My car needed service to fix the grab handle. The team went above and beyond to facilitate this. They were able to look at it when I was there with my daughter having her car serviced so they could order the parts in advance limiting the time they would need to keep the vehicle. Steven was phenomenal, his level of customer service e exceeded my expectations! He arranged for someone to not only pick up my car but also for someone to deliver it back when it was done. This was extremely helpful as I am a senior and don't like to drive long distances without my daughter and by them transporting for me it allowed for my daughter to not to have to take time off work. My only negative not in connection with advisor was the waiting area, for what we pay for services we shouldn't have to listen to obnoxious folks treating it like their work office. Sold us a lemon. They've had our Range Rover sport in their shop for longer than we have driven it. Been driving loaner after loaner. The shop could never diagnose or fix. Made us drive back car to shop even though the car was breaking down over and over until we asked them come get it the last time. Land Rover will not buy back until you get a lawyer. Unhappy with Land Rover cooperate and the dealership who kept telling us "Range Rovers are complicated cars". No they are not. They are just crap cars. read more

I never write reviews here, but I decided to brake the pattern today. Because I had one of the best experiences as a customer in my entire life. In this uncertain times every little nuisance seems like it's going to break you. I started my car and this loud noise came out of nowhere to make me think it was the end of the world. Of course, I blamed my wife for it, since she had been the last driving it (a privilege she can only enjoy twice a year. That's how crazy I am about my car :) ). After trying to figure out what the noise was about and not finding a cause I decided to take it to the dealership where I always take it for regular service, Jaguar Land Rover of Marin in Corte Madera. I felt a little apprehensive since my previous experiences had not been great, just ok. I was dreading they were going to tell me they didn't have time today. As soon as I got there one of the staff members, who was outside working on another car came to me and asked me what the problem was. After explaining, he told me he was going to check with one of the technicians who was almost done with his previous assignment. He led me inside and transferred me to one of the managers. The technician came right away and after asking me to start the car and move it, told me it was a stone stuck in the wheel and they were going to fix it for me. I was relieved but still shaking, after all this is an expensive car with expensive parts if it brakes. I have to say everybody went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I am not going to mention names because I don't want to leave anybody out (and I am bad with names!) but a thousand thanks to the technician Alan, who found the damn stone. I hope you guys keep up the good work and make every customer feel special, like I felt today. Thank you so much to Jaguar Land Rover of Marin for making my day today. I have had my new 2024 full size Range Rover for several months now and I could not be more IN LOVE! This is my 3rd Range Rover from Marin Luxury cars in the last 5 years because I keep going up in size haha! I couldn't be happier and more pleased overall with everything and I feel like I'm riding on a cloud covered in diamonds, it's so plush! From the sales dept, specifically Jordan and Jared along with Travis the finance manger whom are an awesome team together, the service department that always takes care of all my needs in a timely manner with no hiccups, down to the general manager Bret whom is awesome! I highly recommend Marin Luxury cars for all your new and used car needs. They have a wide variety of lovely used cars in all different makes and models too not just specifically Land Rover. I've been going here for almost 20 years and in the last 2 years this place has completely gone downhill.. The service department is so bad and so unprofessional that It's almost shocking. I bought windshield wipers from them and it scratched my glass. I also paid over $1000 to get my car serviced and they forgot to clean the car. This is just a few of many many more issues..... I've had so many issues with my car and dealing with the service department doesn't make it any easier. I suggest if you buy a Range Rover do not buy from the one in Corte Madera. So, I've been taking my Range Rover Sport there for over 4 years now. I bought a new Range Rover Sport from another dealer but I still wanted to take mine to this service department since I've been going there and I knew them. I called first to check to see when a service was due and they told me that it would be a 4yr service that was due and that the cost would be around $2500. I called Walnut Creek Land Rover because a friend of mine had been there so I wanted to see if the prices were similar in costs. Well, it wasn't even close, Walnut Creek was almost $900 cheaper. I called back to Marin to see if they would match the same price and I was told no. Well, a few days later I received a call from the service manager Nancy Duong. Needless to say the conversation went very well and I ended up taking my vehicle back to Marin. I just sent Nancy the estimate that I received from Walnut Creek Land Rover and she matched the same price. Nancy was very sorry for the mixup and told me if I ever have any problems to let her know. We ended up having a great conversation in general and I was really appreciative for her calling me directly and taking care of things for me. I contacted this dealership and was told that they were adding $20,000 to the MSRP of the vehicle I was interested in! That's 20% added to cost of the vehicle because THEY are having production issues?? Ridiculous and unethical. Another Bay Area Land Rover dealer just quoted MSRP for the same vehicle. I called the Service Dept the other day, after finding a nail in my tire, and spoke with Nancy. She kindly told me to bring the car in, and would have one of their Tech's take a look. On arriving at the Service Center I was greeted by Nancy, who was very courteous and helpful. She served me coffee, which was totally unexpected, whilst I waited briefly for Tyler, an internal Service Advisor. He was very professional and had my car checked in within minutes. We even chatted briefly on the car's history, just to make sure I was happy with everything. The whole process took about an hour, which was expected, and they even put my car through the wash! This review is long overdue but wanted to make sure I let everyone here know the great experience I had at Land Rover Marin. Especially the experience I had with the one and only Dara Sok. My wife and I were in the market for a SUV hybrid a couple weeks back and luckily found one in inventory at their location. We walked in and were warmly greeted by Dara. Dara was simply amazing. He made us feel like family from the very get go. He was genuine, compassionate and a pleasure to be around. Not for one moment did we feel pressured to purchase as Dara's priority was finding the best vehicle for our family. He took us to the lot where the car was, we took it for a test drive on the freeway and residential areas while showing us the different features along the a way. We immediately fell in the love with the car but knowing we were working with Dara was the icing on the cake. Burning the midnight oil, we finalized the paperwork after closing time on a Sunday where Dara and the rest of the hard working and caring employees made sure we left with a smile on our face. Within a matter of hours, we were the proud new owners of a 2020 Range Rover Sport hybrid. Here's to continuing our great friendship with Dara and to everyone at Land Rover Marin. I leased a Land Rover for 3 years through Land Rover Marin with Thomas and had the loveliest experience. There were issues with the car for years (like I was warned about) - the automatic trunk never worked and I had to manually lift for two years. Anyways. We went to return the car after three years and had the WORST experience with Travis ending with us ultimately returning in San Francisco. He is not trustworthy, honest, communicative or reliable and I recommend using any other location. Very unfortunate as I loved the car and everyone else we dealt with was great. As I chatted with our friends who have also leased through this location, I learned this is unfortunately known throughout Marin about Travis. Wish I had known sooner. read more

I have had HORRIBLE service and I was about to just sell my car and buy a Porsche just because of the difference in servicing my vehicle. I decided to try Land Rover Marin for a major repair under a third party warranty. BMC was hassling me about accepting it or not. I got Rafael Rameriz as my service manager and WOW! Fantastic service! He not only was very professional, he went above and beyond for what I came in for. His communication was great with me getting a text everyday on where we were with the repair. At the end we fixed a few items under warranty and it was such a breeze working with him. With this kind of service I will drive 40 mins each way to just bring it here VS BMC a mile from my house. A wonderful website Price was clearly marked , option to calculate lease vs buying payments, and so on . What was more surprising is that they had same car I was trying to buy , but for $2000 less then I was willing to pay local dealer that turned me down ! Whoa ! What is more surprising is that I did all paperwork over internet and what's more? They delivered it to my home in Sacramento! That is about 2 hr drive ! Free of charge!
