I spoke to them multiple times over phone and text. Asked multiple times why the car I was interested in was a couple thousand below market. Their website intentionally had photos of the car that suggested it was clean. Were huge rips in the front seat, and the windshield had multiple issues, wasn't even drivable (neither was mentioned, or in the photos -- even though they knew i was coming from an hour away, and renting a car). They instantly said they'd drop $200 more for the seat & the windshield each, they just lied to me to get me there (on my time and money). Was still cheap enough i had it pre purchase to look at it, mechanic said there was over $3,000 in just labor that this car needed (for a car under 8,000..) They are misleading people on purpose, not telling the truth -- and selling cars with thousands of dollars of fixes needed. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

The door handles were hanging off because "someone tried to break in to it" on the lot and we were promised that they would fix the handles "when they came in". I called twice asking if the handles were in and was told each time that they'll be here in a couple of days. It's been over a month since I called the last time and never received a phone call back. Buyer beware. Don't buy a vehicle here if you expect it to be in decent running condition. I definitely will take my money elsewhere in the future.

We were assured it was inspected, and in good mechanical condition. That was not the case. We made it less than 24 hours before the check engine light came on the first time. Changed the spark plugs and coil pack as we were getting a code for misfire on cylinder 6. Not even a day later check engine light was back on and not going away so off to a mechanic it went Now we're $600+ in at a mechanic and looking at a possible valve issue or overall engine replacement pending further mechanic investigation this week and no one will take the warranty Jason assured us would cover any issues. Not only that after reviewing our financing documents he sold us the car for ABOVE what he had it listed on the website. We've had the car for just over two weeks and haven't even been able to drive it as it's waiting for further diagnostic and repairs at our mechanic that I'm sure will total over several thousand. Very disappointed and definitely will look for another dealership in the future. Due to the extent of the issue I have no doubt he knew the engine was having misfire issues before he sold it to us and had my husband and I known that we wouldn't have bought it let alone put our two kids in the vehicle. Edit: Our mechanic has now found the cam unrepairable, multiple sticking valves and our cheapest option and smartest option at $6k is now to replace the entire motor. Jason did try to call and talk his way out of a bad Yelp review by lying and saying he didn't oversell the car (which I'll be happy to post photo proof of) and that all it needed was new heads (far from the actual solution to the issue), and also offered to "call the finance company and talk to them about finding a shop to take the warranty" when I had already spoken to the warranty company and it's the fact no shop within an hour of me will take the warranty AND the car isn't safe to drive. I blatantly explained that and told him unless he wants to call our mechanic and put the $2k he oversold the car to us for on our tab at the mechanic then he doesn't need to speak to me or my husband again since he has no real solution to offer. Save your money and go to a dealer that won't put you in a car that needs more in repairs than the car KBB's at.
