Top marks to Jeffrey, the A and T Towing driver who responded to my call to fetch me and my two-month-old Tesla, which had a flat tire. This is my fourth flat tire on a Tesla within one year ... and my son has had six flat tires within one year on his Tesla. In contrast, my wife has driven the same roads as we do for the last six years with her BMW times three and has never had one flat tire. Elon! Please care as much about providing great tires as you do about making great cars! Anyway, we are thankful that there are companies like AT&T Towing to respond to our emergency calls. Their driver, Jeffrey, arrived within 30 minutes of my call to fetch me and my car and take us to the nearest Tesla depot. I rode in the cab with Jeffrey. He was pleasant, courteous, thoughtful... a really smart young man and I want to shout out and give him 12 out of 10 stars for making me feel fine in an unusual situation. If your vehicle gets towed by Napa's PD, and they use A&T as the contractor / impound lot, keep these points in mind. Neither the A&T staff nor the PD shared this info, so try not to learn the hard way! - You have to get a release form from the police dept before you can retrieve your car from A&T. But you need to show registration and proof of insurance to get that form, so you may need to go to the lot first, to pick these papers up from your vehicle. - A&T told me the police form would cost $80. Nope, that's $280 for the release. - The impound is $100 a day, plus $250 for the tow from A&T. - You may have trouble reaching them on the phone number listed on their website, in which case go to the location on South Coombs. read more

I am so grateful to have come across this tow company. They were quick, and I had the pleasure of Jeffery to help me in my situation. After being severely misinformed by Napa Ford Lincoln, on top of the way the general manager Peter Hanes handled the situation (you can read my review of what happened there), A & T Towing was there to tow my car to a nearby auto shop. After waiting over 12 hours for a AAA tow, they said that Napa Towing didn't want to go 150 miles to take me back home and cancelled my tow request. It was so frustrating when they asked me to find a tow truck to take me home and pay out of pocket after waiting for so long. Thankfully I called this place and they arrived so fast! I scheduled an appointment through State Farm Roadside Assistance and was told this company would arrive between 730 and 800 in the morning. The guy pulls up at 726 and calls me rapidly 3 times. Then drives off. I was on a call and couldn't switch over. I literally walked outside and he was gone. I called him right back at 733 and he told me he already cancelled the call and tough luck! This company was contacted through my insurance company. They quoted a 3 hour wait to start with which was bad enough. 1 hour and 45 mins into that, they called me and said they'd be to me in 45 mins, so earlier than the original eta. I waited that 45 mins and then another 30 mins before calling them. They first told me they had no arranged pick up for me, then they told me they'd cancelled it with my insurance company due to a collision they had to deal with. I called my insurance, A&T had told them that their truck broke down. So different stories as to why after 3 hours of waiting, they couldnt come out. I purchased a trailer in December and it was stolen before i could register it in my name . The police took my report then called me back and said the original owner had to make the report. I had no way to find him 3 months later i recieved paperwork from a lien company that the trailor was at A&T Towing . I went there and explained the situation. My fees for storage and lien fee and towing fee were already over $1000 . I explained to them the situation . They were beyond fair the waved all the storage fees and the lien fee . Terrible service. I was in a terrible accident yesterday and was told inaccurate information about when to pick up my vehicle. When I went, the shop was closed and I kept calling and received no answer. The next day I called again and asked what the total fees would be and when I called a second time to verify before heading out there was given a higher price than first mentioned and because it was on the weekend and they are "closed" although it says they're open 24/7 on here, they charged me an extra $100 dollars just to open the gate. The total was $475 for them holding the vehicle for one day after specifically telling me to make it before a time on the day of the accident which I did and they were nowhere to be found. I feel like odd man out totally here. All other comments are from the female species. Girl power! Let's get to the point. Effing battery died in the Honda. 4 year old Honda. I knew it was going but I wanted to get the last umph out of it. Well, I did. With the car loaded with groceries, pizza, balloons and my fat ass and of course, Killa B, it went reer, reer, and nothing. I currently have Progressive Insurance and used the little app to get me outta there. I got stuff to do. I get a text from Flo and it says gonna be 45 minutes...well, they kinda got me by the shorthairs so Killa B goes and gets my beer and I sit there and wait. My phone rings and its the tow company. Bro says hes just down the street and he will be there in 2 mins. Im not even playin' 2 mins later here he comes. I believe his name was Adan, perhaps the A of A and T towing. When they were more than an hour late I called and they told me they had to respond to a more important call. They gave no notice simply never showed up. These guys were great! I wish I got the name of the person who helped me out. My battery died and my insurance company said it'd be an hour and a half wait. 5 minutes later I get a phone call from the tow guy saying he was able to take my service request before going to tow someone and that he could be at my location in 5 minutes!! Extremely rude & not helpful at all. The guy we spoke to, Tom, speaks like an incompetent caveman. He was quite possibly drunk or on drugs. He didn't even know where his towing partner was with the truck. He actually hung up the phone in the middle of me gathering my location information. Terrible service. Several years ago, my motorcycle was towed by these guys. Except that they didn't tow it. They drove it off without my permission. They charged me an exorbitant fee for towing it and for keeping it over the weekend (they close down). I confronted them when I showed up to retrieve my bike. The man made some paltry excuses about it being safer to drive my bike. He drove my motorcycle without my permission and charged me for the service that was not provided. read more

Not sure if was the company or the driver. When we need a tow it's usually because we have an emergency and rely on our insurance company to help. My car broke down on a dangerous section of 121 in Napa. I was waiting out in terencial rain on a hill behind a road beriour as I felt less in danger. After waiting 2 hours and calling the towing service to confirm my location, I was jokingly told "if it's dangerous I'm not risking my life" a half hour later the driver said it's too dangerous and he would NOT be stopping and said he was "moving on" I was dumbfounded. He said I needed to call the CHP and then call my insurance again to replace the order. I simply had to comply as I was an hour from home and had no way of getting my car towed. I would never use this company if I had a choice. Very unprofessional and left me cared, cold and wet. read more
