My 2012 Toyota Camry had a loose fender and the under carriage plastic had come undone. I called not knowing what to expect and Chris was friendly and welcoming offering to look at the car without an appointment. Upon arrival he immediately stepped outside to look at the car...assessed what needed to be done and went to get tools. He secured the plastic and found a quick fix for the bumper that is separating due to material erosion. It's the kind of customer service you'd expect but can only hope for in these times.
