Kenneth came out as a result of a AAA call. Our battery was "dead" on our 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kenneth was vey patient with me as the "old Jeep" was beaten up pretty badly over the years when our teens were learning to drive. Kenneth got the Jeep started. I got it smogged and it passed, Kenneth get credit. Thank you Kenneth. Thank you AAA. read more

What started as a nice date night with my wife quickly turned into an unexpected situation when we decided to get a car wash. Unfortunately, I was guided into the car wash incorrectly, and both my front and rear driver-side tires went flat almost immediately after the TPM sensors caught on the outer rail. Thankfully, I was able to get out safely and called Cupertino Towing. Even though it was a last-minute request and a bit pricey (as expected for an emergency), the service was excellent. The driver was professional and helpful, and the woman who assisted me over the phone was courteous and efficient. I really appreciate how smoothly they handled everything during a stressful moment. I would definitely recommend Cupertino Towing, especially if you ever find yourself in an emergency. read more

Terrible drivers one of their tow truck drivers purposely merged in my lane with this longbed tow truck he cut me off on Main St and turned right on Bridgehead. He did it in front of the Pochantas Hall where it has been known about many car accidents there and this is the reason why. First of all, wow! What a great company and wonderful service. I am so thankful for Cupertino coming to the savior! I was stranded due to my new vehicle misfiring needing a tune up while I was on a small getaway 6hrs from home. It was a Sunday and many places were closed and no shops open. Thankfully I found a shop who could store my vehicle... all I had to do was find a tow. My insurance failed me, and even booked with a 3rd party tow company who I paid just to wait almost 1 1/2hr with no show. Cupertino was the chosen tow company who the 3rd party hired but decided to never send my payment to them (I will be leaving a review for them shortly on how disappointed I was) I only had a few hours to make it to the shop before they closed... it was an urgent matter! Thankfully, I just asked Cupertino if I can just pay them directly... they said yes with no hesitation and with a 20 min wait time... Oscar shows up with our tow! Oscar's customer service was hands down a gentleman and he knew his stuff! He was able to get us to our final destination and was so positive minded that I felt hey, we're taken care of now and can finally breathe. I've never felt my anxiety spike so badly with failure after failure. Their prices are reasonable and it's totally worth their amazing service. I even called just yesterday for a copy of my receipt to request reimbursement from my insurance and they helped me so quickly. Thank you again for your hard work it truly paid off! read more

The driver shows up, loads our car and wants to drive away. This was our exchange, I started. Hey you do not even know where you are going! I am taking the car to our yard in Antioch. What? Without asking me???? I need it to go America's tire in Brentwood. No, it is going to our yard. This is my car, no you are not. But the insurance company will pay. I do not care who pays, nobody should pay twice. But it will cots you no money. The car is going to Brentwood or it is staying here. He drove to Brentwood. Double dipping is not ethical. read more

Not sure about the whole company, but their driver Mathew that they sent was lazy, inexperienced, unprepared and full of excuses after saying he'stowed over 50 Corvettes. Wasted my time and left me stranded on the side of the road. I flagged down a driver off the side of the road and he had me loaded up in 5min using 2 pieces of scrap 2x4s to lift up the nose of my car so it wouldn't scrape. Big props to Pizzagoni's Towing ! read more

Waited a little longer than expected, we learned that the first tow truck driver passed us by and called in to ask a for someone else to come tow us because he couldn't handle it. Funny thing is my husband and I were on the lookout for the tow truck and we NEVER saw the first truck pass by. The 2nd Tow driver showed up and was excellent! We connected with him because he is also a Veteran Marine like my husband. 5 Stars all the way! Thank you for your service and for taking care of our tow. We appreciate you! read more
