A few weeks ago I noticed my 10 year old Mercedes leather driver's seat cover was ripping and I was worried because the seat has a heater in it. I looked at reviews for repairs and Armand's Auto Upholstery in Walnut Creek came up with excellent reviews. I went there and was pleased with how friendly and professional all seemed. He ordered a new leather piece and we arranged for me to park my car at the upholstery shop, drop my key fob in the secure mail slot and it would be ready the next evening for me to pay and drive home. Armand's did an exceptional job of repairing a driver's seat leather upholstry tear on my Subaru OUTBACK. The tear was complex and was longer than 3 inches. You cannot see the repair at all. And the upholstry color seems intact. Cost much less than what the Subaru Dealer quoted to my by nearly triple. Professional and courteous. Bought some seat covers for my two cars. I was not very good in installing these covers and after attempting to put it on one seat I felt I needed help to do it right. While I had an unique seat popping issue and a wild way of describing it, the shop was able to provide a pseudo estimated quote and time duration of work, and I was asked to bring it in for an assessment. We found it was a simple tweaking of a bent frame within the seat and Armand was thoughtful and accommodating to fix it. Very grateful for his expertise and honesty and highly recommend this shop.
