Unlawful Practices - They routinely tow without proper authorization or contract, exposing you to massive damage and no recourse. 2. Gross Negligence - Owner Arthur admitted "we tried but sorry"--then refused to supply insurance carrier details or repair my car. 3. Zero Accountability - Adco ghosts you once they've your vehicle. No follow-through, no apologies, no fixes. 4. Enabling Corruption - They're still on Suisun's rotation list despite admitted misconduct--proof that this is a system-wide failure, not an isolated incident. 5. Emotional Toll - 116 days Four months of stress, financial hardship, and humiliation--yet Adco and city officials act like nothing happened. ADCO is my go to company when I need a tow. They always come through for me and provide the best prices. When I call, they answer right away and send someone out. The last time I needed a tow, the company my insurance uses told me it would be 2 hours before someone could assist me. I called ADCO and they sent someone out within 20 minutes. My insurance reimbursed me for using another tow company. I will always use ADCO tow in time if need! read more

I had two flats one night and was stranded on the side of freeway. Called insurance road side assistance and waited two hours. No service available. I then yelp and called other tows myself. Some tows quoted me $300 knowing I was stuck middle of no where. ADCO was $180, came in about 30min. Pulled my van on flatbed and took me home. Saved my night. BAD BAD COMPANY!!! Our HVAC technician's tire went flat, it was late so we called them to change it. The tow truck driver arrived and didn't even have the tools to change it. We couldn't leave the van so we had them tow it to their property. They charged us way too much for just an overnight fee, but we had to pay $300 to get the van out. They still didn't fix the tire, so one of our senior techs had to try and fix the flat while there on their property and they didn't allow him to fix the flat, even after charging us $300! Top it off, the technician accidentally left his phone in the van and when we picked up the van the next day, his phone was gone. They are rude and ghetto! They tried to fight our senior tech for trying to fix the tire and told him to move the van off the property. Don't use this company, they are bad news!! read more

This company tows for the police, CHP etc. They hold your vehicle hostage for ridiculously high fees. Charge extra if you pick up on weekends. They always find a way to charge you. I just realized that this review didn't post! (ugh!) First of all, Terry came out to help with towing my just-recovered-stolen-vehicle from Suisun to Vacaville. This guy.. Oh, man. He was seriously the best! It was a very traumatic day for me to find my stolen car right down the block from our home. After the police were came and went, it was up to me to get it towed. Since I had a claim open on a stolen vehicle, my insurance company could not grant me roadside assistance (because the one lady in charge of my claim had left for the day [415pm-ish on a Friday] and wouldn't be back until the following Monday). Insane, right? That's a whole 'nother thing, though. After calling at least six places, I finally got a hold of Adco Towing to help save my day. So, this guy Terry.. He has some stories to share! Genuine heart of gold in this man. With all that had just happened, he kept a smile on my face and just made me feel super good. Oh! Also, I didn't have a key to the car. The only set I had, the theives still possessed. So, instead of doing any damage to my car (a prius), he had to grab a different truck (since we couldn't turn the car on and put it in neutral to have it put on the tow truck). Fortunately, he had one right down the street and was back within MINUTES. I am super grateful that he was considerate enough to help me not just tow my car, but save it, too. Man. Plus! He was off the clock for hours at this point. He's just such a great dude with an awesome work ethic, though. I seriously could not thank this guy enough! If you ever need a tow, call this place. On Sunday July 17 we got stuck with our Roadtrek Camper just off highway 505 near Vacaville. Called AAA, a towing service came out, could not load our camper on the tow truck. So AAA called ADCO in Fairfield, they sent out Brian, and he knew exactly what to do. He loaded our 19 ft. camper in short time using some wooden boards to help with the angle.
