I've used Jim with Tri-City Towing before, and had another great experience this time around. He showed up even earlier than expected, got my car loaded and towed quickly, and made everything easy. Jim is always friendly, professional, and reliable. I'd definitely recommend Tri-City Towing to anyone needing a tow! Not to mention, best price in Solano county. read more

I had a breakdown and needed my car towed to the dealership, and **Tri City Towing** absolutely saved the day. From the moment I called, their dispatcher was calm, professional, and reassuring -- they knew exactly what to do and made me feel at ease in a stressful moment. The tow truck driver Jim arrived faster than expected, was courteous, and treated my vehicle with great care. He hooked it up smoothly and drove it to the dealership without a scratch. The pricing was fair and transparent -- no surprise fees or hidden costs. I liked that he was upfront and honest so when he arrived I was prepared. What stood out most was their customer service: they followed up to make sure the delivery went smoothly and even checked in afterward to see if I needed anything else. It's rare these days to find a service that genuinely cares. If you ever find yourself stuck or needing a tow, **Tri City Towing** is the one to call. Professional, reliable, friendly -- five stars all around! Thank you Jim for being so great in a not great situation. read more

About a month ago my boyfriend and I were staying at a local hotel for a little getaway, when he locked the keys in his car. we called all around and everyone was quoting 1 hour to 4 hour wait times and up to $200 for the service. Tri-City said he could be there in 30 mins or less! AND he did it for $75! Very friendly as well and professional. Highly recommend!! read more

**BEST SERVICE** Highly recommend this tow company. If I could give them more stars I would. When AAA left us on the side of the road for almost 3 hours...we gave up on them and called Tri-City Towing. Jim was there in a reasonable amount of time, hooked up out truck and towed us the 82 miles home. Even offered a phone charger since our phone was almost dead. Thank you Tri-City Towing for providing excellent service when AAA failed us! read more

Funny story I'm driving home and drive by this guy trying to push his car. I then think it looks like my dad. Sure enough I did two u turns and it was my dad. The car was about 1.3 miles from the house. I WAS NOT ABOUT TO HELP HIM PUSH THAT CAR HOME. Although I have to give it to my dad for his determination, pushing the car home was neither safe or achievable. So I finally convinced him that we where not going to move this car. I yelped a few places and I called this one first they gave me a before 9 price and after 9 price. I then called a few places and they where either rude or too expensive. So I called here again. I'm glad I did Fair prices , GREAT service and got it done.....I will definitely go here and only here for future towings. Hopefully I won't need any read more

What a breath of fresh air! The day before, my car was stranded and tow truck after tow truck company provided misleading ETAs that turned to hours and last minute cancelations. I eventually got it home after 7 hours! Fast forward to today, I contacted Tri-City Towing and they said they would show up within 30 minutes and they did! Love a company that keeps to their word, cares about the customer and their price was very fair too. Highly recommend. read more

My truck, a rather large deisel truck was recently towed today by Jim. The tow was to be covered by my extended warranty. After placing the claim I was informed that my towing covereage only covered up to $200. Shortly after I placed the claim, I was called saying that they found a tow company but the charge would be $425 leaving me to pay $225 of it. I explained to the warranty that this was not a fair price to keep looking. Shortly later the warranty called again with good news this time. They would be sending out Tri-City towing and I wouldn't have to pay anything because the tow was under my $200 coverage limit. Wow over half price of the first quote!!! There had to be a catch. I agreed to the tow and then looked up the reviews on yelp. All great reviews. This couldn't be real. Jim called to let me know he was on his way and asked if the time frame would work. Of course I said yes and met him at my truck. He arrived with his dad within 30 minutes. After a breif discussion about the problem with the truck, Jim and his dad had it up on the truck and headed to the dealership. Didn't cost me a dime. The service was outstanding! Jim amd his father are very accomidating, polite, and professional. Once the truck was dropped off at its destination, I received another call from Jim confirming delivery of my truck to the dealership. I appreciate the follow through Jim, Thank You. When you find yourself in need of a tow, call Tri-City Towing. You will save yourself some money, be treated fairly, and can be confident you got the best service! read more

Hands down some of the best/nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting... Jim and his pops are awesome. My car was stuck in Pleasanton and wouldn't start, I thought it was more than just the battery and was afraid I was going to have to spend serious to get fixed. With Jim's knowledge, he was able to fix the problem on the spot and get back on the road. On top of that, he followed me all the way back to Fairfield, just in case I ran into another issue while driving, much respect for that... I'd definitely recommend Jim to everyone I know. It's guess it's official, I can say I have a tow truck guy read more

Jim was prompt and eager to help us when we called him. He was very helpful and made us feel at ease with the situation (my car had overheated the night before in the middle of nowhere). Talk about a life saver! My wife and I had just got out of a movie when her car simply would not start. Super Bowl Sunday, during the game, nobody had cables... we were screwed. I googled and this company popped up. Luckily for us they answered and were out to jump us in what seemed like 30 minutes. I would have gladly paid double what they charged. Turns out our battery needs to be replaced. The gentleman (Jim) even recommended a place to have it repaired. Top notch sevice! read more

It's often difficult to find honest, good human beings in today's age, but Jim (and his father) defy that. I've got an old Corvette that I let sit in the driveway for far too long. I decided it was time to move it into the garage to start working on it, but discovered the door lock was frozen; the keys wouldn't turn the lock. And older corvettes have unique door locks (you can't just pop up the lock with a clothes hanger). So after reading all the positive Yelp reviews, I called Tri-City Towing and arranged for Jim to come over early on a Saturday morning. Once he arrived, rather than fussing with the lock, Jim brought out some of his magic tools, reached in through a crack in the window and managed to turn the window crank, thus lowering the window and ... voila! Jim was friendly, professional and the price he charged was surprisingly low. If you live anywhere near the try-city area and need a tow truck/locksmith for your car, I absolutely recommend them. read more
