I was having trouble with my tire that they patched twice and so I called to see if they would take a second look without charging me. I was only asking if they would so I could decide whether I wanted to used them again or start fresh with someone else. I tried to explain that they had already patched the tire twice, the last time a week ago, and I was happy to pay for a new puncture but if they did not think I should have to pay if it was not repaired properly and after a lot of back and forth he said fine, and then hung up on me.

These guys responded promptly, were able to get me in same day, and it only took an hour for a smog AND oil change. Both of the gentlemen that helped me were incredibly polite and thoughtful - a real stand out when customer services seems to be on a downward trend. There's a small waiting area with a comfy couch but I would recommend checking out one of great restaurants in the area - they're a little tucked away but there are a lot of great options to choose from. I paid $670.81 for a wheel-bearing/hub repair, but the original noise came back and became worse. What disappointed me most was how I was treated afterward. I repeatedly asked whether my vehicle was safe to drive or needed to be towed, but I could not get a clear written answer. I finally had to use AAA to tow it away. I have mechanical experience myself, but I trusted this shop's professional diagnosis. I expected the problem to be properly identified and corrected. Instead, I paid for a repair that did not solve my complaint and was left with unanswered safety concerns. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

I get here, go in expecting I'll have to entertain myself and keep my dog cool for a few hours close by and the guy behind the counter goes May I help you? I'm all Hi I have a 1 o'clock appointment for an oil change. He looks at me as if the wall behind me suddenly grew a big fat set of lips and said it. First response was we don't make appointments. Then he says Are you sure you have the right shop? I showed him the numbers I called and he says We only have one number and I'm the only one that answers. Hmmm yea so I dial the first # and it rings the phone in front of him. He says we'll that's us.....who did you talk to? Dude, you if your the only one answering. He says he never spoke to anyone about an appointment and besides they are booked 4 days out. Wait...what? But you sa.....ok whatever. So I call the 2nd # and Lo!! My truck was sucking down about a quart of oil every 100 miles. I took it to them to diagnose. Got there and they said it was just the PCV valve, which I questioned. I said there's no way that clogging would suck a quart of oil that quick, but they insisted. They told me they had a "special machine" that checks the valve. Went home and a quick google search shows you blow on it with your mouth to test it. Big greasy mechanic took me for almost $500 bucks. Didn't spend more than 30 minutes under the hood. Of course it still burned oil too. Absolute dirtbags here.
