First impression of the business was non-intimidating with no pressure. Met Sam and he willingly let me test drive 3 cars that I was considering. When I narrowed my option to a Mercedes-Benz SLK350, then I was introduced to the owner- John. He was upfront and straight-forward with giving me the best deal he could for the car. We struck a deal and Sam handle the paperwork without a hitch. From test drive to purchase, I drove off the lot within 4 hours. Their customer service has continued well on after my purchase. When my plates and tabs arrive, they kept their word and John put my plates on himself. He even welcomed me back if I needed any future help with my car. I took a while to write this because I really wanted it to be well thought out and truly reflective of my experience at Motor Team. First off, their sales team is amazing. From the time you drive in, you feel welcomed and everyone on the sales team is friendly and helpful. I came to the dealership to purchase a car I had really been wanting (Mercedes GL450) and not only did I buy it at an incredible price, but the whole process was way faster and smoother than I am used to with dealerships. The salesperson I worked with was John (he is also the owner) and with him what you see is what you get -- he is incredibly transparent, and as a salesperson myself, I truly appreciate that. I hate the back and forth at other dealerships that I have worked with and just want to cut to the chase; that is what I got with John. Apart from a smooth purchase, he went out of his way to make sure that we were completely happy with our purchase. To say that he understands the value and importance of customer service is an understatement. This is not the last vehicle that I will be purchasing from them. BEWARE! Saw a car that was posted by these clowns on Craigslist. After getting approved for a loan and going to check out the car, I found out the car had been in an accident and airbags deployed. When I questioned them on the findings from the technician who did the inspection, they tried to lie and say it was not in a crash and that the hood on the car just needed adjustment. Asked for the CarFax report and sure enough, there it was...ACCIDENT! Omar and Joey's attitude changed to a sour note and basically they ignored me when I wanted to look at another car. This place is horrific!!! A joke! And Omar is full of BS. My mom passed away in February and she harassed my dad over and over to get a new car but he said no point, after figuring out which car he wanted we found a Cadillac SRX at Motor team. My dad felt like he owed it to my mom to get a new car. The finance team is horrible, and when I mean finance team, I mean Omar. He was pushy, manipulative and gave false information. At one point he even threatened us to take the car back because he made us put a $7k deposit WITHOUT getting the documentation from us, but kept saying he would make it work! After a few weeks and having the car under our possession he started to call my dad a liar because Omar "assumed" my dad made "x" amount of money after we told him he was retired and only had his social security income. Long story short after I "threatened" to speak with the owner, he then tried cooperating and "trying" to be respectful. He even tricked my dad in buying bogus ass warranty! After 2 months of having the car, we already had to get it serviced and cost $350! Also, the description of the vehicle said it came with a manual, and this fool said he would get it for us, but never did and we spent another $50 on eBay for one! I brought a Jaguar cash for 9200$ from Motor Team Inc on Friday May 21st and I have still not got neither my title or my license plates. I have been at the dealers place 3 times, but each time they just say that they'll call me when they have my title and license plates. I was guaranteed that the sunroof in the car was waterproof, but after I bought the car it showed up that there comes a lot of water in that way. Now they want that I pay for the repair myself. They sold me an extra key for my Jaguar for 150$ (which was a special low price). Later on I brought another key directly at Jaguar in Fremont for just 55$! Don't trust this dealer and don't pay them before you get your title. Get everything on writing. Now I have to go through a lawyer to get my title so I can get new license plates for my car. read more

Just bought a hyundai elantra from motor team. Good friendly sales staff. The car is great and I got it for a great price. No problems there. However, when I said I wanted to go to a credit union and finance the vehicle there, the general manager, John, urged me to finance through one of their banks saying they have way lower rates than credit unions. I knew that wasn't true, so listening to him was my mistake. The sales staff shouldn't have a problem with financing through a credit union, and should emphasize in house financing less. In turn I ended up financed through Wells Fargo, one of the worst rated banks for car loans with a very high interest compared to a pre-approved loan I recently had.
