    Extremely disappointing experience with the service department at Marin County Ford. I brought in my 2022 Ford Maverick due to a severe vibration issue, which I suspected was related to the transmission or suspension. When I first called to make an appointment, I clearly mentioned this, and they confirmed they would inspect it. But on the day of my scheduled visit, I was told they didn't have a transmission tech available, and I'd need to wait another week. That was the first red flag. After the delay, they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong during the initial diagnosis--even though I had already explained exactly when and how the issue occurred. Only after I insisted and went on a test drive with their technician did they finally acknowledge the problem. Later that day, they called back and blamed the issue on "cold tires." Completely unacceptable excuse. I had to return again and personally show the vibration to the service manager--only then did they take the issue seriously. After that, my vehicle sat for over two weeks. I repeatedly asked to be put on the waitlist for a replacement vehicle--nothing. No updates unless I called them myself. Eventually, they replaced the axles and told me the issue was fixed but wanted to drive it more "to make sure." That added another week of delays, radio silence, and broken promises to call me back. Even after confirming the fix, I requested a transmission maintenance service, which they agreed to--but again, no follow-up for days. I had to chase them down. When I was finally told the vehicle would be ready in the morning, I showed up--and it wasn't ready. They couldn't even locate the keys. I had to come back again just to get my car. The poor communication, lack of urgency, and constant misinformation were unacceptable. I interacted with multiple managers, including Sean and Max, but none of them provided consistent or professional service. Avoid this service department unless you want to waste weeks of your time, be ignored, and have to manage your own repair process.

    The car of my dreams and an experience to match! I can't thank Tsoai (Soey) enough for helping me find the exact car I had been searching for -- a 2025 Ford Mustang GT Premium in Molten Magenta Metallic, equipped with the Black Pony Package, 5.0L V8 engine, 10-speed automatic transmission, and fully loaded with premium features. Soey was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. He didn't just find something close -- he found exactly what I was hoping for. His communication throughout the process made everything seamless, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. This car is a total showstopper (just take a look at the photos I've attached!).     Fantastic experience at Marin County Ford! We recently bought our new-to-us Ford Bronco from Marin County Ford, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Our salesperson, Tsoai, was absolutely fantastic -- friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions, never pressured us, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our purchase. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers find the right fit, not just making a sale. We couldn't be happier with our Bronco or the service we received.     Im not sure where to even begin, Me and the hubby were looking for a long time for a new vehicle and we agreed on an EV. Ahem, the sexy Mach-E. My husband reached out online and spoke to Jeremy and once we met he introduced us to Sam who is the "Mach-E expert". And Jeremy did not lie!! Sam spent hours going on all of the details of the vehicle and let us drive different trim levels and colors! He also gave us so much info on leasing and financing options which we truly appreciated! Those rebates . We finally settled on our green baby and Derrell worked with us on the numbers and we got 0% interest + rebates. . Honestly, Ive never been a ford person and (many can assume why) but the vehicle and the experience has changed my mind. My husband is considering getting the raptor sometime in the future or soon. I would highly recommend these guys!!! Especially if you are a lady because there was no predatory practices and everything was transparent and straight forward. We will be back!

    I got my first baby at Marin Ford! I'm honestly in love with my car, it's exactly what I wanted. I'm so glad I finally found the right one. The whole process was super smooth, and I'm really happy I got to work with Oscar, Jeremy, and the general manager John. They were incredibly helpful and genuinely nice people!

    I decided to explore going with an all-electric vehicle after a few years with a PHEV and we had a wonderful experience last week with Oscar Perez and his colleagues of Marin County Ford learning about and test driving the gorgeous Mustang Mach E! Oscar provided a super friendly and low pressure experience - even the paperwork went smoothly and we got a fantastic dinner recommendation out of it as we were over from the East Bay. Well worth the drive and we are LOVING our new Mach E! Thank you Oscar!!

I thought I would try again, so I drove 100 miles to take a look. What a great experience! This is like no other dealership I have ever been to. The salesman is the owner. He is very personable and applies absolutely no pressure. I decided to buy the vehicle I saw advertised. I said I suppose you want to now sell me an extended warranty. He said only if you want to buy one. I told him I didn't and he said OK. They prepped the vehicle and I took it home. It was detailed with care and was immaculate. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward (we paid in cash, so we skipped the finance part). 1. Proactive follow-up on maintenance concerns A couple of weeks after purchase, I brought the car to Toyota Concord for routine maintenance. The mechanic mentioned a possible "seepage" that might indicate an oil leak, and they charged a couple hundred dollars to add dye to the oil for tracking. I told Nick about it, and he immediately told me to bring the car in for a thorough inspection by his mechanic. It turned out not to be an active leak--just an oil stain--but Nick still insisted I return in a week so he could be absolutely sure everything was fine. 2. Above-and-beyond roadside help A few days later, while moving from Concord to Castro Valley, my power steering suddenly failed on the highway. AAA told me the wait for a tow would be over two hours due to high demand. When I told Nick, he immediately recognized the likely culprit--the alternator--and came out with his crew. They swapped my battery on the spot, got the car safely to the shop, replaced the alternator quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. For a 16-year-old car, I honestly didn't expect perfection, and most used cars are sold "as-is." But Nick's willingness to stand behind the sale and personally make sure everything was right truly impressed me. This is why Concord Auto 1 has a perfect review record. Nick doesn't just sell cars--he sells promises and peace of mind, which is exactly what matters most when buying a used car. Not only did they get me approved, they secured an APR nearly 10% lower than what I was offered from CarMax and Carvana. Joel (Sales) was incredible throughout the entire process. He even checked in on my deal on his day off and stayed involved the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly. What stood out the most was that he genuinely cared that I was comfortable with the financing -- not just that the deal got approved. He even helped arrange transportation so I could get from San Jose to pick up the vehicle 2.5 hours away. That level of effort is rare, especially on a used vehicle deal. Gino (Finance) also did an outstanding job. He secured the lowest rate I've been offered in years and even discounted a warranty so I could have coverage without stretching my budget. The entire finance process was transparent, honest, and completely pressure-free. The service department also delivered. The vehicle was fully taken care of and everything was handled professionally. After being dismissed by other dealerships, this team made me feel valued as a customer from start to finish. I drove over two hours to work with them, and it was absolutely worth it. He then returned with someone who appeared to be a manager to inform me that the car was not on the lot and wouldn't arrive until Thursday. This is exactly the scenario I called ahead to avoid. What followed was even more frustrating. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and genuinely apologizing, Miguel's partner pivoted into a sales pitch about what a great "deal" the car was, as if I needed convincing. I was already there. He also mentioned he'd received five other calls about the vehicle, which raises an obvious question: if there's that much interest, how did he not know the car hadn't arrived yet? I lost a full afternoon and the cost of a rental car because an employee either didn't bother to verify inventory before confirming availability or simply told me what I wanted to hear to get me through the door. Either way, it's unacceptable. A simple, honest phone call "the car isn't here yet, but we expect it Thursday" or actually checking when they were asked to would have saved everyone's time and preserved my trust. Instead, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
