Amazing service! My mom recommended Miguel to help tow my car with a completely dead battery. I had a jump starter pack but it wasn't enough so I was ready to have it towed to my mechanic. When he arrived with his flatbed, he asked if he could try his jump pack, and it worked! Without him asking, I paid him for his time and was able to drive myself to my mechanic to get the battery changed and recalibrated. Amazing service! Very quick and professional! I would highly recommend his company! read more

M&G Towing ALL THE WAY! Miguel was so responsive, got the job done despite frozen bearings, was patient, had the best attitude, is professional, and polite (this goes a loooong way with me). He put the car where I wanted it (while working around landscaping!) all with a pleasant attitude. The job took longer also because of the location I needed it to be in. I was blessed to find Miguel. Can I give more than 5 stars??? His customer service skills are top notch. read more

I was panicking because I was in CA from out of state driving my sister's car to the hospital where she was a patient when it suddenly stopped. I called AAA and they coordinated M&G Towing to take the car to her local mechanic. Miguel was wonderful when he arrived (he actually called to let me know when he would be there which was reassuring). He was professional, calm, reassuring and kind. He wanted to know if there was anything I needed such as a ride to the mechanic shop and concerned how far I would have to walk back to her house (only a block). He calmly explained twice (since I was so rattled) how I get reimbursed by AAA and after he dropped the car off at the shop he took a picture of it to verify it was there. It had been a very stressful day and despite some unfortunate events, I felt safe and knew I was being taken care of by a professional who also happened to be a really nice guy. read more

They were excellent! Pulled name from yelp listing. Called and left a detailed message about picking up my not running car. Got a call back within 5 minutes for more information about pickup since I was not going to be there. They gave me a fair price quote over the phone along with pickup time. Picked car up within 10 minutes of arranged time, delivered car from Marin to Walnut Creek. Miguel gave me extra help after unloading the car also. I would use them again! Miguel was great. Very much recommended! My car needed towing from Richmond to Hayward. Miguel responded with a quote very quickly and was kind and very responsive with any other information I needed to know. Miguel was the best! Very responsive, showed up bang on time even though my car was way up in the hills, and was helpful, courteous, careful and professional as he towed my car across town. Great rate, too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M&G. read more

M&G Towing quickly responded to my vehicle needing a tow due to a breakdown. The driver was extremely polite and professional. He was careful with my car and loaded it onto the flatbed securely. The truck was clean and well maintained. My car and I were at the drop off location within about an hour without a scratch. I would definitely use them again. It was a flat price. I am not a towing expert. It wasn't cheap, but not crazy expensive. I'd rather have good service. read more

My car wouldn't move, and needed a tow to the dealer. Not only was he extremely fast and professional showing up, he helped out with a problem I didn't expect. He also was willing to go above and beyond to take the care elsewhere. This is an honest man, who had an honest rate. Don't hesitate if you need help. His equipment is top notch, but his personality even better. This is the one you want. read more

My car needed a tow once again and Miguel got here faster than the last time. Great price & great customer service!! Thanks again Miguel!

I sent a request for a quote through yelp to 3 companies. Miguel responded in 30 min with a straightforward flat fee, much quicker than the other two services. One didn't give me a quote but asked for a call. The other responded with the same price quote amount, but 8 hours later after Miguel finished towing the car! He came that afternoon on time, quickly got the car out of the garage, and loaded it up. All in the span of less than 20 minutes. He was flexible with payment method. I can't believe how pleasant and easy it was to work with him! read more

Absolutely first-rate experience with M & G towing. Met me right on time, quick and professional work. Good price.

Miguel was amazing. Right on time to the minute and shimmied my vehicle out of a precarious spot like a magician!

Unfortunately, (due to botched stereo wiring) my car stalled at a shopping mall. I waited a whole day for AAA to show up only to be told everyone was busy. So I decided to search around. M&G responded first. I'm happy they did. I reached out and got a reasonable fee. I made the appointment and I can say I'm a satisfied customer. Truck came on time with no issues. Excellent service and my car was delivered with care. Way better experience than with my own insurance. Hopefully I don't need a tow in the near future but, if I do need a company that's reliable/trustworthy I'll call M&G. read more

Professional, fast, reliable, on time!! Hit debris on the fwy, got a punctured tire and undercarriage hanging off. Fast, straightforward service. Miguel helped me out quickly to tow my car when I was in a bind. Thank you!!

My car had a mechanical problem. Called my insurance for a tow. Waited 6 hours for different tow companies to arrive. All were a no show. Looked on Yelp. Found M&G and their 5 star rating. Miguel is worth every star. Said he would arrive in 45 minutes and then was early. Got the vehicle to the repair shop quickly and safely. I most appreciate his " can do attitude". He seemed happy to be part of the solution without any hassles or complaints. I would not hesitate recommending M&G to anyone. read more

Responded in 5 mins and arrived on-time. Great price and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I called them after getting stood up by another company which had good review on Google. He responded right away to our request for a quote and was there in 10 minutes as advertised. He was courteous and professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend. He offers flat rate which to some people may be expensive but to me, it was worth the money. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I got into an accident on the freeway and needed to get my car out of there. We called M & G towing and Miguel showed up very quickly, about 15 minutes prior to the quoted time. These guys are super awesome. Great with replying to communicates, and vary affordable pricing. Will definitely be doing Business again!!

Miguel and Alex came to the rescue! I needed a fast tow and called 2 other services for towing in the area; and M & G Towing beat them both, on price and availability. Miguel responded to my inquiry within minutes and was willing to accomodate my towing needs. I didn't even have to be with my car! He instructed me on what to do in order to retreive my car from the auto body shop, interacted with the employees on my behalf about those arrangements, and delivered my car to me at home and parked it in my garage. Did I mention he kept me in the loop every step of the way. His professionalism was on point! M & G Towing is my go to now for all my local towing needs. You'll definitely be pleased with this service if you need it. M & G Towing offers other things too comparable to a road-side service. Don't hesitate to call. read more

Our wheelchair van got a flat tire on a Sunday at around 5pm at IKEA. We were so worried because tire shops are either closed on Sundays or close early. We called several towing companies in the area, and there estimated wait times were 1.5 hours or more. M&G Towing saved the day by towing our van within 30 minutes to a Costco to get a new tire on there. Miguel was so quick, so kind, and professional. He got straight to work when he saw the flat. If it weren't for M&G Towing, I don't know how we would have gotten my sister (wheelchair bound) home. We really appreciate the timeliness of Miguel, and how kind he was during the whole process. They helped us in our time of need more than they know! We are so grateful for your help and kindness! read more

I was stuck on the side of the road trying to find a tow truck at 8pm on a Sunday. Every other tow company was quoting $400+ for a 15mile trip. The worst part was the service I was receiving. Like any other consumer if I'm going to spend top dollar I don't expect some one acting like they are doing me a favor. After the 10th call I find M&G Towing. Day and night response and service. The tow truck showed up within 30min and their price was reasonable. M&G towing will for sure be a company I'll use in the future and recommend to friends and family. read more

Once again Miguel came to my daughter's rescue. He helped to get us a reliable autobody shop to fix her car. He also helped her get her battery replaced. We broke down in Oakland at 8:00 pm at night and thought we needed a tow sixty miles back to home. no other tow company except M & G Towing said they would take two adults and a small dog that distance. We weren't about to rent a separate car anyway. I called M & G Towing and we used Yelp messaging to keep in touch. Miguel gave me a quick and reasonable quote that night and showed up the next morning on time. The car still wouldn't start so Miguel jump started it and that worked! He told us not to turn the car off until we park it at our mechanic's shop. That saved us the hundreds of dollars tow cost and he could have been disappointed about that instead he was happy for us! read more

Miguel is an incredible caring tow person, which is very hard to find around Oakland/Berkeley area. He's reasonable and a caring person. My daughter needed a tow during rush hour. He did everything he could to get there ASAP. Unfortunately we had called our membership towing company & they got there before he made it. He wasn't angry about that at all. He actually was happy she was out of the way of traffic and safe. The next day her car was towed believe it or not to a AutoBody place not even a mile away...blocks away. The tow company charged $150.00. It was the one the body shop used. They were uncaring robbers...the tow company. We decided to not have the car fixed there. I called Miguel he totally worked with us time wise, etc. he wasn't even close to $150. I couldn't thank him enough. If ever you need a tow this is your guy! I hope I don't need a tow again, however if I do I would ONLY use Miguel. read more
