Customer service was very friendly but actually service was bad. 60 minute ETA was actually 5 hours.

I usually call my insurance when I need a tow but the wait was just way too long. Almost two hours just for a tow across town. So i decided to call Rush towing. Thankfully Barron was able to assist me today. Im the type of person that ALWAYS has something wrong with their car, and always left waiting at least an hour or two for a tow. Barron arrived in well under 30 minutes, made sure i was clear out of danger before he began to help with my car. What was even better was that he followed me a couple of miles to a gas station to make sure that everything was okay and ive never even experienced this even with my own insurance. For someone that is seemingly always calling for a tow this was the best service ive received and i would definitely recommend for anybody that wants some quality service in a stressful situation. read more

This is one of the best towing services I've used. They were quick to arrive and Barron was super professional and happy to help. I really appreciated how fast they were, most places you need to wait at least an hour. I would definitely recommend them if you're in need of a tow service!! read more

Definitely recommend giving them a try . I did, I was not disappointed. as you would expect to wait long for a tow truck or have slow communication with tow places getting put on hold etc . I had no issues here, I called they answered got it done. Barron was so much help and got me towed fast easy and effectively wonderful communication as well. Me and my mom were on our way to her house, when my transmission went out. This was the first place that came up that seemed to have good reviews so we gave them a call. The guy came quick, within about 20 minutes. In the past I've had to wait hours for anyone to show up with other companies, so this was something that impressed me. I would definitely call these guys again...Not only was the service quick, but the guy made us feel secure and comfortable, and got us where we needed to be. Excellent service!! read more

I drive an old Honda and in hindsight, it's easy to say I probably should have gotten new tires buut anyway.. tire busted while driving on 80 and had to get a tow. Just googled a towing company and I couldn't believe how fast they got to me. Maybe I was just in the right place but within 10 minutes the tow truck driver showed up. Ended up being a super cool dude (and a 9er fan ) and took me to the nearest tire shop. If you need a tow in Vallejo, these are your guys read more

These guys really are there when you need them most! I was doing some grocery shopping, I come out to leave and my brand new (to me anyways) Volkswagon would not start for anything. I even tried getting a jump and still couldn't get it to turn over. I didn't know what to do. I had just bought this car. Had no idea what the problem could be. Just knew that I needed to get it home or to a shop and fixed asap. I searched fast towing near me and these guys came up. Barron was extremely helpful and friendly. If you have the unfortunate event of having to get towed; call these guys! read more

I drive nothing but old Hondas. I have had my cars towed a lot of times. However, Charles provided EXCEPTIONAL service. He took the time to open the hood of my car and help me figure out what might be wrong before I took it to a shop so I would know what I was talking about with the repair guys, he took really good care with my car. He was really genuine, nice and super professional, not just by doing his job well and caring about his customers but he obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I will definitely call him again, though hopefully I won't have to. read more
