I didn't call them on purpose just to let them take their time and do things correctly low and behold when I picked up the vehicle there's the front part of both my seats wasn't attached to this to the frame of the seat. The owner Cecilia claimed that they had ran out of some sort of type of clip and that she would order them and have them there by Monday Monday came around never called me. I let it go for the week because I got real busy but no phone call. No follow up need us to say these are leather seats and she charged me over $1700 and none of what she said when she was gonna do got done she said she was gonna put extra padding on the seat never got put in. I was able to see that because the bottom of the seat never got attached so I just peeled it back and no extra padding. The seat was saggy. They broke parts of my interior trim. Never contacted me to see what we could do about it. I understand that all parts get brittle but to try to sweep it under the rug is ridiculous. There's other parts of my console that are I just touched and just fell apart. I would not recommend this business. They are so careless with your property. It's Ludacris. In fact I think I'm gonna go to small claims court.

Anyway, after going to three shops I landed at AAUG. I got the initial estimate (after they also checked with the dealer for the cover price, which were very expensive and one was back-ordered - so we went with custom), slept on it and decided to go for it. I brought my car back so we could choose the fabric - we got VERY close to the original, not identical. They were SOO stinking nice, they both felt like old friends. I brought my car in first thing on a Friday morning and picked it up Saturday afternoon. It looks absolutely FANTASTIC! I still don't know how he did it in a day! They were also able to fix my rear seat that was partly coming undone. Exceptional work! HIGHLY recommend!

Last of the true professionals. It's a skill and a trade he is an artist in his own right. Once the glass arrived, I took the car to him at 12:00 noon. It was done by 2:00pm. I expected the car to be there for at least 24 hours. Would have been a bad day commuting to SF and back to Berkeley during rush hour if I had to come back the next day. Joe is "d" man.

I hate wasting my time on inquiries where I'm handpicking a vendor to do work, taking the time to send them pictures and they can only tell me "no can do." And when I ask if they can refer me to someone else they also can't tell me another vendor they know of who could repair furniture. Waste of time. Can't recommend.
