Details: He flushed the radiator, but the coolant reservoir was completely empty the next day. He overfilled the engine oil. He didn't check the PCV valve. I swapped it the next day, and the valve was completely clogged. This $20 easily replaceable part can cause a lot of trouble to your engine and should have been checked during the service. Jim didn't mention it and didn't check it. He didn't flush brake fluid. When I asked him why, he said, "it's a waste of money". I measured water content in break fluid and it was in the red. I took it to a different mechanic, they said break fluid was dirty and in need of immediate replacement. The rear break pads were gone. Breaks were listed on Jim's invoice as checked. I had to swap them at the other mechanic. So everything that I could check didn't check out. Use at your own risk.

Most people would have just replaced the hose and sent me on my way but Jim was determined to find out why this would happen as it is not a common occurrence. He seemed to take it very personally and of time until he finally got to the cause which was a stuck thermostat that he said he had never seen all the years he's worked on . It took a while for him to but he went the extra mile to find the cars and fix it and only charge me for the parts. I then asked for an estimate at two other tire stores ending up at Dimond ties. They gave me an appointment the following day with the best quote of $350 to rotate the ties and replace the sensors . They rotated the tires and came back and told me that there was nothing wrong with the sensors, that the reason the service light was on was because the from tires needed air . They charged me $30.00 ! That is a company with integrity. I will be a loyal customer . This is what we all need ,a company we can trust . I was quite prepared to pay the $350 And would not have know any difference.

I didn't a search for tire balancing and Yelp made it into a project and contacted a few companies for me. I had a few contact me but ultimately I went with Easy Fix Tires. They come to you. They rotated my tires and threw in the balancing for free! From the time we set up an appointment, they came that same afternoon. The whole rotation and balancing took less than 20 minutes (only one tire needed to be balanced) and cost $40! That's a steal considering I didn't have to drive to them and most places may charge you $40-$75 without the balancing included. These are some hardworking folks who run this business. If you need new or used tires, tire rotations and balancing, fix flats or jump starting cars, I suggest you check them out!
