I understand that mistakes happen, but when a business charges customers this much for a service, basic items should not be overlooked. It also raises concerns about whether more important aspects of the service are being completed properly. Customers should not have to go home and double-check whether the work they paid for was actually performed. What makes this more frustrating is that this is not the first issue I've had at this location. However, I believe in giving businesses a second chance, which is why I returned.
