They broke pieces never put pieces back. There's missing clips. Never called to tell me that a piece broke on the side of my bucket seat. I understand things get riddle and they break but the fact that they didn't even attempt to call me to see what I would like to do about it maybe order another piece they just simply put it back and it's just dangling there. My front console is falling apart one of the levers for the bucket seat to flip forward they blessed it and then just put in a cupholder the level of service communication attentiveness to my property is just poor beyond belief. I spent $2700 and now I have to spend another 15 to redo a portion of the work they did. I first reached out to Rick on Yelp and he actually responded even though the shop was closed and it was his day off. He told me to stop by for a quote, and when I came in he took the time to look over everything carefully and explain my options. My Honda S2000 convertible top is shrinking and the rear glass had fallen off, which is not an easy job. Rick offered to glue the glass back in at a very fair price, but he was very honest and said he couldn't guarantee it would hold because the top is shrinking. What really impressed me was that he said if the glue repair doesn't work, he would credit the cost of that repair toward a full top replacement. That level of honesty and fairness is hard to find. He also looked at my seats and told me that if I bring in seat covers, he can wrap them for me, and he gave me a fantastic quote for that work as well. Rick was extremely patient and let me ask a ton of questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he really knows his craft and cares about doing things the right way. I also saw some of the other cars he was working on and the quality of his work looked excellent. He is busy (for good reason), but he was still able to fit me into his schedule about two weeks out. I'm really excited to have him work on my S2000 and get the car looking brand new again. It's not easy to find honest shops anymore, but Rick is definitely one of the good ones.

Jose, the owner, was honest and told me to probably replace the whole top, which had to be ordered. He gave me a middle quote and it worked with my budget. He just needed a 10% deposit and he told me to bring the car in once the top came in. It was a little over a week, but he was able to get the parts in and he told me he could replace it in a day.I brought my car in at Opening and he had all the work done in a full business day. I picked it up the next day and it was exactly what quoted me and the work was perfectly installed new top. I took it in to Alameda Auto Upholstery, spoke with the owner Jose, and he quoted me $350 to replace the headliner and reattach the fabric on the door panel. I thought that was pretty reasonable, and agreed on the price. On the day of service, Jose and his team had my car done in 6 hours or so, very quick. I brought my car back so we could choose the fabric - we got VERY close to the original, not identical. They were SOO stinking nice, they both felt like old friends. I brought my car in first thing on a Friday morning and picked it up Saturday afternoon. It looks absolutely FANTASTIC! I still don't know how he did it in a day!
