    I am super happy that I came here to get my car serviced the right price and I was going to pay $275 for the service but turns out that Orlando didn't want me to pay for this price instead of I just $147 for the rest of the service and I waited for 4 hours and get to look at other mini coopers and had so many questions for my first time here.. I promised Orlando and my friend Ronnie I will be your regular customer from now on and the rest of the years to get my 2013 MINI COOPER S JCW running perfectly as a brand new car.. I gave this Dealership and Service an 5 stars because they help me with my needs and also the price was perfect for me this is the greatest of all time to not just take the money and get my car back.. This place is the perfect place to actually get all the details and keep me updated with everything that is wrong with my car and get what I need to get it fix and perfectly running at 100%.. I never expected this to actually happen this is a dream come true with videos and actions and paper works needs to be done the right way not just giving out numbers getting the correct amount to pay after with full services especially when my car gets everything done they also provide with a free car wash every time I get my Mini cooper service here.. I have to recommend this to everyone that owns Mini must come here to get service ask for Orlando he is the best service advisor that helped me out and I recommend this businesses from him and got all the details I really needed some mechanics can't be honest but my clutch is still good but I still need to Change it to stage 2 clutch and I am hoping if I can bring my own parts to get them installed.. I hope everyone gets their needs for a best price here.. No other dealerships can beat this and this is a great location for me since I do work 13mini away from this dealership and it's not a bad drive from SF to San Anselmo to Marin back to sf perfect drive for me I don't mind the distance of driving..

I compared MINI dealerships across the Bay Area, and Marin MINI is easily the best. It was the most time-saving and cost-effective choice I could have made. Highly recommend!

    I'm not usually a Yelp user, but I downloaded Yelp just to write this because the experience was that good. We don't live nearby, but the drive was absolutely worth it, everyone at the dealership was welcoming and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our dealer, Birendra (we call him B) was amazing, he is super thoughtful, patient, and never pushy. We loved the JCW's color but worried about the tires and even considered buying an S and repainting it. B carefully explained the pros and cons of each option, always putting himself in our shoes. Thanks to his honest guidance, we ultimately went with the JCW we had always wanted and we couldn't be happier with the decision.

    We found a CPO 2025 Cooper S at MINI of Marin. We took it for a test drive and it handled wonderfully. I was confident the car would be in good order because of the Certified Pre Owned status. The dealer examines everything about the car and makes sure it's as good as new. In fact, CPO cars have an extra year of bumper to bumper warranty than the typical 3 year. Win! The prices at MINI of Marin were very fair. The sales advisor, sales manager and finance manager were all friendly and very knowledgeable. What a relief! I dislike pushy sales people. I did not feel any pressure and the negotiations were easy going. MINI of Marin has earned our future business and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. We would like to extend a big "THANK YOU" to Biendra, Lauren and Yvonne. You guys rock! It was worth the long drive.

    We recently purchased a new/used Mini from carvana. Unfortunately there was an outstanding recall when we purchased it, so we scheduled warranty work thru M.O.M. We are prior mini owners but it's been a few years since we went to mini of Marin. Wow- the service was spectacular as I had remembered. Scheduling was easy, with several time slots offered. We were also given opportunity to schedule a loaner car which was awesome since we live about 40 from the dealership. On arrival there was little to no wait time. We were checked in promptly & Heidi went over the details of the loaner. We chose the $45 fee option which covers gas so we didn't have to worry about a refill later since we weren't sure how long the repair would take. We were provided with a 2025 John cooper works 4dr. Wow! There's been a few upgrades since my 2007 Cooper S. (Fun and beautiful car, and appreciate that the loaner was nice. Of course the last time we had a loaner from them we purchased a countryman so good marketing there too). Our technician was super. We were thankful for the video he sent which went over the details of the repairs and some problems we didn't know we had. (Our new car had tires in the front that were the wrong size and the ones in back were on the way out). Bummer, but we were glad to have the info and decided to purchased the 4 new tires, and new bezels for the headlamps which had been damaged by the prior owners. The computer update was covered under recall and the basic warranty covered the replacement of a rubber molding strip that had come undone near the passenger rear window . They were able to complete the job in one day, which was unexpected. All in all another great experience with Mini of Marin.     Had the best experience with Birendra who patiently and knowledgeably walked me through different new and pre owned options when I came in looking to upgrade my 2014. He worked with me to find the price range and specific car I was looking for without ever making me feel pressured or rushed and I walked out with a new 2025 in the color I wanted. The finance team and Jordan were also wonderful. Could not recommend them more!

Despite this I gave them an offer and they refused. Called me the next day and accepted. But oh...I thought you were a set price dealership. They also said I would get free oil changes. At 1500miles I wanted an oil change. They booked me and kept the car for 24 hours. I went to pick it up and they said they didn't do it because it wasn't due. I'm pretty sure the owner of the car makes that decision. They also failed to communicate any of this to me. Then they attempted to make it right a said they would arrange for my car to be picked up in San Jose for anytime I want a future service. So today I had an appointment for it to be picked up at 0830. Nobody showed up. Somebody called at 0830 and ask for information but could not give me an eta. I called them at 0900 to find out nobody is on their way and they were still trying to find a way to pick up the car. I took time off of work for these attempted services. This is not a luxury dealership. It's a hot mess from sales to service.

Christine was incredibly personable and easy to relate to right from the start. Our test drive felt more like catching up with a friend than a typical dealership experience. We spent the time talking about our lives, sharing career experiences, and discussing great approaches to living. With her background in engineering and mine in IT, we immediately found a lot of common ground. We ended our time with a genuinely fond farewell and a warm invitation to return. Behind the scenes, Jean-Pierre completely bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I was looking for a very specific car that wasn't even on their lot or listed on their website. Not only did he manage to track down the exact model I asked for, but he also secured the absolute best price for it. When it came time for the paperwork, he made sure I was in and out quickly while ensuring I had a full, transparent understanding of exactly what I was paying for. Not many people can pull all of that off so seamlessly. Acura of Marin delivers outstanding performance, and Christine and Jean-Pierre are just all-around great people. I already know exactly where I am going when it's time to buy the real car of my dreams: a brand new, fully loaded black on black Acura Integra Type S. A slovenly man who didn't remove his airpods, in front of other people in the store, heard me explain that I'm test driving Polestar, Rivian, etc. because I need to buy a car, and asked me "Sure but are you in the market for a car?" Believing him to be simple, in part due to his taste-free Hublot watch, I explained that yes, I'm in a mall in Marin test driving cars on a Saturday not for a good time, but with the specific intention of buying one. My wife saw storm clouds approaching when another person laughed and hurried out of the shop when they heard the Lucid employee try to explain to me how very expensive his cars are ("okay if I have a honda civic and a rolls royce..."). I stopped him and asked if there was some problem with me test driving a car. "This car, for example, is $125,000," he said, as if that explained it all. It took all my composure to not say "You work on commission, right? Big mistake. Huge!" (NB I later found out they do not work on commission, which makes it all the weirder that this guy appeared to judge me as unable to afford what is a relatively modestly priced car for the bay area...) Best of luck with the sales technique of patronizing potential customers, we'll go elsewhere.

I had NO idea how to market this car and the pressure I felt to honor my father's legacy was intense. A chance encounter with Brian Flippo of Cars Dawydiak may as well have been divine intervention. After a no pressure conversation, and time to think, I decided to consign the car with Cars Dawydiak. The level of service I received was nothing short of top shelf. Every question that I had received a prompt response. Everything I needed to market this car, and give it its fair due, was handled in a timely manner. Please know that I was someone who could have been taken to the cleaners on this transaction, but Brian's efforts resulted in me getting an excellent price on the car.... and better yet, the car going to a buyer who will love it as much as my father did. I cried when the car left my father's garage after 38 years. I cried again when the car sold just two months later. I smiled when I picked up the check. I think that my dad did too. THANK YOU Brian.

I drove over checked out the car, they checked out my trade and we made a mutually beneficial deal. They gave me top dollar for my trade and even helped me secure financing for the new car. No hassles no bullcrap! And... I didn't need to spend hours in their office going back and forth feeling like I was being taken for a ride, like other dealers. This is how car buying should be. Cars Dawydiak has a great team from Mike Leddy, Michael Balboa, Brian, their tech John, and of course the awesome White Lab shop dog "Cooper" I was treated with great respect and I have to say I've made new car friends at Dawydiak! They truly look out for both your car and your wallet. A few months ago, out of curiosity and convenience, I went to a dealership in Sacramento. The staff members were much less welcoming. Ultimately, they tried to charge me over three times what I ended up paying in Marin for necessary jobs, and they didn't even provide reasonable videos / pictures or offer to take me to the garage so that I could see things myself. That experience only confirmed what I have been telling people for three years: I don't plan to take my vehicle anywhere else. I CANNOT RECOMMEND JAGUAR MARIN ENOUGH! If you are able to get your car serviced here, you are extremely fortunate. You will be treated the right way, which sets them apart from just about every other business in the automotive industry. Without hesitation, I drive from Sacramento when it's time for some work to be done, whether it's just an oil change or something more complicated. I trust them entirely. They replaced the windshield, and went much further. They tracked down any place in the car that had gotten wet, and fixed any damage. Furthermore, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and deliver the car to me. I can't recommend them more highly. I have had experience with another dealership in the Bay area, and I'm so glad that I've switched to Jaguar of Marin.
