I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic after a battery issue caused warning lights to appear. From the beginning, I explained that the problem was likely related to module programming. The dealership charged me $250 for a diagnostic and told me the issue was the transmission, recommending a very expensive repair. However, their own diagnostic report showed a coding/module incompatibility issue related to the ABS system -- not a transmission failure. I took the vehicle to another shop, where the problem was properly diagnosed and resolved through correct programming. There was no transmission issue. This was a frustrating experience. I felt the diagnostic did not match the actual issue, and I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here. read more

Hello everyone looking for used cars. We contacted Kia Hayward about a well-equipped Mercedes GLC at a good price. We came for a test drive. Sal Erakat worked with us. He was a pleasant and polite person, but turned out to be an unscrupulous liar, like the shift supervisor. After the test drive, I asked if I needed to pay anything for parking and reserving the car, since I couldn't come the next day due to work. I also sent Sal confirmation of an approved loan specifically for this car. On Friday I took a day off and we came with my wife to get the car, but it turned out that it had been sold before we even did the test drive. Someone was already processing the paperwork while we were test driving someone else's car. I've only encountered this in third world countries before. It's an outrageous way to treat customers. Disappointed to miss out on a great car and waste time and an unused loan. Zero stars. I haven't been deceived like this in a long time. read more

About a year ago, I came here and needed full service including my tires being changed. Mona went above and beyond to make sure that my car was done before I had work that evening. She called around and looked for specific tires for my car and even updated me throughout the whole process! She was very professional and sweet and left a very good impression that has kept me coming to Mitsubishi for my maintenance needs. The other day I had called to make a service appointment, but the lady that answered the phone told me that I have no more warranty services left. (I think she may have been new!) I was confused and was told that I was going to get a callback back and never did. I then called the next day and Mona answered! She was able to solve my problem within minutes! I brought in my Mitsubishi Galant for a check engine light that another place put the wrong radiator. Victor in parts dept explained that it needs to have special radiator and sensor that comes as a unit. So Victor gave me a price that I could afford since I am a senior on limit income. Later I speak to John the Service Manager Who also was able to work out a deal to put it in for 1.4 hrs time. I knew that Mona in service was just great as well to put it all together. Phone customer service here is terrible. I don't recommend this dealership/service department here. I have called plenty of times to ask for an specific car for parts that I needed but i wasn't able to get help by their employees here. I called customer service and was transferred to the parts department. But they just hung up on me. I have called the customer service again for more than 4 times and that for sure they didn't want to help their customer. Please do not go here and waste your time. read more

Definitely one of the better places to go if you need service (oil change, brake replacements, etc.) without breaking the bank. Mona and her service team did a really great job on doing an oil change and inspection for my 2019 Outlander Sport ES (5-Spd) without adding any extra nonsense or waiting for hours on end. Also, this is one of the only dealerships near me that has weekend service so I was happy about that since I have zero time for anything else but work during the weekdays. Rule of thumb for people who are hesitant, just make sure you check everything yourself before you drive off and they will gladly do that for you if you ask as well. My bf just bought a used car on 8/19 and the car started sounding weird on 8/20. He went to have it checked today 8/21 and the car needs the fuel pump replaced and that will cost him $1000. He just bought this car and there's no 30 day return or anything. Super suspicious and unprofessional at this dealership! When we went on a test drive with that car, the guy who went along with us was unprofessional and was vaping around us as we were outside looking around the car. I bought a used Range Rover from Mitsubishi San Jose and wasn't that happy with the customer service experience, until I got introduced to Mitsubishi Hayward. Mitsubishi Hayward customer service has been excellent. Chadi who I believe is a partner/owner offered exceptional service which made my purchasing experience so pleasant. I found a coolant leak problem with the vehicle next day after my purchase and Chadi and John(service manager) fixed it free of cost and provide me with a loaner while they fixed the problem. I have been taking my car their for regular service and found the entire service team very courteous. Mona is the super star of the service team. She is on top of her game and knows how to retain the customer.
