I was rear ended by a truck & needed assistance with getting my vehicle to a local auto body shop. The kind police officer dispatched Jeff Ramirez's Towing to expedite the process, as my auto insurance tow company was expected to arrive much later. Kookie (#58) arrived in less than 30 minutes! He was able to get my vehicle loaded safely & ready for transport to the auto body shop. In spite of the stressful situation I was in, he was very kind & supportive. He even allowed me to make all of the calls I needed to make with my auto insurance company during my entire ride with him. Thank you, Kookie for all of your help! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Jeff Ramirez Towing company for their services! read more

I was in a car accident and highway patrol Sent this company to tow us. They said it was gonna be $625 to go from Vacaville to Sacramento. That sounded high so my gut told me pass it up and get other quotes. After they left I reached out for other quotes and the first one back was $295. Trying to extort people in a crisis is crazy work. read more

We were having a really rough day being met with unkindness and people making everything more difficult than it needed to be. When we asked Jeff Ramirez towing for help, they stepped up right away to off their assistance. They showed kindness and professionalism and I truly cannot thank them enough. I see why they have banners proudly hanging that they were voted the best of 2024 and 2025. Just a big shout out to them for all their help! read more

"Rich is an absolute legend and a lifesaver! I was in a massive jam with my RV, and the cops were on their way to tow it. Rich showed up literally one minute before the police arrived. He immediately stepped up, talked to the officers for me, and let them know he was getting it out of the way so they wouldn't impound it. As if that wasn't enough, his driving skills are insane--he backed my massive motorhome right up into the driveway with barely 2 feet of clearance on the left side. The man is a wizard behind the wheel and has your back when you're in a pinch. 10 out of 5 stars, nobody does it better!" read more

Jeff Ramirez Towing damaged my vehicle during a tow. Their driver damaged both sides of my car by un carefully attempting to gain entry inside of my vehicle. Their manager, Kevin refuses to pay for the repairs and even yelled at me on the phone as if I was in the wrong for wanting to simply have the damages their company caused to be fixed. These guys have zero integrity, & horrible customer service. I'd avoid doing any business with Jeff Ramirez Towing. read more

Great communication and professional service at a reasonable price. Had a classic car transported. The driver was on time, professional, and took good care of my car. Would recommend. read more

I would never use this business by choice. They are contracted with the Highway Patrol and take advantage of people at their worst times. My son crashed his motorcycle and is in the hospital. Meanwhile, this company charged me over $600 to tow, over $200 for overnight storage. I was told that this is the prices that the HP said they could charge. They don't have to charge this but they do because they can take advantage of people when they could really use a break. Do better guys. Sleep well. read more

So awesome!they saved our day stuck on the side of the road with our baby an they came so quick and fast an the driver RICK was soooo nice

My NON OP car was parked at my in laws and unfortunately a police officer had my car towed (not getting into that nonsense). This was the towing company they used. I called and spoke with Jeff who was extremely helpful and presented me with my options. Pay a ton of fees to get my car back or release my car to them. I weighed my options and decided that the fees to get it back was not worth it. My car held sentimental value, which is why I kept it. My brother who is no longer earth side would ride in this car with me, so it was very hard to part with it. I also brought my 3 month old baby with me and they were so kind to my family. Their kindness really meant a lot to me. They have no idea how difficult this was and my heart hurts a little less with the stress free process. Thank you. Front staff was awesome. I didn't catch the woman or mans' s name, but they were great. Offered us water and with the heat, it was absolutely needed. There was also a gentleman who shielded my baby from the sun while I gathered my belongings from my car. So kind of him and brought us a bag to put our stuff in and held it open for us. So kind! Overall, if you need a towing company. Do business with them. read more

I normally use whatever tow company my car insurance dispatches so I had never even heard of Jeff Ramirez towing. Since I got my car towed to my house last night my insurance told me I would have to find an outside company for my second tow. I was stressed because I didn't know of any tow companies. So early this morning I got on google and called tons of places and practically no one answered. A short while after Jeff Ramirez towing called me back with a quote and had me on my way to my car repair shop within 30 minutes. Ken was efficient, professional and even offered to drop me back off at my house after I dropped my car off. THANKS SO MUCH for your great service would recommend this company to anyone. read more

California towing laws need to be changed. I was involved in an accident and Jeff Ramirez towing was called by the Suisun City Police Department. These are the key things that took place. 1) The road was closed because of the accident and I could have driven my car off the road so AAA could have picked it up. 2) There was still another car involved in the accident, that was totally disabled, and no tow truck had shown up. Jeff Ramirez Towing hooks up to my truck and then refuses to drop my vehicle so I could get it off of the road. 3) The driver refuses to drop my vehicle off to the side unless I paid on the spot. 4) Driver refused to drop my vehicle at my house, which I could have paid for. He drove by my house on his way to the tow yard. 5) Driver tried to tell me I couldn't get any of my property out of the truck because it was being impounded. 6) I talked to Suisun City Police Department asked why is my truck being impounded and was informed they were not impounding but I would need to get a release for my vehicle to retrieve it but would be able to get that the next day. The summary is this. I was in talks with the Suisun City Police Department regarding using AAA to pick up my vehicle. They said they needed to get the road open and that AAA can "sometimes" take a while to show up. At that time I could have moved my vehicle out of the road to wait for AAA but Jeff Ramirez Towing had hooked up to my vehicle and wouldn't release it. Remember there is still the other vehicle that was totally disabled with no chance of moving out of the road under its own power. The next day I was allowed to retrieve my property out of my vehicle but the cost to get my vehicle out of the tow yard was over $500 and I could not afford that and daily the cost went up and now it going to be sold as a lien sale. This is absolutely the definition of a Predatory Tow. read more

These guys were absolute life savers! On a Sunday afternoon, we had our dump truck fall into a sinkhole. Ramirez sent 2 trucks and got our truck out with no damage and very quickly. The guys they sent, Todd and I didn't get the other name, were outstanding. Very professional. The cost, which really didn't even matter to us, was very reasonable as well. We will be using Ramirez whenever needed from now on. Thank you Ramirez Towing! read more

I've used their services twice through my insurance company. Both times were great. Love the communication as I'm usually miles away and calling for my mom. Thank you for your patience and great work. Whether it's jump starting a battery, putting on the spare tire, or waiting for my mom to come outside to hand over the car keys. These guys charged me $110 per day to store my car that was destroyed in a crash, on top of all kinds of crazy fees. I was injured and couldn't get my car any sooner. It was $950 just to get it released. They offered me a rip-off "deal": They would take my car off my hands if I paid them $750. I sold my car to Copart for $3450. These guys are crooks. Avoid them at all costs, and never pay them a cent more than you have to. Let's all hope they go out of business. read more
