What stood out to me most was that he wasn't just trying to make money off a tow and he actually wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here. As a Branch Manager at First Alarm, we rely heavily on our fleet vehicles, so having a tire and automotive partner we can trust is critical. We switched to this Big O location after using another Big O for years, and the difference has been significant. The professionalism, quality of work, customer service, and responsiveness have all exceeded our expectations. What stands out most is the integrity of the management and staff. They've built a relationship with us based on honesty, transparency, and genuine customer care rather than simply trying to sell services. Whenever we've needed assistance, they've been available, accommodating, and committed to getting our vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. As a company that also provides service in a different industry, we understand how important it is to build long-term relationships through trust, strong ethics, and consistently delivering on your word. This team embodies those values. A sincere salute to the management and the entire crew. Thank you for taking care of our fleet and making our jobs easier. We look forward to continuing our partnership for years to come. Highly recommended!

They did work on my truck they didnt tighten everything back up to spec. All kinds of noises were coming from the area where they did the work. After I took it back to them to fix they send me a picture of my rack and pinion leaking and tell me this is why im hearing all the noise and it its not the work they did. I ask luis and Kevin why they didnt tell me this when they did the work the first time since they already had my car open and they both said I didn't pay $60 for an inspection even tho my bill was over $1500 dollars. So I took my truck and got a second opinion at another shop. The second shop said the COMPLETE opposite of what big O tires said. After the second shop did an inspection they said the work big O tire did was incorrect. They left the work they did VERY loose and not tighten to spec and that my rack and pinion WAS NOT leaking. The second shop tightened everything that was loose and guess what....the noises where completely gone. No more clunking or squishy noises coming from my car. If I could give negative stars it work be -5 These guys are a joke and got a bunch of apprentices working in there shop. Im surprised they know how to swap out tires. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I needed my flat tire fixed, within seconds they had identified the nail, and he asked me if we wanted to plug it. I was like yes please. The mechanic was done in less than ten minutes and I got charged fifteen bucks. I'm pretty confident I've paid an arm and a leg for having my flat tire fixed before, so I was really really happy at how quick and effortless it was. I didn't see any cars before me, so maybe that contributed to the speed, but it was genuinely less than ten minutes. You can't ask for more than that in my opinion, this will be my go-to recommendation for flat tires.
