He arrived quickly and was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to be sure everything was right. I would call on him again.

Well, last night I needed a tow really late at night and this the Blackhawk towing was right there. They didn't take a long day to respond. Usually, you have to wait like 1 to 2 hours. They were there within 31 minutes and that really helped me I was kind of afraid where I was at and he showed up right when he said he was and these guys are good and anybody else that needs a tow call them right away good for their word they come when they're supposed to so I'm am thankful he Did a great job My name is Venice Babel and you pick me up through GEICO I think the gentlemans name was Johnny 10 stars read more

I chose Black Hawk towing for two challenging vehicle tows this week and cannot recommend them more highly. BRANDON, specifically, was excellent! He was professional, communicated thoroughly throughout the process and most importantly, when on site went into effective problem solving mode when an incapacitated vehicle posed a problem. I highly recommend Brandon and Black Hawk for all towing needs. read more

Our Toyota Camry had damage that looked very sad.. When we got the car back it looked brand new. Everyone was very patient about clearly explaining what was damaged and how it would be repaired... FYI, Black Hawk is no longer a business. It is now G&C Autobody. My experience at G&C Autobody was wonderful. The staff was very professional and on top of things through the whole process. A very special thank you to Nikki. She kept me up to date on changes and was very patient with me from day one. I would recommend this business. read more

I brought my damaged vehicle to them because my preferred body shop was booked solid for the next two months and Blackhawk was able to accommodate me a lot sooner. It was rough coordinating an appointment in the beginning but once my vehicle was in their shop, Tyler did a good job of keeping me updated. Due to Covid, staffing shortage and available parts due to liberal politics, I really appreciate being kept updated since it took a month for my vehicle to be completed. read more

My husband and I live in Napa and we will always take our cars to Blackhawk. He commutes for work and has had a couple accidents this year and I have also needed some body work done on my car. Recently husbands Audi was in a pretty big accident and I was worried it wouldn't be the same as it was before but Blackhawk did an amazing job. The car looks beautiful, the paint is spot on with color and quality and they worked with our insurance for us to get everything that was damaged replaced with all dealer parts. We are beyond happy with their work and customer service from Brent and Lisa was top notch. Would recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you! read more

I took my 2016 Toyota Tacoma to get repaired after being rear ended, since the moment I walked in I felt that I made the right choice. Very friendly service at the front desk- she was on top of answering all my questions. Then I was greeted by Brent- the owner. This man knows how to take care of you, he explained all that needed to be done and assured me it would be done in a timely manner. He was correct as it took only 1 week to get my truck in and out. Picked it up looking very shiny and in new conditions, then again greeted by Brent who came out right before l left and offered his friendly service. Thank you Black Hawk! read more

Hi thank you for Christian at Black hawk for taking the time effectively and efficiently to get me off the road .

Who knew that getting your car towed could be such a pleasant experience?! My husband's Jeep was towed by Black Hawk yesterday, and It had a dead battery when I went to pick it up. From the first interaction with the kind lady at the front office to Marty who assisted me with getting the car out- they were so kind and Courteous! Marty was so so very helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get that poor Jeep running again. He was knowledgeable, personable, and I certainly know I was quite the pain to deal with this morning- but they didn't hesitate to help anyway they could! Thank you Blackhawk for all of your help this morning! read more

Brent is the best! They did a great job fixing my car, making sure the whole process was efficient, organized and streamlined. I almost want to ding my car just so we can work with Blackhawk again. I probably won't, but the next time I do, I know where to go. read more

I brought my car here for repair due to a hit and run . They did a great job with the repairs and the shop owner Brent went above and beyond to have my car ready by the time I had to return my rental. I really appreciate the great service here , will definitely be coming back if I ever need any more repairs . read more

Brought my car in with the mirror I ordered online to see if they would be able to replace the mirror on my drivers side mirror and give an estimate. A mechanic inspected my car and the part I brought in and said they would be able to repair it. I scheduled an appointment, which I had to miss work for only to be told AFTER I already dropped my car that the mechanic would no longer be able to repair it since the mirror I ordered was not from the Acura dealership.. I brought in my car previously for another repair job, because my car insurance recommended it and would be paying for it. Blackhawk kept my car for longer than what was initially quoted and continued to up the charges for the repair. They did not use original Acura parts for this repair by the way. My guess on why they did not want to repair my mirror is because they were not going to make a lot of money on it. The receptionist provided poor customer service, had zero affect and was just as shady as the rest of the workers here. read more

Greg (I think he's the manager) helped us a lot! Great quality work and services. Very helpful, kind and trustworthy. They fixed my car so well! With very reasonable price too. Definitely a reliable body shop! Thank you so much!! read more

BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, by far the most unprofessional shop that I've ever dealt with, even if it's through a AAA Claim. No communication or updates, they slap your car together hoping it sticks. Had my car repaired for some front end damage, during the process they never called and gave any updates unless I called, got the car back and it still needed some parts (back ordered no problem) and they put some tape on it which came off after a 15 minute ride home. Then the no calls or updates again, did they forget about me?Are the parts not in?Anything? So probably the 2/3rd time calling the parts magically appeared, at this time I was completely fed up with them. They said they needed the car a few hours then it changes to half the day then for the whole day and the entire time they were not being accommodating at all, which this would probably be the 4th trip back to shop. The owner gets involved and gets my car picked up and repaired with also a complete detail (thank you). But not long (couple of weeks) after the the front bumper is coming off at several different locations and the overall work is pretty ridiculous, so I take it back (5x) now and a new manager is here to supposedly fix this place for lack of quality, he gives me his word and tells me that he is ordering the necessary parts and will be calling me next week, well that's been probably a month or two ago. I'm done with them, AAA can't even get any answers as well. Time to move on but sucks another shop has to fix it. read more

I recently had accident-related damage repaired at Blackhawk and they were awesome. The shop was recommended by my insurance provider and it was an overall great experience. They were communicative, the repairs look great and they even fixed some pre-existing damage for a super reasonable price. I highlight recommend Brent and Lisa for any body work! read more

Brent Blackwood was the guardian angel who came to my rescue last weekend when I was visiting Napa and my rental car side railing got damaged. Even though he wasn't supposed to be working on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, he dropped what he was doing to meet with me. He immediately identified the problem and clearly explained the solution. I thought at best I would get a quote. But he then got the work right there on the spot. The repair was both superb and reasonably priced. I don't live in Napa but if I did, I would make it a point to only have my car servicing and repair needs handled by BlackHawk Body Shop. read more

Awesome place. 10 out of 10. Brought in my vehicle and they estimated to have it 7-12 days and finished it within 5, super friendly and helpful. Vehicle came back looking brand new. I even dropped $20 dollar bill under my seat they found it and had it in envelope waiting for me when I got it back. Honest place I highly recommend. My girlfriend and I found our local shop we will always go to. Thank you black hawk auto body for a great experience ! read more

I had my go to shop well spare calling him out . After years of "family treatment" it became like because your family we can get away with anything... I was done no more tones that where far far professional being done on my car. Hope you can see what I did there . Had friends that had a near total come out looking like a new car had always stuck with me. I had side and a rear end happen within weeks of each other so I decided to go with Blackhawk amazing job because of the weather they told me to call back for a buff when paint had 100% cured some I believe one and done kinda of stuff... I believe Blackhawk will go above and beyond to help you out with your. I was paying out of pocket one time and you have no idea how helpful they where. Text updates with photos I can't say everyone gets it or chares to have this level of detail tho I greatly appreciated! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE Geyer family. read more

I feel I can't give a full 5 stars, but with how it all turned out, I give 4. Thanks Lisa for being human. Here's what happened: I was in a major car accident in June and the police made the call to have my car towed from the scene. The driver asked where I wanted it towed, and he offered the shop as an option. I was pretty shook up and didn't know what else to do at 5am on a Sunday, so I agreed that was the best spot. He dropped me off at home, which was very kind, and off went my smashed up car. Never having been in a wreck like this, I was not aware of the $65/day storage fee, which I felt would have been important for the driver to share this information. So, needless to say, I was pretty shocked when I realized there was $260 owed for storage on top of a $250 tow to go 3 miles! Perhaps these figures are standard, but I think that if someone is in the business of hauling people and their damaged cars after major accidents, at least a little bit of 'hand holding' would be reasonable in explaining the fees of service, even if the customer doesn't ask. I was practically in shock, and questions I probably would have asked if I had a broken axel or something just didn't roll off my tongue. With just this piece of the story, I would give very low rating. But, I had a conversation with Lisa, the owner, and explained my perspective. She still backed up her driver and felt it wasn't his responsibility to offer the pricing info when I didn't ask, but, she was also very compassionate regarding my whole situation, and actually REFUNDED a portion of my storage cost! Nobody is perfect and on any given day people can be on top of their game or not. Including me. (even the accident was totally my fault, case in point!) But, to me, how things are resolved speaks much louder than any one specific incident. I am a people person, and highly respect when people can 'clean up messes' thru communication, and find some middle ground. I appreciate the gesture Black Hawk made to make things right, and want to make sure they are acknowledged for good business customer service! read more

After taking my car back to the dealer and having them send me to a body shop across the street that said they would have to replace multiple components to my car and I'd need to contact my insurance...I was worried. I just bought my car, know nothing about cars and was not keen on spending even more money on my car. I contacted my insurance and the claims adjuster recommended these guys. The claims adjuster said it may even be a quick fix that wouldn't cost me much of anything so the next day I dropped in without an appointment. The owner, Brent, was very nice and was able to take a look at my car immediately. The car door was fixed in a matter of about ten minutes and was such a minor job that they didn't even charge me for it. My car door looks and opens perfectly now! Knowing that my insurance carrier works with them, I don't want to say I'd be excited to work with them at some point but I feel good knowing that when I need a body shop for some more serious work I have a very good one to go to. read more

I've had all my body work done here by the guys at Blackhawk and it has always been top notch! They've always been on top of notifying me when things have come up while repairing the vehicle and just some of the most friendly bunch of people to work with! But what brings me to this review is nothing big, but something small, and in the end it's the little things that add up to something great. I called last Thursday and spoke with Brent about getting an emblem removed off my new car that didn't tickle my fancy. He just told me straight that it would take fifteen minutes and that would cover removing the emblem and polishing up the area. He then told me it would be on the house. Which brings us today, I show up but Brent was out to lunch, but Martin steps up and without question honors Brent's deal of on the house and less than fifteen minutes later it's done and I'm on my way! Like I said before, it's little gestures like this that really make a business shine! I recommend Blackhawk Body Shop highly to anyone! read more

I'm a regular visitor to this repair shop and I've nothing but great ratings for this place. Brent the owner is very compassionate about the work done in his shop to the point of perfection. I've visited more than one auto repair shop and had more than one car, Blackhawk is the best. I'll drive more than 30 miles to get there and it's well worth it. Make an appointment, go to location, meet Brent and know you will receive the best service and price to repair whatever your car needs. I highly recommend this place as well as many others. read more

My family has been going to blackhawk for years, and have always had great experiences. Recently, I found myself coming here after being in an accident that resulted in major damage to my beloved sports car. The entire time that my car was with Blackhawk, the staff and owner, Brent, did an amazing job and kept me updated every single step of the way. Even when my insurance seemed to be dragging their feet, Brent made sure to contact me as often as possible with updates. The thing that stood out the most is the fact that Brent and the team were so thorough, and ultimately wanted to assist me in moving forward, by giving me multiple options, even if it meant losing my business. Because of their transparency, hospitality, and overall amazing communication, I'll stick with Blackhawk, just as my family has done through the years. As a Napa native, I can see why they've built such a solid reputation. read more

Brought in my Totaled Nissan the other day and Marty helped me retrieve my items from the trunk of my car. This guy didn't just help me, he went to WORK. Poor guy had a bloody arm by the end of it and I CANT thank him enough. Without a doubt, this business really cares about it's customers. I have been here three times and have been able to notice that they are great business year around. Esperanza was wonderful and really went out of her way to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered quickly and efficiently. She even helped me with my car rental and reached out to HERTZ to make sure a car was available while my car was in the shop. Nichole (estimator) was fantastic, she really knows her stuff and was very clear about what was going to get done and how long it should approximately take. All three times my car has come out looking better than before. Thank you to all of the staff at BlackHawk for always taking care of me and my car! read more

I came here to get an estimate on a possible bent frame on my van. Martin came out, took a look, and told me an alignment would go a long way, and that I could get it done cheaper at a tire shop. It's rare to find this kind of honesty in a business. I know many other body shops would have blown smoke up my ass and taken me for a ride. Thank you Martin for your integrity. This is the body shop to go to in Napa. read more

Marty is a real gem!! He arrived at the scene of my sons accident to tow his car and could tell that he was really shooken up. He made sure that he was ok and gave him a ride into town. I got the chance to meet him a few days later and he is a super nice guy. read more

Our daughter had borrowed our car to visit her boyfriend over a weekend. Someone plowed into it over night. We got a call that Blackhawk had towed it. I offered to give him a tip and he refused to accept it. Class guy all the way. Very helpful and polite. Highly recommended. read more

When my car was hit by another driver, the owner made sure that everything here was taken care of to my liking with a 100% life time guarantee on the work. This was probably the worst experience I've had at a body shop. The communication and honesty at this business is sorely lacking. When I originally took my car in for an estimate, I was quoted a price that was still a bit pricey, but within reason. I was given the run around, and they had a problem committing to a time they could complete the job. When I brought it in after weeks of waiting, they came back with a much higher rate than previously discussed. When I told them I would look elsewhere due to frustration, they were rude and couldn't care less. After asking If they were sure they couldn't do the original price they ran the information again and returned with her another outrageous price. Nothing about this place is positive. I highly recommend look elsewhere for a place that can properly give an estimate without ripping off a young woman. read more

Can't say enough good things about the process of fixing/replacing my back bumper of my truck. From beginning to end, through private party and then insurance claim, excellent service! Picked up my truck, fully detailed and looking beautiful. ***all of this great experience is in direct opposition to my previous experience with Cooks Collision, sorry, but true** read more
