Very disappointing experience with this roadside provider. After the incident occurred during the service call, the technician immediately tried to blame us instead of handling the situation professionally. After calming down, he acknowledged that he had made a mistake and repeatedly pushed for a private settlement instead of going through proper insurance channels. He then refused to provide the company's insurance information. At the scene, he also pretended to record video evidence, but when the roadside claims department later contacted the provider, they completely denied the facts and refused to cooperate. ***BE CAREFUL*** What has been most frustrating is not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Based on our experience, once damage occurs, this company appears far more focused on denying responsibility than resolving the issue fairly and professionally. read more

I was fortunate enough to have Chris's towing assist me after my tire almost blew out on the freeway. Chris showed up in a timely manner, explained exactly what was happening, and made it a priority to make sure I was safe the entire time. As a female, I would feel 100% using Chris's tow again and will be referring the company to all my friends and family! read more

Could not have asked for better customer service, friendliness, and prompt service. Prices are competitive, too! Highly recommend!

I was stuck with a broken car and a day of appointments ahead. They heard me out when I called and had a flatbed there in ten minutes and I was on my way. Chris got a call from Safeco Roadside Assistance, and was at my car in five minutes. Meanwhile, i had sat for four hours and the Roadside waiting for M & C Towing with no contact from them. Chris was the second assignee and what a great experience. Professional appearance, great towing equipment, and did everything to change my four hour disaster into an awesome experience. He should be everyone's first call for tow services! read more

Hi there everyone! I must share my wonderful experience working with Chris! We needed a tow, I searched on Yelp for best tow nearby Fairfield, CA. Chris's Towing popped up first and he had amazing reviews. I called him, he was very polite and had great customer service with scheduling the Tow. I set our appointment for pick up and double checked my schedule and noticed I made an error on the time I requested for pick up, I called him back and without any issues he was able to reschedule me to the time that was most convenient for me. Pricing was very reasonable, and his driver Noe was prompt and came on time. He even gave a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. I whole heartedly would recommend calling Chris if anyone is in search of a good reliable tow!!! Thank you!!! read more

I needed to move a car from San Francisco to Napa and called several towing/flatbed companies for quotes. Chris's professionalism and speedy response blew everyone else out of the water. Chris was patient with us while we worked h the rough logistics and of course, right on time. There is no one else I would call in the future. read more

Chris and his team are hands down the best towing crew I've ever had to hire. I was very stressed after my Turo car broke down in Fairfield and had to be towed to San Jose, not knowing if any tow trucks would be available. Chris not only beat expectations but also went the extra mile by waiting for my friend to show up to hand me the key to the vehicle. Long story short, Chris and his team are premier examples of what tow truck operators should look like and I could not be anymore satisfied with the way they handled the towing. Thank you Chris and co. read more

Chris was great. He treated by modified car with care. Highly recommend. He will get my business in the furniture.

Chris the owner is very professional and responded very quickly. Only had to wait about 20min from the time I called, till the time he came to tow me. He towed my car to my house since the shop was closed at the time. Made an appointment with Chris to have him tow my car to the shop a few days later. He showed up on time and got my car to the shop. Easy to work with and definitely will be using his service again. Give this guy a call 1st before any other tow companies. Thank you Chris for your outstanding service. read more

I drove across a curve that was difficult to see. It immediately flattened in both passenger side tires. I called my roadside service and they sent Chris to the rescue. He was great, went well beyond the service necessary. I would highly recommend him and his company. read more

I called Chris's towing on 2 occasions. First time around was during Memorial Day weekend. Really appreciated scheduling. He gave a very clear time window & said they'd call if they are early or to send ETA. Was able to get a quote over the phone. The driver was very friendly as well. I was able to leave the keys in the car & they picked up my car, took a picture of it on the tow bed and even sent a picture of the car at the destination. He called cause he was ahead of schedule too. That's an extra step, I didn't have any doubt that they would do anything else with my car but it gave me a sense of security. I'm sure this also helps them build continual trust. 2nd time I used them was to bring the same car to the same auto shop. Easy! Love using Apple Pay/contactless payments cause I don't have to be there in person. read more

I rent my cars to folks on Turo. It's like Airbnb for cars. My guest got a flat. Chris's Towing showed up and did not attach the tow straps correctly and damaged my suspension. This is what Tesla told me. Turo denied my claim because the guest signed a liability waiver before the tow company took the car. So now I am out $1500 because of the damage they caused and refuse to pay for. What kind of company has folks sign a waiver allowing them to get away with whatever damage they cause due to their incompetence? Answer: Chris's Towing! read more

Chris handling my urgent towing need last night during commute hours with class. He was more than helpful. Handling everything including pushing my car from a gas pump to a safe spot until he could tow my car to the dealership in another County. He was quick, respectful, and upfront. I don't "like" having to need a tow, but glad to find him and have him handle it. Everything went smooth. read more

Chris' towing ... can to say 10 Stars is amazing and never fails to come through. When you get a ETA it is what it is. We have used him 3 times . Saved us from driving 2 hours to get our daughter when AAA left her stranded in a dark unsafe place . Never did they, AAA even have the decency to call. Ever in a situation Chris' is who you should be calling. Thank you again.. See us around . God Bless read more

Chris got to me early and was super cool. He really cares about the people he helps. If I need a tow I'll call Chris first.

You never want to hear that AAA is too busy and can't help you with a flat after already waiting for an hour. After a quick search, I called these folks and setup a tow. I had my dog with me and of course it was almost 110ºF so I wasn't nuts about an even longer wait, but these guys showed up when promised, and quickly loaded my car. The driver also dropped off the car precisely where I needed. Thanks to other Yelpers for a great recommendation, and I also won't hesitate to recommend these folks as well. read more

I reached out to Chris yesterday about getting my Sprinter Van towed from Northern Napa Valley to Fairfield. I reached out to Chris's Towing because AAA couldn't find any of their providers who would take the job. The van was stuck in park so it wasn't an ideal situation. Chris had me send him some pictures and talked through what would need to be done to make it work. My appointment in Fairfield was early in the morning and Chris agreed to get up at 4am to make it to my house by 5am. He was quick, he was professional, and he gave me peace of mind that the vehicle I use for my business was going to make it safely to the dealership for service. Towing a vehicle, especially one this size, is always going to be expensive but Chris's prices are reasonable. His prices are especially reasonable considering he was the only one willing to take the job. After he dropped me and my van off safely I received a call from Chris letting me know I had forgotten my headlamp in his truck. He then drove back to the dealership in his personal vehicle to return it to me. I highly recommend Chris's Towing. Feeling thankful this morning for people who perform their job at such a high level. read more

The professionalism started with the phone call and never stopped. Continual updates from both dispatch and the driver. Driver was on time professional and extremely polite. LIFESAVER!!!!! Thank you to the guy parked next to me at Costco Vacaville that gave me Chris's Towing info! I had no internet connection and could not look up a tow service to help me with my keys I locked in my car while putting my groceries away, and this angel went onto his phone and gave me this number. Chris pulled up in 15 minutes, introduced himself and got straight to work. He was done within minutes and I was able to pay him via Apple Pay. I recommend Chris's Towing a million times 100!!!! Chris's service was excellent! My Z4 suddenly kicked the bucket and I was just stranded in a parking lot. Called my insurance company and they sent over Chris. This guy was a lifesaver, he was very friendly, and willing to help me out. He looked over the car and together we carefully maneuvered it to the truck. His attention to detail was beyond words. Constantly readjusting the angle and such so that my low riding roadster wouldn't scratch the paint. While on the way to the shop he was friendly and very knowledgeable about European cars and what we think the problem was with my particular Z4. When we arrived he carefully lowered the car and he even got help from the locals to come help us push the car to the shops parking lot. Thanks a bunch Chris you da man! read more

I've contacted Chris 3 times now and every time he arrives quickly and helps me out ASAP! One specific time that stood out was when I had a flat tire and he picked me up AND recommended a place for me to get my tire fixed AND towed me all the way there. Long story short (not really) we been stranded in Fairfield for over 3 hrs due to no service from AAA - even with premium membership. We ran into some type of object on I80 East which blew out our tire along with 6 other cars. We called AAA for roadside service but was not provided. First they send someone to come and loaded our car up on the flat bed then instead of driving us home, he dropped us off at the Denny's parking lot off of Travis. The guy said he would come back to get us but didn't. When called AAA, They stated that it's busy night & they can't help towed our car back home. After many attempts, we finally gave Chris a call & he was there in no time. He took care of our Maserati from loading it to the flat bed to unloading it. He even told us to stand there to watch the process so there no damages to the car. You can't get a better service than that. Throughout the ride back, he was very friendly - almost felt like we knew him for a long time. Chris was our "prince in shining armors" in this case "in a shining tow truck" - thank you Chris for everything & we appreciate your rescuing. If you happens to run into unfortunate incident like us, don't hesitate to call Chris. His pricing is a lot better than any other towing companies. Friendly service with a big smile throughout. Beyond 5 stars service!! read more

These are the times when a tow truck company actually can make your day. Not only was I out of luck for locking my keys in my car yet again. This time it was on a weekend and all the Tow Truck companies were out of range and it would take $140 to get it done. I have roadside service that covers up to $100. I really did not want to cover the 40 dollar difference to get my keys out on a Saturday night. Not only did Chris's towing call ME BACK within five minutes of this disappointing news. He said I'll do it happily for the $100 dollars. That way you can get on with your night and not stress. What a blessing and 2 hours later on a busy, busy, busy night. I had my keys out of my car and in my step sons hand while I was attending a party I had planned for a month. Did not even need to be there! Great Service!!!!!! read more
