I just purchased a car from them that I found online. This was a pleasurable and relatively quick experience and I am very happy with my purchase. They have a large amount of inventory and their prices are reasonable. I will certainly think of them first when I buy my next car. read more

I highly advise against using this dealership. The sales staff was highly unprofessional throughout the entire process. They lacked transparency, provided poor customer service, and made the experience completely miserable. I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

My wife and I went in there to look at a Cadillac Escalade they had on the lot. we took it on a test drive the brakes were going to need to be replaced which I was okay with having to pay to replace them not a big deal. we went back to the dealer to finish the paperwork after we finalized everything and left with the truck, we went to put gas at Costco and that is when we noticed the transmission was acting up. We called them the next day, and we set an appointment up as they changed the brakes and took it to a shop to have the transmission "checked" they said it was normal nothing wrong then they try to sell me a warranty they said just in case. Fast forward 2 days later the transmission went out. at this point we've only had the truck for maybe 2 weeks when I had it towed to a transmission shop they said that the transmission fluid was changed in hope it would last long enough for us not to notice, now its in the shop for a transmission replacement which cost me 3500, would definitely not recommended this place. read more

They helped my fiancée get his dream car. We had tried so many other dealerships and this one was the only one that helped us out and didn't talk down to us. Reza was awesome and did what he could to help us achieve our dream, he was very communicative and down to earth. It felt like a welcoming place and after our purchase, everyone came out to bid us farewell and congratulate us. It really added to the experience. We will definitely come back to purchase our future vehicle. read more

This car dealership is a complete fraud scam and rip off! They are selling cars for extremely high prices number 1 & number 2 the used cars have multiple mechanical issue, electrical issues and safety issues and they seem to think it's ok without properly inspecting them prior to selling them. I have met 2 other customers that have had similar issues with the vehicles they have bought from this company as well. We only just bought the car in 12/16 and the car is completely in operable and it's has many issues that are severe safety concerns. I have consulted with an attourney and have been advised accordingly. Stay away from this company! Remember you have rights as a consumer... Import Auto World - Car Dealers Near Me - Hayward, California

I had a very pleasant experience with Rick, Ali, and the team at Import Auto World. I wanted a Range Rover for a long time, but knew that the used market offered better value. Found one on cars.com and made an appt with Rick to come check it out. Fell in love right away, as they keep the cars there shiny and clean. They have a good assortment of cars, especially German imports. We negotiated on price right away. They were willing to budge from their stated price which was nice. The real negotiation was when we talked about my trade in. It was in rough shape but they gave a fair offer and we made the deal happen. Rick, the sales manager, is experienced, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explains all of the features and was honest about the condition and necessary upkeep. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to buy. Ali the owner and his wife were awesome, as well as the dude with the BMWs. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would definitely buy from them again. read more

THE BEST DEALERSHIP TO GO TO!!!!!! If you're in the market for a Used car, this would be the place to go. Ali is very helpful, professional, and most importantly has integrity! He will not sell you a car that he wouldn't put his own family in. His prices are in line, he doesn't force sell unnecessary products to you, doesn't tie you in to going with one finance company because they have offered to incentives him more off of the sale. He puts you in to the right car at the correct rate and a payment that you can comfortably afford. read more

This was my first car purchase from an actual dealership. I was nervous and didn't know about the process. Ali made sure I got a good rate and that I adequately protected my purchase. He is kind and patient because he wants to do right by his customers. Later, when it came time to sell a car Ali and his team came to my rescue as well. Everyone is really nice, helpful and accommodating. It is more than likely that I'll buy my next car from his as well. Great place for new and experienced buyers alike! read more

I had an excellent experience trading in my vehicle and purchasing a vehicle from Import Auto World. They had two Mercedes on their lot that caught my eye on my first visit, and Zahra did a great job of giving me the information I was looking for without coming across as pushy. I returned the next day only intending to test driving one of the vehicles, when Sam, the owner, introduced himself and showed interest in helping me buy the car I liked. Sam gave me and excellent price for my trade in, and bent over backwards to get me approved with my marginal credit score. I felt at ease with the entire process and if I had walked away with a great car and a excellent deal. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership. read more

Rigo made sure my wait time was pleasant by offering me a beverage and keeping me company with his conversation. Overall, these guys are excellent at what they do. Rick and Rigo are awesome!! Rick helped me get the loan approved right away, great sense of humor, very helpful and honest. Rigo is a sales rep and a mechanic, nice guy. If you get a problem in the future with the car you bought from them, just buy the parts and they will fix it for free, they wont charge you for labor, that's as long as you own your car. If they have the car you want, i recommend going to them. We didn't get to see the big boss Ali, but we thank you too. Overall, my wife and i are happy, we got our Infiniti FX35. Thank you so much guys!! More power to Import Auto World. read more

After searching almost everywhere for my black/black Yukon, my wife and I, were driving down mission passing all these car dealerships, there she was! Rick, very enthusiastic but not pushy, helped us by being honest about the flaws of the vehicle and helping with negotiating of the price. I have five kids, and driving a 2 door Honda Civic was not working anymore LOL. After purchasing the vehicle it was time to get insurance. DONT FORGET TO PURCHASE YOUR GAP INSURANCE!!! 8 months after purchasing my Yukon, unfortunately, it was totaled in a head-on collision. After looking FOREVER the first time we needed a car, I decided to give Rick a call and let him know what happened. What do you know! He had another all black Denali on 22 inch rims! These guys are awesome when it comes to customer service. If I were you I would come and check these guys out. If you don't find the car you are looking for, Rick says they go to car auctions frequently and can keep an eye out for the specific vehicle you want. Oh, and DONT FORGET TO PURCHASE YOUR GAP INSURANCE!! read more

I was initially hesitant to go to a used car lot with no yelp reviews, but I saw a car at the price I was willing to spend. From the moment I stepped on the lot the staff was friendly, courteous, and didn't pressure me. They let me have a generous test drive and we started negotiating on price. Even though I decided to spend my money on another project, they didn't hassle me and they gave my deposit back without any stupid games or guilt trips. I would definitely recommend buying a car from import auto world! read more

I have purchased cars in the past, I can honestly say I had the best car purchasing experience at Import Auto World. My car broke down so I was in desperate need of a car which lead me to search the internet for car dealerships in Hayward. Upon my search I came across Import Auto World's website. BMW has always been my dream car so I gravitated towards those as I navigated their site. Their selection was very impressive so I decided to call. Rigo the Sale Associate picked me up from BART and took me to the lot and that's when I saw a Convertable BMW 330Ci, it was the only car for me. I went into the office to begin the purchasing process and that when I met Zahra, she's is one of the most down to earth people I've ever met, she was totally ginuine. I felt extremely comfortable as if I I've known her for a long time. She was very flexible to my needs and explained every detail of the process and loan documentation which I found very comforting, no stress whatsoever. Once everything was squared away, I got my dream car, and I felt warmness from them as they gave me the keys. Zahra's Husband Ali was out of the country at the time of my purchase...I had the pleasure of meeting him when I dropped off a car payment...Zahra said he was really nice, boy was she right!! In final, Ali, Zahra, and Rigo are great, great people who sale beautiful cars. Run, walk, or catch BART to Import Auto World, you will be happy you did! Chow!! read more
