    Destroyed tire on a one year old car

    I had a serious safety issue with a tire on my car, which is less than a year old and has under 3,000 miles. While driving on the freeway, the tire completely disintegrated. I contacted the dealership about warranty coverage, and even after speaking with a supervisor, they refused to investigate or help, saying it wasn't covered. I was shocked--they didn't inspect the tire or offer to facilitate a claim with the manufacturer, leaving me to handle a dangerous situation entirely on my own. I ended up working directly with Michelin for reimbursement, but the dealership's dismissive response was extremely frustrating. For safety concerns like this, I would expect a dealership to at least take the matter seriously.

    Bought the car on April 2024 the motor mount where shot called them them to fix it they gave me mount and wen I went to pick it up my collision Sensor wen out the they had my car for a week then I got it back and I told them about my car shifting weird and they said that one of the workers that works there has the same car that's is supposed to to be like that e year later my transmission is shot they knew the transmission was bad and they didn't want to do nothing about it this place is not trust worthy take your money some where else only had the car for one year and is done know cause they ft me over

    I dropped off my moms car for service and while I waited I was looking at their ev cars. Abdullah came and helped us with showing us the car and giving us information about what features the car has. I decided to trade my car and leased the SOLTERRA. I love the car! It has all the safety features and it runs smooth. So happy I did this trade. Abdullah was very nice, he treated us with respect and helped us get the best deal. As a side note, Pablo Ochoa was awesome with helping get my moms car serviced as well as Zeke who both made sure that her car was running smoothly. I love that they have water, snacks, coffee for patrons to enjoy while they are there. The philosophy of helping kids, pets and the environment resonated with me.     Absolutely the best car buying experience of my life! With one 10 minute phone call, a couple of text messages and less than an hour in the dealership, we were done! That included trading in our old Outback for significantly more than anyone else had offered, financing the new Crosstrek and completing all the paperwork. True to their word, we competed everything working with just one person. No "I need to talk with my manager". No sleazy finance guy. No hard-sell on unwanted extras. Chia was AMAZING! She had everything ready to go before we even got there, and was friendly and efficient throughout. Since One Subaru is a no-negotiation dealership, there isn't the stress of bargaining the price down, and yet the price they offered was better than any of the other dealerships I talked with online (and I checked 8 in the Bay Area alone). Oh and their finance deal was 1% better than other quotes from other dealerships. How far over and above did Chia go? When I phoned earlier in the day I said that I wanted a particular color with a particular options package, and One Subaru didn't show it in stock. Chia told me that if we came in and test-drove a different color Crosstrek she could have the right color delivered to our home and even pick up our trade... But when we arrived, only a few hours later, Chia had arranged for the color and spec we wanted to be at the dealership ready for us. We test drove it while she appraised our trade, and left in our new car an hour later. This has been the most relaxed, trouble-free and downright enjoyable buying experience of my life. Amazing!

    Stopped by on 12/30/23 for the first time - family and I were helping out my sister who bought a Crosstrek here. Apparently the saleswoman mentioned that this location has the most inventory. I will say that the customer lounge area was top notch and clean. Overall a great experience and the customer service was superb.

    After a bad experience from a different dealership, walking into this one gave a much better vibe. This dealership building itself is so nice! The employees here are all very friendly and attentive. I came in trying to learn more about the Crosstrek. I've always wanted one but I wasn't sure what trim level I wanted. Chia was helpful with explaining the differences which helped me have a better idea of what I want. They don't earn commission here so they don't pressure you at all. I just began my search and wasn't even planning on getting the car so soon, but because there were no red flags here, the above and beyond customer service, and most importantly, Cesar and David were able to help us get the best trade in-value for our car. Couldn't have gotten a better number elsewhere, so we ended up buying and trading in our car the same day. It's hard to find dealerships that are trustworthy and transparent, but this place definitely provided the best customer service/car buying experience I've had so far!

    It's been exactly 1 week now since I've bought my BRAND NEW 2025 Subaru Crosstrek! I called Subaru One looking for some info in their used inventory and had the privilege to speak with Al over the phone. He was eager to help when we arrived and educated us on the used inventory they had. We were also able to look at their new models and were surprised to learn how affordable and updated these models were. Al was such a great person to work with and made the process so easy. He's honest, kind and well educated on the Subaru brand. Don't hesitate to meet him!!!

    They're Advertising for oil change with multi-points inspection and fluid top off. Coolant level was low after service. Very disappointed

    4/28/2026 After all this time and after Concord, Dublin, and…read moreHayward all sending me away with an invoice that says "Unable to verify problem" and also treating me like I was some sort of crazy, I decided to look at the vehicle myself. Starting from the back of the car and looking at every possible inch of the car and thinking outside the box I popped open the hook and started looking very closely and to my susrprise I found plastic protective films that were left inside the engine area and even on the battery from when I purchased the car. Upon removing it all some pieces were even burnt which explained what was making me sick because this would be getting pulled into the cabin through AC. Heat exposure: Vinyl/plastic can melt or off-gas when exposed to engine heat. Odor / fumes: nausea, dizziness, or headaches. Heated plastics could contribute to chemical smells entering the cabin, especially through the HVAC intake. Improper service handling: If these were left after recent service, it suggests sloppy workmanship. Reasons it is usually missed Most dealership visits are complaint-driven, not full inspections. If you reported: "odor" "feeling sick" "AC issue" Techs often jump straight to: HVAC system cabin air filter refrigerant system ...without doing a detailed engine bay sweep for foreign materials. 2. Flat-rate pay system (big factor) Dealership technicians are usually paid by the job ("flat rate"), not by the hour. That means: They're incentivized to work fast Extra inspection time = unpaid time So unless something is clearly part of the repair order, it may get skipped. 3. Assumptions + bias Once one shop says "no problem found," the next shop often: leans toward the same conclusion looks for confirmation rather than new causes

    SCAM - LIFE THREATENING ISSUES NOT DISCLOSED AT PURCHASE…read more I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX 400h from this dealership on 12/08/24, and it has been a complete nightmare. Shortly after the purchase, the car developed severe problems, leading to a dangerous breakdown during a road trip with my family. The vehicle shook violently and became unstable, especially downhill--clear signs of serious issues with the braking system. Five warning signals lit up, forcing us to stop immediately. After having the car inspected by a reputable mechanic, it was confirmed that: Warning codes had been cleared prior to the sale. The ABS system is non-functional and the rotors are severely damaged--issues that did not develop overnight and were clearly present before the sale but impossible for us to notice regarding the wheel and system positioning. The ABS actuator requires replacement (3K repair = half of car's value), and this critical defect was never disclosed. This dealership's failure to disclose such dangerous mechanical problems is not only unethical but likely a violation of California's consumer protection laws, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Selling an unsafe vehicle without disclosure is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs--they clearly prioritize profit over customer safety and integrity.
