The driver not only got our 4Runner safely loaded, but also drove all four of us to Stein's Auto Shop, waited patiently while we dropped the truck off, and then took us to a nearby hotel that allowed dogs. That alone was far beyond what we expected. What really stood out, though, was the humanity. Along the drive, we learned he had just gotten engaged to his girlfriend the night before.
