I was panicking because I was in CA from out of state driving my sister's car to the hospital where she was a patient when it suddenly stopped. Miguel is an incredible caring tow person, which is very hard to find around Oakland/Berkeley area. He's reasonable and a caring person. My daughter needed a tow during rush hour. He did everything he could to get there ASAP. Unfortunately we had called our membership towing company & they got there before he made it. He wasn't angry about that at all. He actually was happy she was out of the way of traffic and safe. The next day her car was towed believe it or not to a AutoBody place not even a mile away...blocks away. The tow company charged $150.00. It was the one the body shop used. They were uncaring robbers...the tow company. We decided to not have the car fixed there. I called Miguel he totally worked with us time wise, etc. he wasn't even close to $150. I couldn't thank him enough. If ever you need a tow this is your guy!
