Horrible customer service here!! My son was in an accident this morning and his car was automatically towed here from the scene. We did not ask them to tow it. I called them to see what we do from here because we had never been in an accident before. I explained what I was calling about and that my son was in a wreck this morning. The man on the phone had zero compassion and immediately told me that I owe 375$ for the tow and a days worth of storage at their shop and stated to bring the title of the car to them also because it was a total loss. When I explained that I don't have $375 today, he transferred me to the manager who was equally rude and only discussed the money and then began to threaten me with a lien on the car and more fees. She stated that until I pay the 375$, I will not be able to get the car or do anything else even if I bring them the title and daily fees will continue to accrue. Very very unreasonable people! I am so grateful that Blackhawk Towing answered our desperate call on Christmas Day when our car broke down 85 miles from home! Our driver was so friendly and accommodating, and had the truck nice and warm for us after freezing in our dead car. It was a logistical nightmare dealing with our insurance trying to find someone open on a holiday, but Blackhawk was the first to respond back to them that was willing to go that distance. Originally we were suppose to figure out our own transportation since there were no trucks large enough to fit two passengers, but our driver managed to track down the other truck in his fleet so we didn't have to deal with yet another car/Uber/cab situation! Wow. They did beyond expectations. My Lexus is300 drivers side rear door, and quarter panel was dented nd scratched. As well as the wheel, nd they fixed everything like new! To match the paint of the whole car. Just to make it better my gas lid had a small dent nothing big, bt they fixed it for free, my rear bumper on the passegers side was cracked and dented, and they painted it to match the cars color, they didn't repair it.( because it was from another accident) bt they painted over it for free, I thought it was really thoughtful of them! This shop, its owner Brent, and all of the employees are outstanding beyond measure. I was introduced to Blackhawk due to an insurance claim. I was rear ended and the responsible party's insurance contracted with Blackhawk. I took my car there for repairs and it came back like new, actually better than before the accident. They did not mess around trying to "fix" things. They ordered replacement parts from Audi and did it right. The paint matching was 100% perfect. My next experience with Blackhawk was just unheard of in today's world. I took the same Audi there to have some body side molding reattached. I dropped the car off at 9:30 AM and was provided transportation back to work. They promised it would be done by 4:00 PM the same day. I called at 2:30 PM to see how it was going. They said it was ready, and asked if they needed to send somebody to pick me up. (outstanding customer service!!) My wife dropped me off to pick up the car. It had been beautifully detailed. (again, outstanding customer service). Their manager walked me around the car and stated everything that had been done, and reassured me that the molding was on tight. The denouement was the price. I will not disclose what i was charged, or not charged, but it was beyond belief. I was thrilled. Brent will be getting a nice bottle of wine and I will bring some beer for the crew. I was helped out by a guy, also named Justin, who saved me $500 by using a can of something and a paper towel to remove a huge black scuff mark. THANK YOU BLACKHAWK! The Full Story: A few weeks ago someone lightly sideswiped my white car leaving a huge black streak across it. When I called my insurance company they kindly reminded me that I have a $500 deductible for this kind of thing. We came here given the solid YELP reviews but were very disappointed. After being rear-ended by another driver, BlackHawk provided an estimate for repair and we set up an appointment a full month out so they'd have time to order replacement parts. When the day finally arrives, I bring the car in and they tell me that all it really needs is "about an hour worth of plastic bending with a heat gun." This sounded like some sort of bait and switch so I declined their service and went to another shop to get a second opinion. The other shop said given damage it needed to be fully replaced. Blackhawk Body Shop seems to put the interest of the insurance company ahead of the customer. They wasted a month of my time and now I have to re-start the whole process. read more

My passenger door was damaged, after Blackhawk finished the work, the color was off and the damaged door still had damage. Also the rear passenger door now had scratches and the wrong color and the front fender and front of bed had buffer swirl marks in my black paint trying to blend their bad paint job. The new body shop was shocked at the poor quality of the work done and the damage caused by Blackhawk. If you care about your car do not take it to this horrible body shop. read more

My favorite body shop in Napa. I had quite the experience after an accident. My truck was returned even more damaged than the accident when it went to State Farm's preferred shop Cooks collision in Napa. My truck went it with a dent. It came out with my back up camera wires cut, gas tank neck removed and not put back, and exposed metal on the bedside under the panel, missed work, rust and broke parts not replaced. So after all that mess I got to go to the shop I originally wanted to go to, Black hawk. After a couple weeks of BS from State Farm stating they didn't want to replace my panel only repair it Brent convinced them that the panel will not be repaired but replaced. I just got my truck back and I couldn't be an happier. My truck was returned to me and it looks like new! Brent went above and beyond for me and made sure my truck was perfect. He went above and beyond the call of duty and made sure all work was performed quickly and perfectly. I can't thank Brent and Black Hawk Body Shop enough for getting back on the road.
