I got a quote from a very helpful and kind man named, Luis. The price was the best in town so I decided to move forward with the work. Luis gave me a call each step of the way providing me with details and answering all of my questions. He worked closely with my insurance, leaving me very little to worry about. When I got my car back, it looked beautiful! They were able to match my "pearl white" color which is a three-step process. They even cleaned the outside and interior of my car! I came to this auto body shop a few months ago. I always wait a few months before I give a place reviews just Incase something goes wrong. I went here because I was involved in a accident in which it was the other persons fault. I took my car here based upon reviews and I must say the reviews are correct. Luis is a very honest person. Once his shop was done with my car it was looking brand new as if nothing was wrong with it at all. They finished in a timely manner. Fast forward to over two years later some problem person wasn't paying attention and hit me from behind. Where did I bring my car to of course back here and went back to Luis and same service friendly staff and just a good overall company. I thought my cracked rim was repaired but I got a flat tire and when I took the wheel off the damage was due to how they repaired my rim. Anyone could see it was done very sloppy and protruding from the shape of the actual rim so it scraped my tire all the way to the thread on one side. The guy wanted cash payment no Paper trail so I'm guessing it's because of their quality work and they don't want to be held liable. Very disappointed. read more

Luis is an extremely honest guy who does incomparable work. He did work on my 325i. He added a lip spoiler on the front bumper. We added an entirely new back bumper along with the trunk spoiler. I am really happy with the service I received here. Had found a bad scuff and couple scratches on the front bumper of my car. I found Advanced Auto Body near another place that I would take my car for electric repair, and on a whim, decided to check it out. I asked for an estimate, and the manager (Luis) was able to quote on the spot -- he said he could fix the bumper for $300 less than another local repair person! He even offered to take out some of the scratches on the door for only another $25. He seemed trustworthy and the price was good, so I decided to try it. This is the place to go to for any auto body shop to go. The pricing is very reasonable. I had to get my window fixed on my Lexus and Luis helped me out a lot. Being that it was a Lexus if I would of took it any where else my average cost would have been way more then what I paid. Just to fix one window.
