    I had a really great experience at Mazda and want to recognize both Nya and Ali for their professionalism and support throughout the process. Nya, my salesperson, was honestly amazing to work with--knowledgeable, communicative, and fully committed from start to finish. He stayed on top of everything, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to make sure the deal came together in a way that made sense for me. I really appreciated his energy, persistence, and how invested he was in making sure I left happy. Ali, the Finance Manager, also made a strong impression. He was professional, approachable, and clearly focused on making sure everything came together smoothly. His involvement helped make the overall experience feel well-managed and positive. I purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-5 and traded in my 2022 Mazda CX-5, and the entire process was handled efficiently. This is my second vehicle purchased from this location--my first was under the previous ownership--and I'm happy to say the experience under the new ownership was just as good. I truly felt valued as a returning customer, which meant a lot. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and the experience. I look forward to continuing to do business here and would definitely recommend working with Nya and Ali.

    I flew in from San Diego to purchase a car site unseen. Yes, it was as nerve wrecking as it sounds, but Scarlett made the process very easy and helped me get out of my own way when it came to pulling the trigger because of the distance. which after spending one nights rest with my new (to me) car, i can say im so thankful she did. bought a subaru forester with a very specific color and tech package and shes perfect. when i got to the store to pick up my vehicle there was a small scratch that they made right immediately so i felt that dealership leaving like I got a good deal and like I was taken care of instead of taking advantage of (Which was a real worry since I was basically putting myself in a really bad spot since I had clearly planned to drive the vehicle home.) I also really enjoyed chatting with Ali in finance, he made the worst part of buying a car super enjoyable gave me a couple recommendations for the area and was just generally pleasant and not high pressure, it was honestly like talking to an old friend. Other small shoutouts to Ali (sales) and James who were the managers that both came out and made sure that they met me in person after interacting with me over the phone, Which was just very personal and made the experience that much more pleasant. I will most likely add another post or comment on this post as there are a couple things that aren't fully wrapped up, I'll be finalizing next week (Just things that were a part of the deal that are owed) so everyone knows how the treat the customer after the sales aswell! but i dont expect to be disappointed with how my experience has been so far. Oh, and right before I left, I was invited to their cookout so I obviously made sure to get a photo of james cooking for me before i drove off in my new car! anyway, loved waking up to my new car in my parking spot today. that made me so happy and I know I made the right decision, as wild as flying somewhere to buy a car is.     I had a great car buying experience at Victory Mazda in San Leandro! Sal was very thorough, and covered all the steps in the car buying process. I made a 2pm appt for a test drive, and Sal met me in the parking lot. We went inside for a quick interview. He asked me what vehicle I wanted, trim level, and what colors would be acceptable. I told him my ideal car would be a Soul Red CX-50 Premium. He said they didn't have that exact SUV, but offered me a test drive to introduce me the CX 50. Sal told me all about the SUV. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the electronic features it had. Okay, I read the neg reviews on Yelp. Must be two guys named Sal at this dealership. Sal got with his Mgr, and they found the car i wanted in San Jose. In about 3 hours.....a CX-50 Premium in Soul Red Crystal Metallic was sitting in the lot. Amazing job. I got the car at a good price. They did try to sell me various coverage packages, like extended warranty and pre-paid maintenance. Just declined those.     Phenomenal service as always. I've been coming at this location for several years now (San Leandro Mazda to Victory Mazda) since we moved to the East Bay, and service has always been excellent. I really love the video link they provide during inspection which comes complimentary with any service. I even got a discount here with our Mazda CX5 for my oil change and tire rotation, and this service came with complimentary (optional) car wash. Gian was our service advisor and he provided me excellent service. Love the showroom here and tons of area to sit and wait while your Mazda gets serviced. Cheers and Happy New Year's Eve 2024 to Ring in 2025!

I made an appointment specifically with him, only to get pawned off onto some brand-new salesperson who had no authority.. The entire experience felt like a nonstop attempt to slip in extras and see what I wouldn't catch. Example: the truck had wheel locks installed. I told them multiple times I didn't want them. Rick's response? "Once they're on, they don't come off." Seriously? It's a lug nut, not permanent bodywork. That was just a convenient excuse for another $200 dealer add-on. I asked for a few complimentary oil changes to offset some of the nonsense fees... hard no from Rick. No effort to make anything right. Just pure "take it or leave it" energy. The arrogance was unreal too. Rick literally came over to shake my hand and congratulate me on the purchase BEFORE I had even shown the final pricing breakdown. Then came time for me to take possession after dealing with Finance, which somehow got even worse. I walked out of Finance expecting the usual new vehicle experience: someone to walk me through the truck, show me features, pair phones, explain settings, cameras, drive modes, etc. Instead? Nobody. Rick was nowhere to be found. Sales staff vanished. I finally tracked someone down and was basically handed the keys with a "Here you go, see you later. That was it. No walkthrough. No feature demo. No explanation of a truck loaded with technology. No effort whatsoever. I just spent serious money on a brand-new RAM and got treated like they were trying to clear me out of the building as fast as possible. And then the cherry on top: about a week later I realized the wheel lock key wasn't even included with the truck while getting new tires put on. Yes, the same wheel locks I didn't want in the first place. Rick's response? "Come on over and we'll take care of you." No apology. No accountability. No consideration that I live over an hour away. Dude even hung up on me to go "take care of a customer". Hey buddy, IM YOUR CUSTOMER!!!! Remember?? San Leandro Jeep is the definition of why people hate dealerships. Once the paperwork is signed, you become yesterday's problem. Do yourself a favor and buy from literally anyone else.

    On 8/30/2025 I purchased a 2022 Mercedes Benz GLB from Enterprise Car Sales in San Leandro, CA…read moreputting $5,000 down. Within the week I had to take the car in to the shop for rattling when the AC was on. Turns out something was installed backwards. Within the second week the Apple Car Play started failing. I took it to the dealership, one of the gentleman came out and did a quick troubleshooting (deleted devices and added back). Fast forward to March 2026, Car play has FAILED. I take the vehicle for an oil change and find that the engine is failing, including an engine oil leak, coolant system failing. While trying to establish the validity of the warranty and find a good shop for the repairs the car has shut off in traffic twice, continues to run hot and the breaks are going out already. I have spent $600 on a rental car. I have reached out to San Leandro several times and spoke with Boris. The last of which he offered a discount on the rental which still totaled $600 for how long I will need the rental. I asked explicitly to speak with a Regional Manager about surrendering the vehicle and submitted an online complaint more than three weeks ago and no one is responding. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. And by the list of other complaints I'm not the first person sold a vehicle that they claim has been through a rigorous "certification" and inspection and the ENGINE is failing months later.

    I visited this dealership with the sole purpose of test-driving a specific vehicle. Before…read moreproviding any personal information, I was very clear that I did not authorize a hard credit inquiry, and I was explicitly told that one would not be run. Despite that assurance, the dealership ran a hard inquiry on my credit report anyway. When I noticed the inquiry, I called the dealership the next day. They acknowledged the issue and promised they would have it removed. Over the following month, I contacted them multiple additional times, and on four separate occasions they assured me the inquiry would be removed from my credit report. It is still there. I never authorized this company to run a hard credit check, and I had already decided I was not interested in purchasing the vehicle. Running a hard inquiry without authorization is unacceptable, and repeatedly promising to fix the problem without actually resolving it is equally frustrating. I maintain excellent credit, and the only negative mark currently on my report is this unauthorized hard inquiry. If it is not removed, it will remain on my credit history for two years. This situation reflects very poorly on the dealership's business practices and their willingness to follow through on commitments made to customers.

I clearly informed them that I was already approved with Westlake Bank and specifically asked that my application be submitted only to that lender. They ignored my request and ran my credit with multiple banks anyway. This appears unethical and self-serving, potentially to maximize their profit at the expense of my credit score, without proper authorization. On top of that, the salesperson was completely uneducated about the vehicle. He couldn't answer basic questions, and the test drive was the worst I've ever experienced--unorganized, unprofessional, and rushed. Overall, this was the worst customer service experience I've had at any dealership. There are plenty of dealerships in California that respect their customers' time, privacy, and credit. Please be careful and avoid this place.
