I bought a 4-post car lift, but the shipping company couldn't use their big rig to deliver to my address. They wanted to charge extra to use their flat-bed and forklift. I contact a few tow drivers on yelp, but they either don't want the hassle or were too expensive, saying because it's not a car they needed to charge extra. When I contacted Ponchi, he said he would take the job, and the icing on the cake was that he was the most reasonable. He was on time and very friendly. When he got to my home he helped me get the lift inside my garage. He was also very careful not to scratch my new concrete. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me with my unusual tow. We have a car that died on me recently, which fortunately happened near my brother's house. Since this is our secondary car, I didn't need it back on road ASAP, and so I began asking around for quotes to schedule a specific time to have the car towed back to our place. From the very beginning, Ponchi was very friendly and helpful, and gave me a great quote that was lower than others I had received. When we were finally ready to get this taken care of and have the car towed back to our house, Ponchi was again very helpful and accommodating, and was even able to help us out on a Federal holiday. The actual tow also went extremely smoothly - Ponchi had our car loaded onto the tow truck within minutes, and after we arrived at our destination, he was able to get the car unloaded and parked into position very quickly. All in all, I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. Ponchi was quick, honest, and reliable, and definitely helped to improve what would had otherwise been a frustrating situation. This is the best towing company in the world! I had a specialty project vehicle of an old tractor that didn't move. He was the 3rd tow company I called and wasn't afraid of looking at it and the challenge as others were. He just jumped in to see what he could do and had it loaded within minutes.
