But they are slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. I have waited for over an hour, sometimes an hour and a half for them to come tow cars that block other cars in/out of their spots. It's pretty ridiculous. Sometimes, THEY DONT EVEN SHOW UP. But it's all we got, they have a monopoly.
