I did car buying kind of backwards here but it worked out... I test drove a Scion XB that that was immaculately clean with relatively low miles for a fair price and jumped on it. I wasn't able to get a mechanic that day to check it out so I bought it and took it to Machado's in Livermore. Concord Auto 1 has a policy that you can pay $150 in order to have an extra two days to cancel the purchase (with a $350 restocking fee if you decide to use it). Nik said their mechanics did check it out and it should be good, so I decided to trust him and went ahead and bought it. The next day I took it to Machado's, they said the battery and tires were a little old and there was a valve gasket leak (mild $100 fix). I called Nik and told him what they found, he said come back and we'll fix the issues for free. So on Friday I went back and got the battery replaced, and today they fixed the valve gasket leak. He said the new guy missed it and told me "He's dead..." lol! They really stand behind their cars here! I'm used to buying off private sellers on Craigslist and I've never had a two-day option or gotten repairs post-purchase. They really make sure you're happy before they're done doing business with you. I would recommend them to family looking for a new car! read more

I just had to make the fastest auto purchase in my life and was completely stressed out. Frantically looking at options on Craigslist I ended up discovering Auto 1 and called. It turned out to be the best call I could ever make. Ended up with a great car, thoroughly examined by my own mechanic, whom I trust, who told me it was in great shape. Can you ever trust a car salesman? Dear, I have no idea! But Nick sure is a lovely and honest person that feels solid and provides great value. Hi all, I'm very pleased with Concord Auto 1. A close friend recommended the place to me, and I'm so glad that he did. When I arrived looking for vehicle last Saturday (05/16/2015), Nik--the manager--immediately made my mom and me feel welcomed. In fact, he wanted us to be happy, and he asked me what I wanted to use the car for, so that he could best fit my needs. I told him I want to drive for Lyft and/or Uber, where I would need a car that gets great gasoline mileage. As such, he pointed out a very nice used 2008 Toyota Yaris, basically new with low mileage on the odometer. He let me look in and around the car, checking out the motor and so forth--and let me test drive it with my mom. After a test drive, my mom and I were convinced that this car was for me. When we returned, we sat down with Nik, and he professionally showed us all documentation and made the purchasing process easy and stress-free. He handled almost everything, besides getting insurance of course, haha. Overall, I'm very happy with my Toyota Yaris and how Nik runs his business. He treated me like family. Liar. Bought a 2015 Corolla with hidden bumper damage. Also not remote key. Nik lied to me that he lost it but I can get one in some auto shop costing about 60$. Toyota dealer confirmed with me that this car does not have remote door control unit inside at all! Ok, Let me make this clear. 1. I messed up the numbers. Nik indicated about 150$ or something for a remote key. What he lied is that he said he doesn't (or lost, I can't remember) have the remote key. As a dealer, he should know his vehicles functionality and be honest to me that this car does not support remote door control by default. I do install an extra mechanical unit inside my car later to support the remote control, but that's not original. And those modification will affect the vehicle value when I try to sell it. 2. The front bumper has a hidden damage. They applied a simple fix before sold to me I think. And part of the front bumper detached from the body very soon after I bought it. read more

Just came from far away, during the COVID-19, to get a pick-up truck from Nik, the owner. Overall, Nik knows how to please customer; not only by his warm welcome but his knowledge of the automobile he possesses.
