This is my fourth flat tire on a Tesla within one year ... and my son has had six flat tires within one year on his Tesla. In contrast, my wife has driven the same roads as we do for the last six years with her BMW times three and has never had one flat tire. Elon! Please care as much about providing great tires as you do about making great cars! Anyway, we are thankful that there are companies like AT&T Towing to respond to our emergency calls. Their driver, Jeffrey, arrived within 30 minutes of my call to fetch me and my car and take us to the nearest Tesla depot. I rode in the cab with Jeffrey. I usually call my insurance when I need a tow but the wait was just way too long. Almost two hours…read morejust for a tow across town. So i decided to call Rush towing. Thankfully Barron was able to assist me today. Im the type of person that ALWAYS has something wrong with their car, and always left waiting at least an hour or two for a tow. Barron arrived in well under 30 minutes, made sure i was clear out of danger before he began to help with my car. What was even better was that he followed me a couple of miles to a gas station to make sure that everything was okay and ive never even experienced this even with my own insurance. For someone that is seemingly always calling for a tow this was the best service ive received and i would definitely recommend for anybody that wants some quality service in a stressful situation.

Sadly the Lamborghini had a Rod go thru the Oil Pan. I called around and got some crazy towing quotes ranging from $250-$300 per hour with a minimum 2 hour charge. Lucky for me I found Fred and he was able to help out for a flat rate that was lower then other were going to charge me for an hour. When he arrived he saw all the oil and blocked traffic and called Napa Fire and they took the time to clean up the road so nobody would drive thru the oil and have an accident and potentially get injured. Fred got our car out of harms way and back to our storage facility in Sonoma. These guys are a great alternative to AAA for high end cars that AAA will not tow. Also as a FYI if AAA cannot get you towed they will reimburse you up to you policy terms.

Then SOME GUY came along, pulled in front of me and came over to where I had removed the wheel with the flat and helped about 10 minutes. Then I noticed he was driving a slip-bed tow truck with about 20 rolls of used chain link fencing. He had no company logo in his shirt and I did not see the company name on the truck. I gave him $20 for the favor and he said he charges $75-150 for road service I never asked for. Turns out he just happened and stopped as Was waiting for a truck sent out by The Good Sam club. He kept demanding more money, bad words were used and I drove away. Now 6 hours later someone called demanding money again. WE NEVER HAD AN AGREEMENT VERBAL OR WRITTEN AND HE NEVER IDENTIFIED HIMSELF OR TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE FOR SERVICE, HE?THEY ARE SCAMMERS/CON MEN. NEGATIVE ZERO RATING!!!!!

I am cancelling my insurance because of the interaction of this towing company...because of how horrible we were treated. A man arrived with no uniform and immediately started yelling at us...screaming LEFT LEFT LEFT...we had no idea what he was talking about. AllState said my copay would be $4.50, but the driver demanded 5. No big deal, but things only got worse from here. We met him at the collision center, arriving minutes after him (literally) where we started demanding a $55 standby fee or he wouldn't release the vehicle, which we naturally refused. He kept screaming at us and we took the recommendation of the employees at the collision center, and called 9-1-1 on the driver. When he saw the police arrive, he started to release our car, took the $5 copay and left. NO business interaction should EVER result in two older women feeling this threatened by a man when they are this situation. AllState should be ashamed of supporting this man! Women should be cautious dealing with this man. He is literally preying on his victims.

Turned out my battery had died and it was somewhere under an air filter under the hood. Couldn't even jump it or replace it on my own. He came out. Checked out the connections, checked the battery charge level and got me charged enough to get it to a service station. Highly recommend and would absolutely call upon his services again.
