I have a 1934 Ford hot rod that needed a tow to the repair shop. This car is totally custom and rides very low. I was concerned that the driver might damage the car getting it loaded. Well along came Anthony! Very knowledgeable and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. Anthony was awesome and deserves a raise! Will definitely use him again. read more

I rarely write reviews, but this was an absolute horrible experience with terrible customer service. The AAA agent told me it'll be an hour wait after waiting an hour, no one showed up and no one bothered to call me. I decided to call Vacavile tow they claimed they were busy and said it would take another two hours. Two hours passed no one showed up again I called Vacavile tow company again spoke with a Vacaville tow dispatcher dispatcher who was quite rude. She suggested another hour of delay, which left me very upset because there was no communication no customer service and by now I was waited for 3 hours fifty minutes when I called Vacavile tow again to see if they were coming She said it'll take another hour and two hours later I got a call from AAA customer service and said Vacaville Two would not serve you today. This was the absolute worst tow experience. read more

A loud shout out to Jason at Vacaville Towing for his quick response and excellent service today, June 28, 2026! Our car had a flat tire caused by a nail puncture, but we were on the road not long after we called CA AAA who referred us to Vacaville Towing, the nearest service provider. Jason arrived soon and promptly took charge of the situation by his technical expertise and visual assessment. He was friendly, courteous and reassuring. Jason replaced our flat tire expeditiously and within 30 minutes, the job was done. Our thanks to Jason for his excellent customer service! read more

Very quick to respond and nice service. I would recommend calling them when you need assistance.

These guys (Nick) came and got me when I got a flat tire on my motorcycle on the freeway. Via AAA, they came in about 40 minutes. Nick was very good at straping up motorcycles. So if you need your bike towed, call these guys. read more

Our car suddenly lost all power last Saturday May 9 on busy Monte Vista Ave. We managed to coast over to the median, but it was rather harrowing. Too hot to stay in the car, so we risked crossing over to the side of the street. We went through Triple A to get Vacaviile Tow to come. Josh got there quickly and was able to get the car on the truck and bring it over to where we were. After discussing our options, we agreed to have Josh tow the car to our home in Benicia. We rode with him. He was very personable, polite, and helpful. Great job! Thank you! read more

I had a horrible car accident last Friday. Anthony came to the scene quickly and towed my car to the Vacavill Tow to park since my car was totally damaged. He was such a warm-hearted person. Without his help, I really didn't know what to do in that very early cold morning. After arriving at the tow company, Tisha's loving words and sweet smile calmed my still-shocked heart down. She let me get into the parking garage to take some pictures of my Toyota Corolla . Then she patiently explained to me the options I could make next. A few days later, I went to the company again, Wendy gave me lots of help to get the mileage of my car and some information. Everyone working there was great. Thank you all so so so much!! read more

Car broke down roughly 20 miles from home at 8 p.m. & insurance couldn't find a Tow service. O So I called Vacaville towing and they showed up quickly with a flatbed Tow truck, loaded my car, and dropped my daughter & I off at our house. The driver was great, professional, and friendly and it wasn't nearly as expensive as I expected it to be! Highly recommend! read more

Our car broke down 45 miles from home on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend, and Larnell saved the day. He kept us in the loop while looking for others to come help us, and when nobody was available, he went to the yard himself to get us. He made sure to get a big truck to fit our 3 passengers and drove us the 45 miles to the repair shop himself. He was extremely friendly and got our car up on the truck in a flash. He's our hero! read more

These people are the best. I don't remember a company that was as competent and helpful as this one. I had an old R.V. in my front yard that no one would take and I tried every wrecking yard in the area, including all of Sacrament. A specialist in R.V. dismantling wanted $7,000 to take it off my hands. I simply did not have that kind of money. Yet, I thought I may need to do it because it was looking like I had no choice. Then Vacaville Tow stepped in. I explained my problem to them and rather than telling me I was out of luck like everyone else they did some research on my behalf and found a place that would take it. They only charged me $1,350 INCLUDING to pick it up and take it to a wrecking yard in Woodland which charged them $850 to take it. Towing fees to for an RV normally cost $250 an hour. When I looked over their costs I see they barely broke even. This company really wants to serve its clients and will do what they can to help them. I felt like I was dealing with a company that sincerely wanted to help me rather than take as much money as they could from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

Wendy, the dispatcher was very rude and not helpful at all. She wanted to argue and repeatedly talk over me and told me she can't just go "Poof manifest a tow truck", as I was stuck on the side of the freeway with my two-year-old daughter in the car. Explaining that we're not in a safe place and AAA only contracts to them in the area. I was in so very disappointing in both of these companies. AAA needs to get their together and Vacaville tow needs to give their dispatcher's training on professionalism. read more

As far as Vacaville tow as a whole I do not recommend. My 4 year old son and I were stuck on the freeway using AAA they came and said they couldn't tow my truck because it was too wide for their trucks and declined my AAA but then called me and said they could do it if it I paid out of pocket? They told me is was over 200 an hour and then when I called back spoke to someone else it was 125.00 for the tow and I said fine. The tow truck driver was amazing his name was Anthony. He did his job and it wasn't even a hard tow for him. It seems like all the other drivers are incompetent and the managers that called me over charging where just money hungry. I wouldn't recommend uses them if you want wushu washy prices and service. read more

These drivers like to cut people off. They also like to accelerate when your signaling to move over so that you can't. Very unprofessional.

I went to start the Chevy Suburban the other day... 'And nada, zilch, zero. ('Not even a pathetic "click, click," to give me false hope.) So, back into the house I went to call AAA.... 'Within thirty minutes, Vacaville Tow's, Mike A, was parked in front of the house, right up to the Chevy... 'And 5 minutes later, the Suburban was running. Mike A was great, very friendly & professional. 'Damn. 8/ 'Being relatively new to the area, Mike & I "talked story" for a bit after the SUV was running. ('Mostly about places to take HAPA Boy for walks.)
