Good communications, very informative, and took on a unique upholstery job on vintage MCM chairs. They made the effort to source us the desired swatches. While the material source screwed up on my leather color, the chairs looked great. Ehsan offered to happily redo the chairs but I declined as the color variation ended being cool. After a few days the leather started puckering and upon letting Ehsan know, he came to pick them up personally and is sourcing a more aggressive adhesive. All in all, while encountering a few issues, some out of his control and some within his control, Ehsan was very professional and totally stood by his work. read more

Although I didn't work with Ehsan on an original custom piece this time, he was prompt in giving me an estimate and managed to turn around the job in just over a week. I know it's not a normal request that he takes on as he's usually busy with his own custom pieces, so I was glad he accepted and treated my piece with detail and care as if it were his own. He even made sure to sand down the parts altered to match the original design and immediately followed up to see how things were once I brought it home. According to the Yelp ratings' definitions, Three Stars is "Ok".  That to me is an acceptable rating of a business that does day in and day out what they are in business to do.
