-roading. I will update my review once my vehicle is finished with service. I will say that seeing reviews on here doesn't make me feel any better, especially when one of the "good reviews" comes from the GM himself. We shall see.

I have went to countless number of dealerships in search of the car I bought, at some point every dealer seemed sketchy, but I couldn't be more glad to buy it from this dealer. I purchased a Frozen White E92 M3 from them, and I'm relieved and happy to say that I found a beautiful example of one at their dealer. If anyone knows about this car, it can give you many problems if you buy one that isn't well taken care of. In term of my case, the car has been flawless. Over the past six months, the car hasn't given me a single issue. It runs exactly as it should and drives just as well as the day I bought it. The dealership has an impressive inventory of high quality, well maintained, many of which are near mint condition vehicles. The buying process was very straightforward, transparent, and completely pressure free. Leo and the rest of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to accommodate for my time and schedule. They also patiently answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. They also offer optional GWC warranties, which I think is a nice addition for buyers who some sort of warranty. When I got there, they were very friendly and genuine. There was no pressure to buy it and they let me take my time looking at it even though it was already getting pretty late. They had the Carfax available and even called the previous owner to confirm the maintenance stated on the Carfax had been done. The owner has a little shop on-site and he offered to perform the 60k maintenance and inspection that it was due for. He inspected the vehicle and changed the brakes, spark plugs, and oil.
