Taking this very seriously, I inspected my tires to find one with a nail in the tread. Panicked and in the midst of a busy day and night, I called Cains Tires to see if they could help me out. The person who answered the phone very calmly told me I could bring my car in and they could patch it within 60-90 min. Incredible! I dropped my car with them and when it was time for me to pick it up, Jason tells me that the nail never punctured the tire as it was lodged parallel in the tread grooves! They water tested it and found no puncture. Whaaaaat? Then, he said they would have to charge me for the work they did - $15. OMG, are you kidding me?!?! What a great place! I then asked for an estimate at two other tire stores ending up at Dimond ties. They gave me an appointment the following day with the best quote of $350 to rotate the ties and replace the sensors . They rotated the tires and came back and told me that there was nothing wrong with the sensors, that the reason the service light was on was because the from tires needed air . They charged me $30.00 ! That is a company with integrity. I will be a loyal customer . This is what we all need ,a company we can trust . I was quite prepared to pay the $350 And would not have know any difference.

After calling several places to confirm availability, Kevin at Toscalito assured me that the repair would be completed before noon. He also confirmed that the tires I needed were located across the bridge and would arrive on time. At 12:20 p.m., I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that the tires had only arrived about 15 minutes earlier, and that it would take an additional 45 minutes to complete the service. Despite clearly communicating that timing was important, no one reached out to inform me of the delay. Ultimately, my car was ready approximately three hours later than originally promised. Based on this experience, I would recommend not relying on the initial time estimate and planning for a longer wait than stated. That said, Kevin was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer service was a strong positive in an otherwise frustrating experience.

I thought the point of a diagnosis fee was to avoid incremental repair, so was slightly annoyed. I waited in shop 5-10 minutes until the full hour had passed, then asked about the diagnosis. The manager told me that his mechanic was on lunch, and it would be at least an hour from the time he came back until the mechanic could work on our vehicle. At that moment, the mechanic brought the test up. The store manager was apparently not telling the whole story. The mechanic did good work, but the way I was treated at the front desk means that I would avoid this place if possible.
