What started as a nice date night with my wife quickly turned into an unexpected situation when we decided to get a car wash. Unfortunately, I was guided into the car wash incorrectly, and both my front and rear driver-side tires went flat almost immediately after the TPM sensors caught on the outer rail. First of all, wow! What a great company and wonderful service. I am so thankful for Cupertino coming to the savior! I was stranded due to my new vehicle misfiring needing a tune up while I was on a small getaway 6hrs from home. It was a Sunday and many places were closed and no shops open. Thankfully I found a shop who could store my vehicle... all I had to do was find a tow. My insurance failed me, and even booked with a 3rd party tow company who I paid just to wait almost 1 1/2hr with no show. Cupertino was the chosen tow company who the 3rd party hired but decided to never send my payment to them (I will be leaving a review for them shortly on how disappointed I was) I only had a few hours to make it to the shop before they closed... it was an urgent matter! Thankfully, I just asked Cupertino if I can just pay them directly... they said yes with no hesitation and with a 20 min wait time... Oscar shows up with our tow! Oscar's customer service was hands down a gentleman and he knew his stuff! He was able to get us to our final destination and was so positive minded that I felt hey, we're taken care of now and can finally breathe. I have to say that after AAA gave me the ETA of 1 hr i told myself i have plenty of time to kill b4 the tow truck comes. On the contrary, about only about 15 mins, i haven't even gone thru all my emails i got a call fr the driver saying he's only about a couple of block away! I flagged down a driver off the side of the road and he had me loaded up in 5min using 2 pieces of scrap 2x4s to lift up the nose of my car so it wouldn't scrape. This was my second time I had hired Cupertino Towing. Very prompt and professional service.

My car, my Toyota Prius, had been giving me problems, and it came to an end with my car once white smoke started coming out of the exhaust pipe. My head gasket was damaged, and after weeks of not fixing it, it was quits for my car. I parked it in a plaza, and scheduled with AAA, who would tow it to Pleasant Hill so I could sell it. Even though AAA covered it, the actual Tow, Cupertino Towing, was awesome. They came at the scheduled time and quickly took car of my vehicle. The whole trip was probably 45 minutes, and they did a great job dropping off and getting the job done. They even offered me ride, but I was good to go. I'm not 100% sure what prices they charge, as my insurance took care of it, but their service and reliability are one of the best. read more

He introduced himself when he arrived, explained what the problem, and showed me what the problem was! Ryan corrected it -- within 15 minutes I and my friends were able to head home-- he deserves a gold star and a raise!! My name is Valerie and I had a problem with my 2018 Lexus --my car had an issue with the alarm that was on for hours-- and I wasn't aware because it was silenced instead of being turned off--which drained the battery. I was very late, very dark in a quiet culdosac-- I called AAA roadservice and gentlemen came out who was no help at all-- he did not introduce himself-- took out some toy looking tools, told me out the gate that he may not be able to help me. I told him I couldn't get into my car as my fob wasn't working-- he did help with that--- getting the key out of the fob. He said it was the battery-- took our a lego looking tool and tapped the battery like he was trying to fix it, he said the truck he came with wasn't his and didn't know where the battery charger pack was. Since he did have a flatbed truck-- so I said well just tow home. -- I have additional milage with my AAA roadside account. He then said he was getting off and could not help me-- and to call for another truck. It was very dark and I was upset. I called for another truck and Ryan #40 to the rescue---!! Not very pleased with how things are going. My car broke down July 16th I had it towed to a Chevy dealership. When the gentleman I was communicating with went out to my car he contacted me and sent me pictures questioning damage to my front end. We watched the surveillance footage and it showed clearly that the tow truck driver reversed into my car after he finished unloading it. It is now August 4th and I have only received one phone call from the tow company. He said I should receive a call back by Thursday, that would have been the 31st. Again here it is the 4th of August. Super poor customer service. I had a misunderstanding with AAA and after waiting 3 hours this tow company showed up. Driver asked for registration (which is in the mail) and said he couldn't tow due to me not having registration. He said it's AAA policy. I get there was nothing he could do, but he didn't have to be smug. They also could have waited 5 minutes for me to get AAA to approve the tow. Dispatcher wasn't any better, I just wanted them to wait while I called AAA. They were money hungry- trying to offer me a commercial quote. *in response to Tyler- AAA showed me how to pull my registration online- it took 5 minutes. I just asked for you guys to wait while I call AAA that was the whole point. You're also lying saying that the driver waited ten minutes to find registration. It was a very very brief conversation and I asked him to let me call AAA. I'm leaving a review because maybe you'll be a little bit more courteous and understanding of customers who are already going through a rough day. I just wanted to give a shout out to Ray, Driver # 49 for going above and beyond yesterday getting our Tahoe towed over to the shop! I had lost the ball joint on the lower control arm at the front and could not move the vehicle. He devised a way with this sled contraption he had just bought recently to slide the vehicle up onto his flatbed tow truck and take it away. My Wife and I had to call tesla roadside again and this is the first time a tow truck arrived so fast we were not aware he was waiting next to our tesla until it alerted us with sentry mode the driver Alexander was so polite patient and professional he answered every question we had and went as far as laying a clean towel down on my white tesla seats so they do not get dirty.
