    Another 5 star experience. These folks just get it. Car ownership involves things like maintenance. Breakdowns. Repairs. Inconvenience. Etc. But the folks here at Marin Acura go above and beyond to minimize the suck and maximize the positive outcomes. I was offered reasonable solutions at each junction. I felt valued as a client. I felt respected as an individual. I was met with positive vibes and courtesy by each and every single staff member. I was 100% confident my vehicle issue was going to be resolved correctly by the very competent service manager and his service team. At no point was I met with resistance and at no point was any request I made denied or even "ho hum'd " about. I was just met with kind and friendly folks making a car issue go away like a bad dream. I knew when I bought the car from them that they were a cut above the rest and they continue to reaffirm that impression with each subsequent interaction. They also treat my wife with the utmost respect and courtesy and that means even more to me. I am a 30 year automotive professional. I take stuff seriously and I have extremely high standards. These folks meet and EXCEED my expectations without me even having to lay those expectations out. Which demonstrates to me that it's just "how they roll".     Recently bought a Acura RDX A-Spec 2023 from them and the customer service was amazing. The salesperson that helped me through the entire process was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Even after the purchase was made, he helped me with questions I had about the car. Shout out to Edmond and James! Highly recommend going here as your first choice, whether it be your first buy or 50th.

    Was due for the timing belt service on our RDX & went to Marin Acura . Patty was our service advisor. Patty was professional and got us in a loaner car & back on the road quickly. Patty called later in the day and suggested a couple of other items that needed attention. We opted for some of the needed items and were advised that some could wait until the next service. We felt comfortable dealing with Patty and appreciated the honesty on the critical items needed. Also had an interaction with John in parts on some needed hood struts that were currently on back order. John suggested some aftermarket hood struts as an option,but we decided to wait on the original parts, and he said he would contact me when they arrived. Everyone we encountered at this location was friendly and polite. We received the car completed at the end of the day with a complementary car wash(even though it was raining) I noticed Marin Acura has the most Precision Team awards (a factory sponsored award system for treating their clients properly)of any dealer in the Bay Area. Great people, don't go anywhere else.

    I traded in my lease in recently. Kao and Edmond were able to work some numbers out to save me $40 per month on my lease. My 2022 became a 2023 AND I'm saving money? Count me in! It was sad to see the white MDX (Big Bertha) go but our new liquid carbon metallic MDX (Brienne of Tarth) will fit into our family just nicely!

    #WOW With my growing family, family of 4 I definitely needed to upgrade my 2021 Honda Accord sport to something BIGGER and more practical! With so many options on the market and test driving a few and not being happy with any of them I decided to say "WTH let's go test driving a MDX". My husband and I came to Acrua Marin & met with Edmond (super cool btw) and off bat he knew what i needed with just a few questions!! I test drove 2 cars and it was a done deal I knew for sure what i wanted. Edmond and JP made it real easy to work with, very Knowledgeable I cars and life and help me walk out with confidence knowing I made the right choice for me and my family.     My wife and I have been looking for a family SUV for a while. During this crazy period of chip shortage, every car dealer near us (in the peninsula) jacks up their prices. But Marin Acura offered us a good price on the 2023 MDX. After a few rounds of phone calls with Edmond and Christine, we decided to travel 1+ hrs to see the car. At the dealership, we received a warm welcome from Edmond who then did a great job explaining the features and patiently answered our questions. Jean-Pierre, the manager, is very professional and friendly as well. The whole buying process was smooth and efficient. We didn't feel any pressure from the dealership to purchase the car or other accessories/services during our visit. We are now a happy owner of a brand new MDX, and we do recommend this dealership if you are looking for an Acura.

    One Star - Deceptive Service Practices, Inflated Bills, and Poor Communication…read more I have been a customer at Land Rover Marin for three service visits on my 2024 Range Rover Sport, and after my most recent experience I feel obligated to warn other owners. It started when I called about three warranty issues and a routine service. I was told my car required service every 10,000 miles -- which I later confirmed with Land Rover corporate is completely false. The actual manufacturer service interval is 22,000 miles or 2 years. The 10k visits they've been selling me at over $2,000 each are fluid top-offs and a system check -- not the major service they've been charging for. This is the third time I've paid for one of these unnecessary services. That's roughly $4,000 in potentially fraudulent upselling as I am at 30k miles now. I booked six weeks out to secure a loaner. When I arrived, the loaner I received was dirty, smelly, and required two days of airing out before it was usable. My car sat untouched for two days after drop-off despite the advance booking and after 10 days in their shop still isn't done. Mid-service, I was quoted $2,100 for rear brakes over the phone and approved the work. When I arrived to pick up my car -- 10 days after drop-off -- the brake charge had climbed to $2,800, and a $125 email discount I had been told would be honored never appeared on the bill. When I confronted the service rep, he immediately reduced $600 without hesitation -- as if he already knew the number was wrong. I still ended up paying $100 more than the original quote and the $125 discount wasn't honored. When I pushed back on the service intervals with the service manager -- who was extremely difficult to reach -- his justification was that the dealership has seen five engines fail on these vehicles and he personally has had to call customers to tell them Land Rover won't honor their warranty. This is a scare tactic. Land Rover corporate confirmed to me directly that warranty compliance requires the manufacturer's intervals, not an arbitrary dealership schedule. I still need to return to address two unresolved warranty issues, but after that I will not be back. I am actively considering filing complaints with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the Better Business Bureau. Owners of newer Range Rover models: call Land Rover corporate and verify your actual service intervals before authorizing any work here.

Believing him to be simple, in part due to his taste-free Hublot watch, I explained that yes, I'm in a mall in Marin test driving cars on a Saturday not for a good time, but with the specific intention of buying one. My wife saw storm clouds approaching when another person laughed and hurried out of the shop when they heard the Lucid employee try to explain to me how very expensive his cars are ("okay if I have a honda civic and a rolls royce..."). I stopped him and asked if there was some problem with me test driving a car. "This car, for example, is $125,000," he said, as if that explained it all. It took all my composure to not say "You work on commission, right? Big mistake. Huge!" (NB I later found out they do not work on commission, which makes it all the weirder that this guy appeared to judge me as unable to afford what is a relatively modestly priced car for the bay area...) Best of luck with the sales technique of patronizing potential customers, we'll go elsewhere.

After a no pressure conversation, and time to think, I decided to consign the car with Cars Dawydiak. The level of service I received was nothing short of top shelf. Every question that I had received a prompt response. Everything I needed to market this car, and give it its fair due, was handled in a timely manner. Please know that I was someone who could have been taken to the cleaners on this transaction, but Brian's efforts resulted in me getting an excellent price on the car.... and better yet, the car going to a buyer who will love it as much as my father did. No hassles no bullcrap! And... I didn't need to spend hours in their office going back and forth feeling like I was being taken for a ride, like other dealers. This is how car buying should be. Cars Dawydiak has a great team from Mike Leddy, Michael Balboa, Brian, their tech John, and of course the awesome White Lab shop dog "Cooper" I was treated with great respect and I have to say I've made new car friends at Dawydiak! They truly look out for both your car and your wallet. A few months ago, out of curiosity and convenience, I went to a dealership in Sacramento. The staff members were much less welcoming. Ultimately, they tried to charge me over three times what I ended up paying in Marin for necessary jobs, and they didn't even provide reasonable videos / pictures or offer to take me to the garage so that I could see things myself. That experience only confirmed what I have been telling people for three years: I don't plan to take my vehicle anywhere else. I CANNOT RECOMMEND JAGUAR MARIN ENOUGH! If you are able to get your car serviced here, you are extremely fortunate. You will be treated the right way, which sets them apart from just about every other business in the automotive industry. Without hesitation, I drive from Sacramento when it's time for some work to be done, whether it's just an oil change or something more complicated. I trust them entirely. They replaced the windshield, and went much further. They tracked down any place in the car that had gotten wet, and fixed any damage. Furthermore, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and deliver the car to me. I can't recommend them more highly. I have had experience with another dealership in the Bay area, and I'm so glad that I've switched to Jaguar of Marin.
