They were able to get me financing within 15 minutes, and took my old Jeep as trade after some inspecting to ensure it meets their standards. I bought it on a rainy day in January so I didn't notice the paint discoloration until it was dry. The front end of the car was a matte black and the rear was a glossy finish. Somebody tied the bumper on with zip ties which I also didn't notice for a couple months when I needed to open the hood. I wish I had taken a mechanic with me or just paid wayyyy more attention and not been so hasty to get a car. They were very friendly, but who wouldn't be when they're making money off a piece of crap. I will NEVER go back here. Shady business.

I thought it was too good to be true, especially coming from a used car dealership. I called them and they agreed to stay open late since I was coming all the way from Pleasanton after work. When I got there, they were very friendly and genuine. There was no pressure to buy it and they let me take my time looking at it even though it was already getting pretty late. They had the Carfax available and even called the previous owner to confirm the maintenance stated on the Carfax had been done. The owner has a little shop on-site and he offered to perform the 60k maintenance and inspection that it was due for. He inspected the vehicle and changed the brakes, spark plugs, and oil. I put down a deposit and came back the following evening to pick it up. They stayed opened late again and were very professional with all of the paperwork. I've had my car for about 2 weeks now and haven't had any problems.

Eric and his father insisted that we take the car for a test drive and we did, and we LOVED it for our son! Not only was the sales process a smooth one, the entire experience was pleasant and as soon as I can, I want to buy another (hopefully BMW) from Eric.
