To give credit where it's due, they handled buying one of my vehicles back efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience has been the opposite. The Shelby GT350 I purchased from them had serious issues and spent more time in the shop than I actually had it during the first few months. The dealership eventually admitted they were not qualified to work on it and told me to take it to an outside mechanic, with a promise that I would be reimbursed. That reimbursement still hasn't happened -- and it's been over six months. On top of that, after selling the car, it took three months of repeated follow-up just to get reimbursed for an extended warranty and protection plan. I was repeatedly told paperwork hadn't been received, which became a pattern. Most recently, I was handed a check and asked to sign paperwork on the spot. After thinking about it later, I realized the amount may not even reflect what I was actually owed. At this point, it's not just about the money. I brought in my 2022 Ford Maverick due to a severe vibration issue, which I suspected was related to the transmission or suspension. When I first called to make an appointment, I clearly mentioned this, and they confirmed they would inspect it. But on the day of my scheduled visit, I was told they didn't have a transmission tech available, and I'd need to wait another week. That was the first red flag. After the delay, they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong during the initial diagnosis--even though I had already explained exactly when and how the issue occurred. Only after I insisted and went on a test drive with their technician did they finally acknowledge the problem. Later that day, they called back and blamed the issue on "cold tires." Completely unacceptable excuse. I had to return again and personally show the vibration to the service manager--only then did they take the issue seriously. After that, my vehicle sat for over two weeks. I repeatedly asked to be put on the waitlist for a replacement vehicle--nothing. No updates unless I called them myself. Eventually, they replaced the axles and told me the issue was fixed but wanted to drive it more "to make sure." That added another week of delays, radio silence, and broken promises to call me back. Even after confirming the fix, I requested a transmission maintenance service, which they agreed to--but again, no follow-up for days. I had to chase them down. When I was finally told the vehicle would be ready in the morning, I showed up--and it wasn't ready. They couldn't even locate the keys. I had to come back again just to get my car. The poor communication, lack of urgency, and constant misinformation were unacceptable. I interacted with multiple managers, including Sean and Max, but none of them provided consistent or professional service. DO NOT BUY Anything from these clowns. I purchased a truck over 100k. When I first looked at the truck it was raining. I didn't think anything of scratches or damage or anything of the sort. I put money down and they told me they would work with me and deliver it since I'm a business owner myself and my time was limited. The day came to drop it off and they asked me to come pick it up. Umm ok you told me you were going to deliver it. He fed me a bunch of bs excuses. Fine I will drive over an hour and pick it up. First red flag.....they asked me to pick it up after dark, my first thought was that's odd. I drive down to pickup the truck, I drive it home and right when I park in my driveway my flood light comes on with scratches all over the truck. I was so upset, they asked me to pick it up after dark because they knew it was scratched up badly. I had to pay my own guy to try and fix the paint and he told me "dude they were trying to hide all of the scratches with wax" I had to pay someone to polish a truck for over 8 hours and the factory paint will not be the same. They did nothing for me! They gave me the exact same amount as I paid my guy on a brand new truck wasting all of my time. Gets even better, few days go by and a control arm falls off the truck just from driving. I had to pay $1200 to fix something on a new truck. You guys are crooks! Spending that much money only for you to lie and be sneaky con men is a joke. It's been weeks and I asked them to refund my $1200, still haven't heard back! I have a gt500, black widow, and just bought my wife a new ford bronco. Never again will I buy another ford and I'm going to seek some legal advice. I had a great experience when purchased my car back in 2022, I forgot to leave a review... Since I purchased the car doc maintenance, and membership services. Everyone in the service department has been very helpful. One employee Will Starbuck is his name, he has a great personality, super friendly and very helpful. He always makes me feel welcomed every time I've brought my car in for a service or oil change. There was a time I scheduled an oil change, I was told it would be hours before my car would be ready, due to the number of mechanics working that day. I was bummed because it didn't work for me when usually it takes anywhere from an hour to two hours, (I live 30 minutes away) I was understanding yet disappointed and decided to reschedule. Will had told me for my inconvenience he could note my account to give me a discount for any future services, etc. I thought wow what a way to make it right, I appreciated that. Even if he didn't his customer service alone is top tier and I would have been okay with just the way he communicated everything to me. There was another incident that took place where the mechanic forgot something and I called them up, I was happy Will answered the phone and helped me through that situation. Review of Service Department: On two occasions this locations service department has failed to honor our appointment. First visit was based on a notification for a free service to address an issue by Ford. We scheduled with this information and had no problems. At arrival we were told by Joy and her manager we would have to pay over $200 for the free service "if" nothing came back in diagnostics. Odd, since that was never noted in the letter or during the appointment. They said come back if there's a problem. Now we have a very clear issue with the transmission and scheduled our appointment about two weeks ago. At arrival they informed us the transmission employee is allegedly out for two weeks. I think this location has a problem honoring appointments, communicating with their customers, and is proving they do not like to provide service to customers with the complimentary or maintenance packages. I'm sure plenty of people have great experiences but we have not. Don't recommend. Keep your family safe elsewhere. read more

Brought my lightning for warranty repair- turn signal/brake light intermittently fails. They didn't do any diagnostic work on it from what I can tell aside from turning on the signal. It was working at that moment, so they then appear to not do anything further. When pressed for more detail on steps taken, they refused to provide anything aside from "couldn't replicate issue". I had video of the issue that I also shared. My service advisor was Luis. I then escalated to both Ford and the Service Manager, John, and that was totally useless- no help whatsoever. When I picked up my truck from another service advisor, I told him that they are knowingly sending me back on the road with a vehicle that was illegal, and dangerous. The other service advisor agreed to take a look at the light with me. Thankfully, he saw immediately. condensation in the tail light, which is likely the reason for the problem and certainly a warranty repair. I followed up with John, but he never got back to me to schedule the repair. This place is not worth my business, and I am now going to hilltop Ford who has service services like mobile technicians and a pick up drop off service from your house. read more

Drove from San Francisco for 1pm appointment and was told they wouldn't be able to do the work for another 4-5 hours even though I had an appointment for 1. When I told him I wasn't there for regular maintenance service, but a transmission leak (explained this when i originally made the appintment), the guy said it would then take 2 weeks without even knowing what the issue is! I asked what the point of having an appointment is and he said the appointment is to get on the waiting list for service. What?
