I happened to catch it on the papers while signing, and was not only caught off guard but questioned when I said I did not want it (I'm a student and was already pushing my limited budget, which I had already told them). I was exhausted from being there for several hours trying to navigate loan applications, hungry, caught off guard and didn't have the energy to fight for myself, so I sheepishly signed the papers and left. The next day, feeling taken advantage of, I contacted the team I worked with, and was told that I would received a check for $1,000 for the SWAT system I did not want. I continued to follow up, each time being told that, "the business office was still processing it." Finally, my point of contact stopped replying/answering. Since I don't live in the area, my mom followed up in person, nearly 2 months later. Dave met her, and informed her that the dealership is now under new ownership, and that the promise for a $1,000 refund was something the team could not possibly have done (it was an empty promise). Despite it being "impossible," and being unable to fulfill that promise, Dave did everything in his power to remedy the situation, eventually working something out with us that felt good. So, thank you Dave, for going above and beyond to try to remedy a problem that wasn't yours. Eternally grateful! Will definitely be back because of you.

The service associate mentioned it was likely just old hoses and nothing I should worry about right now. I had a follow-up question about whether he had ever heard of a scenario I had been experiencing lately. Before I could even complete the sentence, the associate shut me down, saying, "We're a Honda dealership and your car is a Hyundai, so we can't answer questions." ​It felt like an immediate brush-off. I tried to clarify that I was just asking if he had ever heard of the symptom I was trying to describe in ANY vehicle, not a brand-specific diagnosis. Instead of listening, he talked over me, repeating that they were a Honda dealership and couldn't possibly advise on anything to do with a Hyundai. I had to firmly hold my ground just to get through a sentence to repeat that I was simply asking if he'd heard of anything like it. He finally admitted that he had. ​When I pointed out how needlessly difficult he was making a simple customer question, he turned it around on me, put his hand up toward my face, and said he was "done." ​I'm not sure if this was some sort of bias against women or maybe he was having a bad day, but what I do know is that my money will go elsewhere. This dealership did not describe the condition of the car accurately, and allowed a test drive of a vehicle with apparent mechanic and safety issues. Called the dealership and made an appointment to test drive a 2009 Maserati Gran Sport. A close friend of mine wanted to fly in and drive the car home so I agreed to check it out and be a part of the transaction. Spoke with Matt on the phone who assured me the car was in 'mint' condition and that there were no issues with the car. I originally planned to view the vehicle within 24h, but was told the car was at another dealership being shown, but would be 'back soon because he had five other people inquire about it'. No problem, I had expected that maybe a car of this age/caliber, even with a low 51000 miles on it probably needs some work before being offered, and was willing to accept the car with some flaws if the price was right. Showed up two days later with my GF, about 30 mins late to my scheduled test drive (I appreciate the flexibility on a Friday). I was greeted and did a walkaround of the car before going inside. Noticed the under dash panel was missing from the driver side, a cluster of buttons were broken on the dashboard and sunken in, and a parking sticker from the previous owner remained on the window. Ok, maybe it was in for service? The Check Engine light was still illuminated, however Neither Matt nor the salesperson who went on the test drive acknowledged the other person, my GF, with me. It was like she was invisible. Rep made some questionable comments about women while we were on the test drive. Made us raise our eyebrows and ask "what year is it again?" The rep on the test drive talked the entire time - was hard to concentrate on the vehicle condition but did quiet down after I asked him twice. What I was able to discern: the car sounded awesome. It is a Maserati after all, but had been in at least one front end collision. The alignment was off and the car pulled to one side. The rep on the test drive told me they fixed it at the shop. Fender and hood did not line up, front bumper and grill had visible damage, and distance sensors were going haywire on the test drive. Between this and the CEL, I expected this maybe from a $5000 car on Craigslist, but not a $30k car being offered by a business with such a high Yelp rating. Got back to the dealership to talk to Matt, find out what the story was with the damage and perhaps make a deal given the flaws of the car. Went to park the car, and the parking brake was not functioning. Major safety issue, and probably the final straw. Matt was first very dismissive when I told him of the issues with the car, insistent that it was in reasonable condition. When I pressed Matt, while remaining courteous, about the accident damage and apparent effects on the radar/distance sensors up front, he became very combative and rude. He did not offer to look at the issues I mentioned and raised his voice. Because of their unwillingness to accept responsibility and put a potential customer at risk in a vehicle with apparent safety issues, I cannot recommend this business and would caution anyone in the market for a European automobile to purchase elsewhere.

He put the treatment on them and yes, the car does not smell like mildew anymore. Not sure why anyone would use something on upholstery that smells so bad to clean. The treatment smells a little chemically but this is far better than the wet dog smell from before. I am giving this 4 stars because even with the reclean, the original team and also the second team did not clean my middle console/cup holder/ gear shifter at all (debris still stuck on it), and they left a spray film on my windshield that gives a bad glare at night. The two teams spent nearly 2 hours each time with my vehicle. Overall the outside of the car looks great, the inside looks mostly great, and now it smells a bit chemically but I prefer this over the mildew smell. Thank you for coming out to correct this problem right away.

I went in at the start of a calendar quarter this year, when there were fewer shoppers around. DIllon was calm and knowledgeable; and patient (took the time to run through all the dashboard settings and configure it as I wanted before I drove off). I knew what I wanted going in; this probably also helped make the purchase pretty quick and easy. They did let me take an extended test drive. Never been to this dealership before (former BMW 3 series owner). re: the car, Honda Civic Hybrid. I'm at around 1500 miles since purchase, 20%-30% highway driving. As you can see from the photo, I'm now over 53 MPG, beyond my expectations. Part of that is fewer highway miles, and keeping my speed lower there. Part of it is the design of the engine. You will sometimes be driving on the battery ("EV") even at 65-70 mph while in "Normal" mode. And at 20 mph you may be on gas for awhile even in "Econ" mode (I don't use Sport mode). The handling, steering, braking is surprisingly good, smooth, nimble. Not surprising, in hindsight, it was named one of Ward's 10 Best Engines. This also fit in my garage (the Accord is around 196 inches and would have been a much tighter fit). Thanks to Dillon, Stewart and Hansel for all of the above. DC
