I had a terrible experience at Hayward Mitsubishi. I purchased a car on May 23, 2025, and paid a $2,000 down payment. We agreed verbally that I'd return in two weeks to pay the remaining $1,000, but no payment method was confirmed. On June 9, without contacting me or getting my approval, they charged my debit card for $1,000 -- which I never authorized. They never had permission to save or reuse my card. That's not all -- the salesperson, Jacqueline, also added an extended warranty to my deal without discussing it with me. I noticed it while signing paperwork (after she had left) and immediately asked for it to be removed. I texted her directly to confirm removal, and she never responded. To this day, I have no proof it was removed. When I asked for a refund and accountability, Jacqueline became dismissive and rude. I've filed a bank dispute, a BBB complaint, and I'm sharing screenshots of everything to warn others. Do not trust this dealership with your money or your information.

I bought a used 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage in April 2025 1. The car had warped rotors with deep grooves and scratches. When you press the brakes on the car it was seriously dangerous. The cars left tire and sterling wheel would violently extremely shake. When test driving and noticed the sales person said not to worry about it and 'it would go away by it self' then ended up being extremely dangerous and a hazard to drive. When I press the brakes at highway speed the whole front end would violently shake and almost fish tail (reverse fish tail fell The front end) or blow a tire. Luckily I am Mechanical inclined and was able to change the rotors my self saving me $1000-1500. Please see picture as there was a massive deep grooves or divot causing this issue. This could have killed me and my daughter after leaving the dealership and in the recent days after I bought the car. 2. The car had 12XXX mileage on it so you would think the dealership would have done regular maintenance like oil change or tire rotation. This was never done and I had to do these maintenance items. 3. When asked about a 2nd key when buying the dealer ship stated 'it's a used car and all used cars come with 1 key' in 2018 my USED BMW Came with 2 keys. In 2025 and junky 1991 aero star came with 3 keys. This place will just assumes with blatant white lies. 4. DMV paper work never came after 2months when I complained then immediately sent it to me via fedex next day air. Like why ? Isn't this just a normal dmv and or part of your job ? Clearly shows a badly and ignorant dealership who sold me a borderline lemon 5. This thing was basically a death trap. Luckily I am mechanically inclined and was able to fix it before my daughter received great bodily harm. Like who would sell a car like this and not disclose the issues of such a serious problem. After chains the rotors and pads the car is running as if should

Sneaky, Pulled a "Packing the Contract"scam. Would not print out a physical copy of contract speed threw contract on tablet and was telling us what it was for. Never mention these things were options or at more cost. Talked as if it were included with buying the car. Shame on us for trusting their kindness for honesty. It gets worse. Just got a ticket in the mail from the Yukon we traded in with my Mom's down payment and they are ignoring our emails won't explain where the Theft device is located that contract states they installed and my Mom is paying for. It hasn't even been a month since Mom purchased her new car from them and it's been a nightmare. Do Not go here. They take advantage of seniors.

My bf and I were searching for a pre-owned vehicle. We had seen a couple online that were at this dealership so we made the drive out from the South Bay to the East Bay. We drove up and we were greeted right away. The man took us over to see the type of vehicle we were searching for. We found a couple in different colors and styles. We were really happy with the selection of vehicles at this dealer. We picked out the one we liked, test drove it, and took it home the same day. A quick rinse of the car would of been appreciated it but regardless all was good. Paperwork was a breeze and we were in and out to go about our day before dinner time. The staff was professional, the bathrooms clean, and our car shopping experience successful.

I went here to get my car serviced and Mona the service advisor really stand out from my expectations. She really explained everything to me when it comes to what my service is for especially the the engine light which is on. In short she is really knowledgeable when it comes to her profession. And really nice as well. Highly recommended.

He later agreed to have a local body shop in Hayward replace the plate underneath that was dragging in the ground, but I learned that day that the front end was literally broken and missing the piece that goes under the bumper. It's literally just hanging there. The tires were also bald and the brakes were bare. I had to immediately put a ton of money in to the car just to make it safe. We wanted to help put a young man who has had a rough life by buying him a good used car. Bobby was a big help. He made the process easy. He let us test drive with no hassle. Negotiated a fair price. Detailed the car. The total transaction was quick and painless. The young man has his first car. Bobby made a Labor Day sale (Ultimate Auto missed out on the sale). Everyone is happy. When we arrived, we were quickly welcomed by the shop's owner and only employee, TJ. He told us about the history of the car and disclosed that the radio wasn't working right off the bat. He let us know that he wouldn't sell the car before fixing the issue and that he was already in the process. He shut down the shop to take us out for a test drive and not once did we feel pressured to purchase the car. When we asked if we could take the car to a mechanic, he offered to take it for us (requiring him again to shut down the shop). After our mechanic assured us that the car was in great shape and TJ worked out the radio, we let him know we were interested in purchasing the car. He happily held on to the car for us despite multiple other offers and worked with our schedule as we are not from the Hayward area. Although TJ was not willing to negotiate the price of the car, we agreed that it was already priced in a great position and appreciated that he was open and honest about fixing the radio. After we purchased the car, we realized there was an issue with the new radio and contacted TJ immediately. He apologized sincerely and helped us fix it, even though our contact listed the car as is. We got to know TJ fairly well throughout our car buying experience and would recommend his business to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. He is kind, honest, and a great businessman to work with.
