We are long time customers and fans here. We take great care of both of our cars. One of our vehicles is a Navigator we use for our wine tour business. We frequently get a refresh and have Mike and his crew go over the car to fix all the little dings and scratches that are inevitable. I am heading there today because someone hit my drivers side mirror on my 2019 Ford Edge Titanium and apparently the replacement part comes in unpainted so the dealer can't do the whole job but Advanced can! We moved to Napa in 2013. I needed some minor body work and called two car dealerships and one mechanical repair shop asking each for a recommendation for a body shop. All three recommended Advanced Auto Body. I have since taken three vehicles in for a total of four repairs. All the work was reasonably priced and very high quality. But my last experience takes the cake: We have a 2013 Cadillac Escalade (bronze paint) that needed miner paint work on the front bumper and right front fender in 2014. Last year, I noticed that the paint was blistering in two small spots. I took the car in and showed it to Mike recently and he scheduled the repair and repainted the area (August 2024) for no charge to me. That's right...he warranted his work ten years later! I hate writing this kind of review because then everyone will want to come here (lol) ... But seriously! This is hands-down the BEST experience I've ever had with an auto repair. Mike is a total PRO in every way. From the phone call to the estimate to the scheduling and the repair itself: perfection. They were able to see me right away for an estimate. Mike was very honest and genuine in his assessment and response regarding the damage (some idiot backed a big ole truck into my brand new Escape & took out my entire rear bumper and more). He told me what he would do and explained everything in layman terms. He gave me the estimate - (I didn't have to pay anything because the other person's insurance covered it all, however) the price was extremely reasonable. He scheduled me earlier than I expected. Even told me how to have Hertz drop a car at his place to be ready for me to pick up the day I dropped my car with him. It was seamless and the repair was PERFECT (can't even tell it was ever hit & the paint matching is unbelievable)! They even washed my car and she looked like a brand new ride when I picked her up. Mike and his team do excellent work, not just through their car repair expertise (which is enormous), but also in their understanding of how insurance companies operate behind the scenes -- which doesn't always have the policyholders' best interests in mind. AABC is extremely conscientious about pricing and finding replacement parts, among all of the other services they offer. I expected some recent side mirror damage to our Audi to cost a small fortune, but Mike identified and did a quick fix to a part on the spot and then had the replacement part delivered the next day. It was both a money- and time-saver for us. Granted, this wasn't major collision damage, but we've brought other cars to him in the past with big dents and damaged bumpers, and his and his team's service has been the same: 100% top quality. Basically I took my car there off of a recommendation this was an insurance issue through someone else's insurance. My car was hit slightly on the passenger side by front bumper / light area. The light was replaced leaving one new light and one old light on driver side they buffed out what needed to be and then painted it but then painted the rest of the bumper witch wasn't buffed. There were other nicks and scratches previous to the incident that were just coated over and the color looks a little off so all in all it just looks sloppy and half assed! read more
